本发明公开了一种金刚网外开节能双重防护一体窗,包括窗框、中梃和窗扇,窗扇由金刚网纱扇和玻璃扇构成,金刚网纱扇和玻璃扇通过内框安装在窗框上,分居在中梃的两侧,金刚网纱扇和玻璃扇之间设有防盗栏杆;玻璃扇上所嵌玻璃为中空钢化玻璃,由扇压线密封固定,玻璃扇上设有防盗执手;窗框由内外两层铝型材经18.6mm隔热条滚压构成,窗框宽度为150mm,外层铝型材内腔设U形连接件呈45°组角连接;所述玻璃扇和窗框由铰链连接。发明具有有稳定性、密封性、抗压性好,隔热保温与隔音效果好,防盗、防暴,安全可靠,使用方便等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于建筑门窗技术领域,涉及一种改进型金刚网外开节能双重防护一体窗。
背景技术
现有技术建筑用的外平开门窗,具有开启面积大、构造简单、制作安装较方便、开启状态不占据室内空间的优点。但存在安全防护性差、节能效果差、隔声性差,结构不合理,材料单一、外型单一、不美观、不豪华等缺点。尤其是内外开窗户与安全防盗脱节的问题尤为严重。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术存在的不足,在总结了建筑用外平开门窗现有技术的基础上作出改进,提供一种构造简洁、巧妙、稳定性、密封性、抗风性、隔音(降低噪声45分贝以上)、节能(隔热节能60%以上)、遮阳、防盗、安全、造型更美观、豪华,制作安装使用更方便、相对满足功能造价更省、实现内开外开与安全防护为一体的金刚网外开节能双重防护一体窗。
为了实现上述目的,本发明金刚网外开节能双重防护一体窗,包括窗框、中梃和窗扇,其要点是所述窗扇由金刚网纱扇和玻璃扇构成,金刚网纱扇和玻璃扇通过内框安装在窗框上,分居在中梃的两侧,金刚网纱扇和玻璃扇之间设有防盗栏杆;所述玻璃扇上所嵌玻璃为中空钢化玻璃,由扇压线密封固定,玻璃扇上设有防盗执手;所述窗框由内外两层铝型材经18.6mm隔热条滚压构成,窗框宽度为150mm,外层铝型材内腔设U形连接件呈45°组角连接;所述玻璃扇和窗框由铰链连接。
所述扇压线与中空钢化玻璃之间塞入三元乙丙橡胶条;所述金刚网纱扇上设有不锈钢纱网,不锈钢纱网经折边与金刚网纱扇边框由螺钉连接并由纱扇压条密封;金刚网纱扇上设有外开执手,金刚网纱扇与窗框通过合页连接。
所述防盗栏杆由螺栓固定在内框上,使得窗户安全防盗又美观。由此可以实现本发明集内开、外开和双重防护于一体的优点。
所述窗框是组合件,分别用二种铝合金型材和隔热条滚压成型,又与内框组合成一个整体,实现玻璃扇内开,金刚网纱扇外开,同时加装防盗栏杆。
本发明的有益效果是,由于该窗隔热断面高达150mm,由窗框、窗扇、纱扇和防盗栏杆组成一体窗,提高了窗的节能、隔声性能,安装简单,维护方便,安全防盗性大大提高。窗的外观呈流线型,美观、豪华、档次高。

具体实施方式
根据图1、图2和图3,本发明金刚网外开节能双重防护一体窗,包括窗框1、中梃15和窗扇,其要点是所述窗扇由金刚网纱扇3和玻璃扇4构成,金刚网纱扇3和玻璃扇4通过内框2安装在窗框1上,分居在中梃15的两侧,金刚网纱扇3和玻璃扇4之间设有防盗栏杆11;所述玻璃扇4上所嵌玻璃为中中空钢化玻璃9,由扇压线5密封固定,玻璃扇4上设有防盗执手;所述窗框1由内外两层铝型材经18.6mm隔热条滚压构成,窗框宽度为150mm,外层铝型材内腔设U形连接件10呈45°组角连接;所述玻璃扇4和窗框1由铰链7连接。
