1. the rotor throwing head is directly inserted into the round holes of the upper disc and the lower disc, and the throwing head adopts a high wear-resistant buffer plug-in throwing head, so that the impact resistance is improved, and the service life of the rotor is prolonged;
2. the inner and outer protecting rings are fixed on the inner and outer circles of the rotor body by bolts, so that the dynamic balance of the rotor is ensured, and the rotor is not easy to damage;
3. the rotor structure is made of high-wear-resistance and high-strength steel;

Detailed Description
In practice, the reason for this problem is sought because the service life of the vertical shaft rotor is too short. Multiple experiments show that the speed of the material in the rotor is up to 60-85 m/s when the material is thrown away from the throwing head in the rotor, so that the action force of the material on the throwing head in the rotor is larger, and the throwing head serving as the protection rotor is important to the influence on the service life of the rotor. At present, a throwing head for a rotor of a vertical shaft impact crusher is used for bonding a hard alloy strip and a hammer body through a bonding agent, and the structure and the process have the following problems: 1. the hard alloy strips in the material throwing head fall off: the hammer body of the material throwing head and the hard alloy strip are bonded by adopting an adhesive, but the bonding strength is generally lower (the bonding strength is generally lower than 40 MPa); 2. the hard alloy strips in the material throwing head are extremely easy to break in the use process, and the rotor of the vertical shaft impact crusher is worn, so that the normal operation of equipment is seriously influenced.
Because the hard alloy strips in the material throwing head in the rotor are extremely easy to break in the use process, the service life of the rotor is greatly shortened. However, the service life of the material throwing head is greatly prolonged. It is easy to think that changing the material of the cemented carbide strip and selecting a material with good strength and ductility, such as changing the type of steel, etc., but the effect is not ideal from the practical working point of view.
Through deep analysis by the technicians, it is found that: firstly, the hammer body bonded with the hard alloy strip is made of carbon steel or alloy steel, and the stress of the hard alloy strip is too concentrated and the hard alloy strip breaks due to the large difference between the mechanical properties of the hard alloy and the carbon steel or alloy steel. Secondly, the size of the materials entering the vertical shaft is too large, the length of the hard alloy strips is too long, and the abrasion and destructive impact of the materials on the hard alloy strips are large. The above reasons are combined to cause that the throwing head of the rotor of the vertical shaft impact crusher is extremely easy to break in the use process.
After finding out the cause, technicians have improved the throwing head.
As shown in fig. 1-3, a throwing head for a rotor of a vertical shaft impact crusher comprises a throwing head hammer body 1, a hammer body groove 3 and a sectional hard alloy strip 2; the hammer body 1 of the material throwing head is provided with a hammer body groove 3, and the sectional hard alloy strips 2 are placed in the hammer body groove 3. The sectional cemented carbide strip 2 described above is composed of at least two cemented carbide strips.
The hammer body groove and the sectional hard alloy strip are in clearance fit, and the clearance at the two sides is 0.1 mm-0.5 mm, namely any value of 0.1mm, 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm and 0.5mm can be obtained. In addition, the sectional cemented carbide strips are equal or unequal in length.
The width between two adjacent hard alloy support strips is 0.1-3 mm, namely the width can be any value in the middle, such as 0.1mm, 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1mm, 2mm, 3mm and the like; and brazing filler metal and flux for brazing are placed between two adjacent hard alloy support strips.
Brazing filler metal and flux for brazing are placed in gaps between the hammer body grooves and the segmented hard alloy strips. The brazing filler metal is silver-based or copper-based brazing filler metal, the welding flux is fluxing welding flux, brazing is melted through high-temperature heating, the fact that the molten brazing filler metal between the segmented hard alloy strip and the throwing head hammer body is completely filled is guaranteed, the brazing filler metal is cooled along with the box in the heat preservation box, and gaps between two sides are filled with the brazing filler metal to fixedly connect the alloy strip and the hammer body through a brazing technology.
A method for solving the problem of breakage of a throwing head in a vertical shaft impact breaking rotor comprises the following steps:
(1) under the working state of vertical shaft impact breaking, carrying out finite element analysis on the stress condition of the material throwing head in the rotor, and finding out a plurality of stress concentration points of the material throwing head;
(2) determining the number of sections of the hard alloy strips according to the stress concentration points;
(3) and placing the hard alloy strips in the hammer body grooves, placing brazing filler metal and flux in gaps between the hammer body grooves and the sectional hard alloy strips, melting the brazing filler metal by high-temperature heating, ensuring that the molten brazing filler metal between the sectional hard alloy strips and the throwing head hammer body is completely filled, cooling along with the box in the heat preservation box, and fixedly connecting the alloy strips and the hammer body by brazing technology by filling the brazing filler metal in gaps at two sides.
The number of the segments of the segmented hard alloy strip is calculated by the following formula:
L1=a*n*L2,
wherein:
l1 is the total length of the hammer body of the material throwing head or the total length of the hard alloy strip;
a-correction factor;
n-the number of segments of the hard alloy strip;
l2-rotor allows maximum feed size of material;
the correction coefficient a is related to the section coefficients of the sectional hard alloy strip and the hammer body of the throwing head and the maximum feeding size of the material, and the range of the correction coefficient a is 1.1-3.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are provided for the purpose of clearly illustrating the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention to the embodiments, and other variations and modifications of the invention may be made by those skilled in the art based on the above description, which are not intended to be exhaustive or obvious and are therefore within the scope of the invention.
