背景技术
墙漆也叫(墙面漆、涂料、乳胶漆),按建筑涂料用途区分:墙漆主要分为外墙涂料、内墙涂料,是墙体涂装中最面的涂层,具有装饰和保护功能。墙的内漆是一种广泛被使用的材料,市场上的漆含有大量的甲醛,污染环境,它们不仅散发出难闻的刺激味,而且对人身体有很大害处;特别是家里面有小孩的,新房装修后都会晾半年左右才能进去新房居住,给家庭带来了极大地不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型耐高温墙漆的制作工艺,由下述重量份的物料组成:白乳胶20-30份、竹纤维10-20份、硅藻泥20-30份、蚕丝纤维5-10份、青石棉纤维10-20份、亚麻纤维5-10份、海藻碳纤维5-10份、陶土5-10份。
进一步优选的,由下述重量份的物料组成:白乳胶25份、竹纤维15份、硅藻泥25份、蚕丝纤维8份、青石棉纤维15份、亚麻纤维8份、海藻碳纤维8份、陶土8份。
包含以下步骤:
1)按上述原材料配比称重;
2)在混合机中依次加入白乳胶、竹纤维、硅藻泥、蚕丝纤维、青石棉纤维、亚麻纤维、海藻碳纤维、陶土,再加入水搅拌40-60分钟。
本发明的有益之处在于:本发明的新型环保墙漆,制备方法简单,成本低廉,无污染,对人体没有危害,耐磨性高,耐候性好,抗霉变能力强,新房装修后不需晾晒半年才能居住。

本发明的目的是提供一种新型耐高温墙漆的制作工艺,由下述重量份的物料组成:白乳胶30份、竹纤维20份、硅藻泥30份、蚕丝纤维10份、青石棉纤维20份、亚麻纤维10份、海藻碳纤维10份、陶土10份。
包含以下步骤:
1)按上述原材料配比称重;
2)在混合机中依次加入白乳胶、竹纤维、硅藻泥、蚕丝纤维、青石棉纤维、亚麻纤维、海藻碳纤维、陶土,再加入水搅拌60分钟。

1.一种新型耐高温墙漆的制作工艺,其特征在于,由下述重量份的物料组成:白乳胶20-30份、竹纤维10-20份、硅藻泥20-30份、蚕丝纤维5-10份、青石棉纤维10-20份、亚麻纤维5-10份、海藻碳纤维5-10份、陶土5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型耐高温墙漆的制作工艺,其特征在于,由下述重量份的物料组成:白乳胶25份、竹纤维15份、硅藻泥25份、蚕丝纤维8份、青石棉纤维15份、亚麻纤维8份、海藻碳纤维8份、陶土8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型耐高温墙漆的制作工艺,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
