(2)去除外果皮:将果实取出后,放入清水浸泡,装入尼龙沙袋中,用水揉搓,去除外果皮,清水洗净捞出;
(3)种子预处理:将步骤(2)得到的种子先置于消毒液中消毒3~10分钟,再置于催芽剂中浸泡2~3小时,取出,阴干;
(4)催芽处理:将步骤(3)预处理后的种子和催芽基质混合均匀,装入透气的种子袋中,将种子先置于25~33℃的恒温培养室中培养5~8天,再取出种子袋,补充水分翻拌均匀,重新装入种子袋,在8~14℃的恒温培养室中培养5~7天,再次取出种子袋,补充水分翻拌均匀,在25~33℃的恒温培养室中培养,种子开始萌芽露白,即可播种;
(5)选择并整理育苗床:选取土壤肥沃、通风、地势平坦、背风向阳的位置作为苗床,施基肥、深翻、喷洒除草剂;
(6)播种育苗:在育苗床内挖种植坑,种植坑底部铺上一层厚度为5~10厘米厚的育苗基质,每个种植坑内播种2~3颗所述步骤(4)得到的种子,喷洒沼液,盖上沙土,浇水,保持土壤湿润,直至种子发芽;

(5)选择并整理育苗床:选取土壤肥沃、通风、地势平坦、背风向阳的位置作为苗床,施基肥、深翻、喷洒除草剂;
(6)播种育苗:在育苗床内挖种植坑,种植坑的行间距为40厘米,株距为25厘米,种植坑底部铺上一层厚度为8厘米厚的育苗基质,每个种植坑内播种2颗所述步骤(4)得到的种子,喷洒沼液,盖上沙土,浇水,保持土壤湿润,直至种子发芽;
(7)育苗管理:苗齐以后,在杂草刚刚萌发时清除干净,并及时浇水施肥,待沙枣苗长至第二年,在2月下旬至3月上旬,带土坨移栽。
其中,所述步骤(2)中清水浸泡包括以下过程:先用35~45℃的温水浸泡10小时,再用18~27℃的温水浸泡13小时。
其中,所述步骤(3)中消毒液为烟杆提取液与多菌灵水溶液的混合溶液。
其中,所述烟杆提取液的制备方法包括以下步骤:取烟杆加水提取,上样于D101大孔吸附树脂,采用75%的乙醇溶液洗脱,收集洗脱液,得烟杆提取液。
其中,所述步骤(3)中催芽剂包含如下浓度成分的水溶液:N6-呋喃甲基腺嘌呤20mg/L,6-苄基腺嘌呤110mg/L,赤霉素500mg/L,2-氯乙基膦酸300mg/L。
其中,所述步骤(6)中所述沼液采用以猪粪水为原料正常发酵3个月以上黑褐色,无明显猪粪水臭味的沼液,pH值为7.0~8.0。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了描述。需要理解的是,本发明并不局限于上述特定实施方式,本领域技术人员可以在权利要求的范围内做出各种变形或修改,这并不影响本发明的实质内容。

Claims (8)

1.一种红枣种子的催芽育苗方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)选种:选择均匀,饱满、无病虫害的果实,脱水使其含水量低于15%,并密封保存;
(2)去除外果皮:将果实取出后,放入清水浸泡,装入尼龙沙袋中,用水揉搓,去除外果皮,清水洗净捞出;
(3)种子预处理:将步骤(2)得到的种子先置于消毒液中消毒3~10分钟,再置于催芽剂中浸泡2~3小时,取出,阴干;
(4)催芽处理:将步骤(3)预处理后的种子和催芽基质混合均匀,装入透气的种子袋中,将种子先置于25~33℃的恒温培养室中培养5~8天,再取出种子袋,补充水分翻拌均匀,重新装入种子袋,在8~14℃的恒温培养室中培养5~7天,再次取出种子袋,补充水分翻拌均匀,在25~33℃的恒温培养室中培养,种子开始萌芽露白,即可播种;
(5)选择并整理育苗床:选取土壤肥沃、通风、地势平坦、背风向阳的位置作为苗床,施基肥、深翻、喷洒除草剂;
(6)播种育苗:在育苗床内挖种植坑,种植坑底部铺上一层厚度为5~10厘米厚的育苗基质,每个种植坑内播种2~3颗所述步骤(4)得到的种子,喷洒沼液,盖上沙土,浇水,保持土壤湿润,直至种子发芽;
(7)育苗管理:苗齐以后,在杂草刚刚萌发时清除干净,并及时浇水施肥,待沙枣苗长至第二年,在2月下旬至3月上旬,带土坨移栽。
2.根据权利要求1所述红枣种子的催芽育苗方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中清水浸泡包括以下过程:先用35~45℃的温水浸泡7~14小时,再用18~27℃的温水浸泡10~15小时。
3.根据权利要求1所述红枣种子的催芽育苗方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中消毒液为烟杆提取液与多菌灵水溶液的混合溶液。
4.根据权利要求3所述红枣种子的催芽育苗方法,其特征在于,所述烟杆提取液的制备方法包括以下步骤:取烟杆加水提取,上样于D101大孔吸附树脂,采用75%的乙醇溶液洗脱,收集洗脱液,得烟杆提取液。
5.根据权利要求1所述红枣种子的催芽育苗方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中催芽剂包含如下浓度成分的水溶液:N6-呋喃甲基腺嘌呤15~25mg/L,6-苄基腺嘌呤90~120mg/L,赤霉素400~600mg/L,2-氯乙基膦酸200~400mg/L。
6.根据权利要求1所述红枣种子的催芽育苗方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中催芽基质和种子的质量比为4:1,所述催芽基质包括以下重量份的组分:纯沙30~40份,蛭石20~30份,腐殖土20~30份,多菌灵0.1~0.2份。
7.根据权利要求1所述红枣种子的催芽育苗方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)中种植坑的行间距为35~45厘米,株距为20~30厘米。
8.根据权利要求1所述红枣种子的催芽育苗方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)中所述沼液采用以猪粪水为原料正常发酵3个月以上黑褐色,无明显猪粪水臭味的沼液,pH值为7.0~8.0。
