then installing a plate loading roller rocker arm assembly and a transmission assembly on a wallboard, ensuring that a cam rotates to the highest position after a plate head opening and closing rocker arm is installed and ensuring that the plate head is positioned at a specified plate unloading position by a photo drum, wherein the plate head opening and closing rocker arm is just positioned below a small bearing of the plate head rocker arm and can rotate to open a plate head clamp, and the plate head clamp can fall under the action of the tension of a tension spring after the release drive so as to be closed; after the plate loading roller rocker is installed, the driving cam can be correspondingly acted on the plate loading roller rocker when rotating, so that the plate pressing roller is pressed down or lifted; when the stepping motor, the sensor and the detection disc are installed, the driving shaft is ensured to be exactly positioned at two zero positions of the sensor when rotating to the extreme position corresponding to the action;
