Abstract
本发明提出了一种滴灌装置,包括水箱和滴灌管带,水箱上部设有进水口,水箱下部设有出水口,出水口通过一出水管与滴灌管带连接,出水管内设置有用于开关水流的电磁阀,水箱一侧设有杀菌器,杀菌器顶部设有注水口,杀菌器底部设有臭氧喷头,臭氧喷头通过臭氧输出管与臭氧发生器连接,臭氧发生器内设有气泵,杀菌器底部连接一通往进水口的输水管,出水管上设有过滤器和加热器。该滴灌装置可以实现臭氧杀菌、自动上水和定时滴灌,通过在水箱内把冲施肥和水混合均匀,浇水和施肥同步进行,省时省力。

技术领域
本发明涉及农业设备领域,特别是指一种滴灌装置。
背景技术
目前,大棚是以采光覆盖材料作为全部或部分围护结构材料,可在冬季或其它不适宜露地植物生长的季节供栽培植物的建筑。大棚,又称暖房,能透光、保温或加温,用来栽培植物的设施,尤其是在不适宜植物生长的季节,能提供生育期和增加产量,多用于低温季节喜温蔬菜、花卉、林木等植物栽培或育苗等。的种类多,依不同的屋架材料、采光材料、外形及加温条件等又可分为很多种类。但是,现有的对作物浇水和施肥多采用独立进行的方式,造成作物受肥程度不一,灌溉不均匀,寒冷季节灌溉水温较低,容易冻伤作物,自动化程度低。
发明内容
本发明提出一种滴灌装置,解决了现有技术中浇水施肥***灌溉不均匀,寒冷季节灌溉水温较低,没有杀菌功能的问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种滴灌装置,包括水箱和滴灌管带,所述水箱上部设有进水口,所述水箱下部设有出水口,所述出水口通过一出水管与所述滴灌管带连接,所述出水管内设置有用于开关水流的电磁阀,所述水箱一侧设有杀菌器,所述杀菌器顶部设有注水口,所述杀菌器底部设有臭氧喷头,所述臭氧喷头通过臭氧输出管与臭氧发生器连接,所述臭氧发生器内设有气泵。
作为一优选的实施方式,所述杀菌器底部连接一通往所述进水口的输水管。
作为一优选的实施方式,所述出水管上设有过滤器和加热器。
作为一优选的实施方式,所述水箱安放于一支撑架上,所述支撑架的前端设置有支撑杆,所述出水管固定在所述支撑杆上。
采用了上述技术方案后,本发明的有益效果是:通过安装臭氧发生器和杀菌器,使注入杀菌器的水与臭氧充分混合进行消毒,滴灌是通过安装在滴灌管带上的滴头把水一滴滴均匀而又缓慢地滴入植物根区附近的土壤中,使水分在土壤中渗入和扩散,供植物根系吸收和利用,土壤水分始终处于非饱和状态,使土壤疏松透气性强,利于植物生长,采用软管滴灌的原则是勤灌少灌,该滴灌装置可以实现自动上水和定时滴灌,更重要地是通过在水箱内把冲施肥和水混合均匀,浇水和施肥同步进行,省工省力。
出水管上设有过滤器和加热器,过滤器可以防止未完全溶解的冲施肥在出水管口积累堵塞出水管口,也可以防止泥沙等杂质在管内积累而造成堵塞,加热器可以使水温加热至与地温接近,浇水不伤害农作物,在冬季也可以防止水结冰堵塞出水管,水箱安放于一支撑架上,支撑架的前端设置有支撑杆,出水管固定在支撑杆上,可以使出水管的固定更加牢靠。

如图1所示,一种滴灌装置,包括水箱1和滴灌管带2,水箱1上部设有进水口3,水箱1下部设有出水口4,出水口4通过一出水管5与滴灌管带2连接,出水管5内设置有用于开关水流的电磁阀,水箱1一侧设有杀菌器6,杀菌器6顶部设有注水口7,杀菌器6底部设有臭氧喷头8,臭氧喷头8通过臭氧输出管9与臭氧发生器10连接,臭氧发生器10内设有气泵11,杀菌器6底部连接一通往进水口3的输水管12,出水管5上设有过滤器13和加热器14,水箱1安放于一支撑架15上,支撑架15的前端设置有支撑杆16,出水管5固定在支撑杆16上。

1.一种滴灌装置,其特征在于,包括:水箱和滴灌管带,所述水箱上部设有进水口,所述水箱下部设有出水口,所述出水口通过一出水管与所述滴灌管带连接,所述出水管内设置有用于开关水流的电磁阀,所述水箱一侧设有杀菌器,所述杀菌器顶部设有注水口,所述杀菌器底部设有臭氧喷头,所述臭氧喷头通过臭氧输出管与臭氧发生器连接,所述臭氧发生器内设有气泵。
2.如权利要求1所述的滴灌装置,其特征在于:所述杀菌器底部连接一通往所述进水口的输水管。
3.如权利要求1所述的滴灌装置,其特征在于:所述出水管上设有过滤器和加热器。
4.如权利要求1所述的滴灌装置,其特征在于:所述水箱安放于一支撑架上,所述支撑架的前端设置有支撑杆,所述出水管固定在所述支撑杆上。
