本发明公开了一种防水防冻悬挂式水泵用橡套电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由一根伴热带以及围绕在伴热带外的三根绝缘线芯构成;在缆芯的空心处设有热膨胀油膏,所述的缆芯外设有铅塑或铝塑复合纵包层,铅塑或铝塑复合纵包层外设有半导电阻水膨胀带,在半导电阻水膨胀带外设有氯丁橡胶外护套,在氯丁橡胶外护套外涂覆防冻涂料。本发明具有可防冰雪附着,水下防冻,同时具有抗腐蚀、耐磨损、防老化、表面自洁、良好的物理机械性能,耐油,耐热,耐燃,耐日光,耐臭氧,耐酸碱,耐化学试剂等特性。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,尤其涉及一种防水防冻悬挂式水泵用橡套电缆。
背景技术
伴随着电线电缆行业的高速发展,行业整体技术水平得到了大幅度提高。电线电缆行业是基础行业,我国政府在积极拉动内需,加大城乡电网建设与改造投资力度,国内电线电缆发展潜力巨大。防水潜水电缆被行业公认为是技术较为复杂的一类电缆产品,常见的水泵连接电缆一般都是运用普通电缆,但是一旦连接电缆的表皮护套受到损伤后,水就会迅速渗入电缆内部,导电内芯与水直接接触,形成新的导电***,部分电能通过水传导,导致电能损失,并且容易出现漏电等安全事故。另外,此电缆长期在水中工作,在寒冷的天气,水容易结冰,电缆被冻住无法工作,带来了很大的麻烦。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的问题,提供了一种防水防冻悬挂式水泵用橡套电缆。
本发明所述的一种防水防冻悬挂式水泵用橡套电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由一根伴热带以及围绕在伴热带外的三根绝缘线芯构成;在缆芯的空心处设有热膨胀油膏,所述的缆芯外设有铅塑或铝塑复合纵包层,铅塑或铝塑复合纵包层外设有半导电阻水膨胀带,在半导电阻水膨胀带外设有氯丁橡胶外护套,在氯丁橡胶外护套外涂覆防冻涂料。
进一步改进,所述的绝缘线芯由加强纤维芯、设置在加强纤维芯外的铝合金导体、挤包在铝合金导体外的聚乙烯绝缘层以及涂覆在聚乙烯绝缘层外的防冻涂料层。
进一步改进,所述的伴热带外接电源。
所述的防冻涂料由交替排列的多嵌段无机-有机互穿网络聚合物基料和经过表面改性处理的高活性纳米防冻添加剂组成。
与现有技术相比,本发明有益效果在于:
1、该电缆填充采用热膨胀油膏,热膨胀油膏通过遇水膨胀形成胶体来堵塞渗水通路,以阻止水的进一步深入,使得电缆具有阻水效果;
2、该导体内设计有加强纤维芯,能够承受较大的拉力,不易被拉断,安全可靠;
3、该电缆的缆芯外设有多层阻水结构,进一步提高了电缆的阻水性能,可以长期在水下工作,解决了水会迅速渗入电缆内部,导电内芯与水直接接触,形成新的导电***,部分电能通过水传导,导致电能损失,并且容易出现漏电等安全事故的问题;
4、缆芯的中心设有一根伴热带,只要将伴热带接入电源,就可以持续不断地产生热量,使电缆的绝缘层和护套保持一定的温度,使得电缆不出现硬化、脆化、开裂等现象,在寒冷的水下依然可自由弯曲、移动使用,提高了电缆的使用寿命;
5、在电缆的外层设有氯丁橡胶外护套,有良好的物理机械性能,耐油,耐热,耐燃,耐日光,耐臭氧,耐酸碱,耐化学试剂,具有较高的拉伸强度、伸长率和可逆的结晶性,粘接性好,耐老化、耐热、耐油、耐化学腐蚀性优异;耐热性与丁腈橡胶相当,分解温度230~260℃,短期可耐120~150℃,在80~100℃可长期使用,具有一定的阻燃性;
6、在护套的外表面涂覆防冻涂料以及聚乙烯绝缘层外的防冻涂料层,该材料具有可防冰雪附着,水下防冻,同时具有抗腐蚀、耐磨损、防老化、表面自洁等复合功能。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种防水防冻悬挂式水泵用橡套电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由一根伴热带以及围绕在伴热带1外的三根绝缘线芯构成;所述的绝缘线芯由加强纤维芯2、设置在加强纤维芯外的铝合金导体3、挤包在铝合金导体外的聚乙烯绝缘层4以及涂覆在聚乙烯绝缘层外的防冻涂料层5。在缆芯的空心处设有热膨胀油膏6,所述的缆芯外设有铅塑或铝塑复合纵包层7,铅塑或铝塑复合纵包层外设有半导电阻水膨胀带8,在半导电阻水膨胀带外设有氯丁橡胶外护套9,在氯丁橡胶外护套外涂覆防冻涂料10。
所述的伴热带1外接电源,就可以持续不断地产生热量,使电缆的绝缘层和护套保持一定的温度,使得电缆不出现硬化、脆化、开裂等现象,依然可自由弯曲、移动使用,提高了电缆的使用寿命。
本发明具体应用途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种防水防冻悬挂式水泵用橡套电缆,其特征在于:包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由一根伴热带以及围绕在伴热带外的三根绝缘线芯构成;在缆芯的空心处设有热膨胀油膏,所述的缆芯外设有铅塑或铝塑复合纵包层,铅塑或铝塑复合纵包层外设有半导电阻水膨胀带,在半导电阻水膨胀带外设有氯丁橡胶外护套,在氯丁橡胶外护套外涂覆防冻涂料。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的防水防冻悬挂式水泵用橡套电缆,其特征在于:所述的绝缘线芯由加强纤维芯、设置在加强纤维芯外的铝合金导体、挤包在铝合金导体外的聚乙烯绝缘层以及涂覆在聚乙烯绝缘层外的防冻涂料层。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的防水防冻悬挂式水泵用橡套电缆,其特征在于:所述的伴热带外接电源。
