Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保电缆,包括保护层,保护层包括内外设置的绝缘层与聚氯乙烯阻燃层,保护层内具有容置空间,容置空间具有矩形部及位于矩形部两端的弧形部,分别为位于一端的第一弧形部与位于另一端的第二弧形部;容置空间内设置填充体,填充体内设置若干根芯线,芯线具有导体及包裹在导体外的内绝缘层,芯线呈一字型排列;其特征在于,第一弧形部内设置带绝缘外层的第一碳纤维条,第二弧形部内设置带绝缘外层的第二碳纤维条;填充体内设置限位支架,限位支架的两端分别接于第一碳纤维条与第二碳纤维条以对第一碳纤维条与第二碳纤维条限位,芯线通过连接体接于限位支架。本发明结构设计简单,使用较为方便,抗拉性能较佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆,尤其涉及一种环保电缆。
背景技术
环保电缆是指不含有铅、镉、六价铬、汞等重金属,不含有溴系阻燃剂,并经SGS公认检测机构对环保性能的测试符合欧盟环保要求,不产生有害的卤素气体,不产生腐蚀性气体,燃烧时发烧量少,不污染土壤的电线电缆。环保电缆由于其良好的特性,在布线中使用较为广泛,也得到大量客户的青睐,但现有的环保电缆抗拉性能较差,在使用过程中存在局限性。
发明内容
针对现有技术中所存在的不足,本发明提供了一种抗拉性能较好的环保电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:一种环保电缆,包括保护层,保护层包括内外设置的绝缘层与聚氯乙烯阻燃层,保护层内具有容置空间,容置空间具有矩形部及位于矩形部两端的弧形部,分别为位于一端的第一弧形部与位于另一端的第二弧形部;
容置空间内设置填充体,填充体内设置若干根芯线,芯线具有导体及包裹在导体外的内绝缘层,芯线呈一字型排列;其特征在于,
第一弧形部内设置带绝缘外层的第一碳纤维条,第二弧形部内设置带绝缘外层的第二碳纤维条;
填充体内设置限位支架,限位支架的两端分别接于第一碳纤维条与第二碳纤维条以对第一碳纤维条与第二碳纤维条限位,芯线通过连接体接于限位支架。
相比于现有技术,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明结构设计简单,使用较为方便,抗拉性能较佳。

具体实施方式
实施例:参见图1,一种环保电缆,包括保护层,保护层包括内外设置的绝缘层12与聚氯乙烯阻燃层11,保护层内具有容置空间,容置空间具有矩形部及位于矩形部两端的弧形部,分别为位于一端的第一弧形部与位于另一端的第二弧形部;
容置空间内设置填充体2,填充体2内设置若干根芯线3,芯线3具有导体及包裹在导体外的内绝缘层,芯线3呈一字型排列;
第一弧形部内设置带绝缘外层的第一碳纤维条41,第二弧形部内设置带绝缘外层的第二碳纤维条42;
填充体2内设置限位支架,限位支架的两端分别接于第一碳纤维条41与第二碳纤维条42以对第一碳纤维条与第二碳纤维条限位,芯线3通过连接体接于限位支架。
实施例中,限位支架具有中间部51及位于两端的倾斜部52。
实施例中,连接体为弹性拉索,各连接体的长度相同,利于使用。
实施例中,第一碳纤维条41与第二碳纤维条42均通过套环接于限位支架,易于拆装。
实施例中,倾斜部52与中间部51通过形变部连接,防止连接部位形变造成支架损坏。

1.一种环保电缆,包括保护层,保护层包括内外设置的绝缘层(12)与聚氯乙烯阻燃层(11),保护层内具有容置空间,容置空间具有矩形部及位于矩形部两端的弧形部,分别为位于一端的第一弧形部与位于另一端的第二弧形部;
容置空间内设置填充体(2),填充体(2)内设置若干根芯线(3),芯线(3)具有导体及包裹在导体外的内绝缘层,芯线(3)呈一字型排列;其特征在于,
第一弧形部内设置带绝缘外层的第一碳纤维条(41),第二弧形部内设置带绝缘外层的第二碳纤维条(42);
填充体(2)内设置限位支架,限位支架的两端分别接于第一碳纤维条(41)与第二碳纤维条(42)以对第一碳纤维条与第二碳纤维条限位,芯线(3)通过连接体接于限位支架。
2.根据权利要求1所述环保电缆,其特征在于,限位支架具有中间部(51)及位于两端的倾斜部(52)。
3.根据权利要求1所述环保电缆,其特征在于,连接体为弹性拉索,各连接体的长度相同。
4.根据权利要求1所述环保电缆,其特征在于,第一碳纤维条(41)与第二碳纤维条(42)均通过套环接于限位支架。
5.根据权利要求2所述环保电缆,其特征在于,倾斜部(52)与中间部(51)通过形变部连接。