所述扇压线5与中空钢化玻璃9之间塞入三元乙丙橡胶条;所述金刚网纱扇3上设有不锈钢纱网8,不锈钢纱网8经折边与金刚网纱扇边框由螺钉连接并由纱扇压条6密封;金刚网纱扇3上设有外开执手13,金刚网纱扇3与窗框1通过合页12连接。
所述防盗栏杆11由螺栓固定在内框2上。
下面结合附图详细说明本发明的构成及重要构成部分的作用:
参照图1至图3,本发明中的窗框1、内框2、中梃15等部件构成的整体窗的框架,内框2是通过螺丝与窗框1和中梃15连接,安装、拆卸简单快捷;玻璃扇4组装好后通过铰链7与窗框连接,防盗栏杆11采用螺丝与内框2连接,金刚网纱扇3通过合页12与窗框连接;最后将整个组装好的窗户安装在建筑窗洞上即可。
本发明其技术特点是,所述窗框1由内外两部分铝型材经18.6mm隔热条连接而成,窗框宽度高达150mm;外层铝型材内腔加U形连接件呈45°组角连接,保证连接强度;内框2与窗框1连接组成复合窗框,可实现玻璃扇4内开和金刚网纱扇3外开;内框2起到连接和转换的双重作用;玻璃扇4和窗框1之间采用重磅摩擦铰链7连接,最大开启角度接近90°,同时可以限位开启;玻璃扇4采用防盗执手14,同时采用中空玻璃,可提高窗户的保温降噪性能;玻璃配合不同压线可实现不同配置,可配5+12+5+12+5三玻 ,5+9+5+9+5三玻,5+12+5双玻,满足不同客户的不同需求;压线5与中空钢化玻璃9之间塞入三元乙丙橡胶条,既环保又保温,还能提高使用寿命;金刚网纱扇3采用304不锈钢纱网8,网子折边处理之后与金刚网纱扇3之间采用螺钉连接,之后再用纱扇压条6密封,既保证美观,又能使纱网牢固;金刚网纱扇3采用外开执手13实现开启,金刚网纱扇3与窗框1通过合页12连接,实现纱扇的右开启;在玻璃扇4与金刚网纱扇3之间加装11防盗栏杆,用螺栓连接防盗栏杆与内框2,使得窗户安全防盗又美观;由此可以实现本发明集内开、外开和双重防护于一体的优点。
由此构成的本发明经小规模试制试用被证明效果显著,如上述完全达到设计要求。
本发明理想地解决内、外开门窗与安全防盗的问题,解决了隔热、隔音、防盗、防暴等问题。内窗安装5+12+5+12+5中空钢化三玻 ,5+9+5+9+5中空钢化三玻,5+12+5中空钢化双玻,外窗安装304不锈钢纱网,防蚊、防盗透气性好。具有稳定性、密封性、抗压性好,隔热保温与隔音效果好,防盗、防暴,安全可靠,使用方便,相同功能造价较省等优点。理想地解决了建筑门窗之内、外开启门窗与防盗二者不可兼得问题,完成了本发明要解决的技术问题,适应了市场的需要。

Claims (3)
1.一种金刚网外开节能双重防护一体窗,包括窗框、中梃和窗扇,其特征是所述窗扇由金刚网纱扇和玻璃扇构成,金刚网纱扇和玻璃扇通过内框安装在窗框上,分居在中梃的两侧,金刚网纱扇和玻璃扇之间设有防盗栏杆;所述玻璃扇上所嵌玻璃为中空钢化玻璃,由扇压线密封固定,玻璃扇上设有防盗执手;所述窗框由内外两层铝型材经18.6mm隔热条滚压构成,窗框宽度为150mm,外层铝型材内腔设U形连接件呈45°组角连接;所述玻璃扇和窗框由铰链连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金刚网外开节能双重防护一体窗,其特征是所述扇压线与中空钢化玻璃之间塞入三元乙丙橡胶条;所述金刚网纱扇上设有不锈钢纱网,不锈钢纱网经折边与金刚网纱扇边框由螺钉连接并由纱扇压条密封;金刚网纱扇上设有外开执手,金刚网纱扇与窗框通过合页连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种金刚网外开节能双重防护一体窗,其特征是所述防盗栏杆由螺栓固定在内框上。
