Abstract

本发明属于航空蜂窝加工领域,具体涉及一种蜂窝复层拼接成型方法。对于设计刚度及重量要求高的大厚度,大倒角的蜂窝夹层结构件采用调整固化参数、防滑带摩擦栓系及胶膜法稳定工艺仍无法解决蜂窝回缩滑移、塌陷等缺陷。本发明对蜂窝夹层结构件的厚度进行分层,对每层蜂窝进行分区拼接,通过蜂窝复层拼接预成型,提高蜂窝侧向的抗压力。实现了不改变重量及刚度条件下成型制造大厚度、大角度蜂窝夹层结构件的目的,成型后零件外观质量较好。

Description

一种蜂窝复层拼接成型方法
技术领域
本发明属于航空蜂窝加工领域,具体涉及一种蜂窝复层拼接成型方法。
背景技术
蜂窝夹芯复合材料结构件由于具有较高的设计刚度和较低的重量,因此在航空制造业上广泛应用。目前蜂窝夹芯复合材料结构件的蜂窝芯设计厚度小(一般<1英寸),倒角角度小(一般<30°),对于厚度小、倒角角度小的蜂窝夹芯结构件在工艺制造时,常用的加工手段包括:1)调整固化参数中的加压、加热的时机;2)使用防滑带增大摩擦,3)固化前采用胶膜将蜂窝进行稳定,提高蜂窝自身的抗压能力,从而防止蜂窝滑移变形。
但是对于设计刚度及重量要求高的大厚度,大倒角的蜂窝夹层结构件采用调整固化参数、防滑带摩擦栓系及胶膜法稳定工艺仍无法解决蜂窝回缩滑移、塌陷等缺陷,在不增加重量且不改变设计强度的条件下无法制造出外观及无损质量合格的大厚度、大角度蜂窝夹层结构件。
发明内容
本发明针对现有防止蜂窝回缩变形工艺不能满足大厚度、大角度蜂窝夹层结构件成型的缺点,制定了一种蜂窝复层拼接成型方法,通过蜂窝复层拼接预成型,提高蜂窝侧向的抗压力。
本发明的蜂窝复层拼接成型方法,用于制造大厚度、大角度的蜂窝夹层结构件,包括以下步骤:
(1)对蜂窝夹层结构件的厚度进行分层,获得每层蜂窝的厚度;
(2)对每层蜂窝进行分区,分别加工各分区的蜂窝毛料,并对蜂窝毛料进行带余量加工;
(3)在平板工装上对每层加工好的蜂窝毛料之间采用发泡胶进行宽度方向的拼接并固化;
(4)将固化后的各层的蜂窝按顺序依次叠放在成型工装上进行软化塑形;
(5)在成型工装上依次铺放可剥布、结构胶膜、各层蜂窝、结构胶膜和可剥布,其中在相邻蜂窝层之间铺设玻纤预浸料,并在蜂窝层和玻纤预浸料之间铺设胶膜,并进行固化;
(6)将已固化的复层蜂窝采用数控加工至理论尺寸。
步骤(3)中按发泡胶的固化参数进行拼接固化。步骤(4)中通过定位销钉对工装上挡板进行固定。步骤(5)中糊制真空袋,施加一定固化压力后,按玻纤预浸料固化曲线进行固化。
有益效果:本发明适用于大厚度、大角度蜂窝夹层结构件的制造,实现了不改变重量及刚度条件下成型制造大厚度、大角度蜂窝夹层结构件的目的,成型后零件外观质量较好,无蜂窝回缩滑移和塌陷等缺陷,且无损检测无分层、脱粘等缺陷,孔隙率合格,保证了大厚度、大角度蜂窝夹层结构件刚度、重量及外观质量的要求。
可以在较大压力下成型大厚度、大角度蜂窝夹层结构件,操作简单,成型质量好,工艺稳定性好,且可以满足设计的刚度和重量要求,可以广泛应用在航空工业上大厚度、大角度蜂窝夹层结构件的制造上。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图和实施例对本发明技术方案作进一步地详述,本蜂窝复层拼接预成型的操作步骤如下:
1)大厚度、大角度蜂窝夹层结构件如图1所示,蜂窝夹芯厚度为60mm,角度为30°;
2)选用3层20mm厚蜂窝进行组合代替60mm厚蜂窝,将3层20mm厚蜂窝分别进行带余量加工;
3)将每层各分区的带余量加工后的蜂窝之间采用发泡胶在平板工装上进行宽度方向拼接,按发泡胶的固化参数进行拼接固化;
4)将宽度方向拼接固化完成的蜂窝按顺序依次叠放在成型工装上,并使用定位销钉将工装上挡板进行固定,进行蜂窝的高温软化塑形;
5)在成型工装上依次铺放可剥布、胶膜及塑形后的蜂窝,蜂窝上继续铺放玻纤预浸料、胶膜和玻纤预浸料,重复蜂窝及蜂窝上铺层,最后一层蜂窝铺放后,在蜂窝上铺放胶膜和可剥布,糊制真空袋,施加一定固化压力后,按玻纤预浸料固化温度进行固化;
6)采用数控加工将复层拼接后的蜂窝加工至理论尺寸。

Claims (4)

1.一种蜂窝复层拼接成型方法,用于制造大厚度、大角度的蜂窝夹层结构件,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)对蜂窝夹层结构件的厚度进行分层,获得每层蜂窝的厚度;
(2)对每层蜂窝进行分区,分别加工各分区的蜂窝毛料,并对蜂窝毛料进行带余量加工;
(3)在平板工装上对每层加工好的蜂窝毛料之间采用发泡胶进行宽度方向的拼接并固化;
(4)将固化后的各层的蜂窝按顺序依次叠放在成型工装上进行软化塑形;
(5)在成型工装上依次铺放可剥布、结构胶膜、各层蜂窝、结构胶膜和可剥布,其中在相邻蜂窝层之间铺设玻纤预浸料,并在蜂窝层和玻纤预浸料之间铺设胶膜,并进行固化;
(6)将已固化的复层蜂窝采用数控加工至理论尺寸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝复层拼接成型方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中按发泡胶的固化参数进行拼接固化。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝复层拼接成型方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中通过定位销钉对工装上挡板进行固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝复层拼接成型方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)中糊制真空袋,施加一定固化压力后,按玻纤预浸料固化曲线进行固化。
