一种快速测氟试剂及比色板,试剂主要成分为茜 红素、氧氯化锆、对甲苯磺酸或焦硫酸钾、氯化钠。本 发明试剂制备方法简单,使用操作方便,准确性高,实 用性强,且制做成本低,便于推广应用。比色板是包 括6个用滤色片薄膜制做的检测范围在0.5— 5.0mg/LF-的标准色阶比色片,携带使用方便。

Description

本发明涉及一种氟化物快速检测试剂及比色板,属于环境监测领域。
地方性氟中毒广泛分布于世界50多个国家,我国除上海外的29个省(市)均有不同程度流行,其中14个省为单纯饮水型,12个省为饮水型和燃煤型的混合型。普及“安全水”,降低地方病患病率是“2000年人人享有卫生保健”目标十二项标准中的两项。目前需要改水的地区和村镇很多。改水方法有两种,一种是改换水源,另一种是饮水降氟。不论哪种方法,均需要花费大量的人力和财力,经常大量的测定水中含氟量,测定水氟的方法有电极法和比色法,这两种方法都需要配备较贵重的仪器设备,在实验室内由专业技术人员完成,时间长,成本高。
本发明的目的是针对上述问题,提供一种快速、简便、廉价,适合现场使用,易于普及推广的快速测氟试剂及比色板。
本发明是一种氟化物快速检测试剂及比色板,试剂的主要成份包括固体酸对甲苯磺酸(C7H8O3SH2O)。或焦硫酸钾(K2S2O7)、辅助剂氯化钠(Nacl)、茜素红(C14H7O7SNaH2O)、氧氯化锆(ZyOCL28H2O),上述成份根据需要可以进行两种组配(百分比为重量百分比);(A)对甲苯磺酸45-70%,氯化钠35-50%,茜素红0.01-0.5%,氧氯化锆0.01-0.2%;(B)焦硫酸钾45-60%,氯化钠35-50%,茜素红0.01-0.7%,氧氯化锆0.01-0.5%。(A)适合冬春季生产使用,(B)适合夏秋季生产使用。其中固体酸对甲苯磺酸的最佳重量百分比为59.69%,焦硫酸钾的最佳重量百分比为55.35%。制备时,将处方中的各成份经研磨粉碎,过60-100目筛,准确称量后,经混合器充分混匀,分装以每份0.21克装在硬塑料小瓶内,石蜡封口防潮。
本发明还包括一个配合快速测氟试剂使用的比色板,包括6个用滤色片薄膜制做的检测范围在0.5-5.0mg/LF-的标准比色片。其制做方法是先用氟化钠制氟化物标准溶液,使含氟(F-)量分别为(单位mg/L):0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、3.0、5.0,每种溶液中分别加入一份快速测氟试剂(0.21克),摇匀后即成标准色阶。然后采用分光光度计,100MA电流,分别测出各标准色阶的光波波长和最佳透光度,再制出与标准色阶同色调的滤色片薄膜。将6个适当尺寸的不同色阶的滤色片薄膜压制在一块纸上,即可。携带使用方便。
快速测氟试剂使用方法,先用待测水样冲洗比色管,然后把水样加至比色管10ml刻度处,取一份试剂(0.21克)全部倒入比色管内,摇动使之全部溶解,静置5分钟后比色,读数单位mg/LF。
本发明快速测氟试剂及比色板使用准确性高,采用双育法用氟电极和本发明试剂及比色板测定同一样品水中氟化物,表明测定结果基本一致(结果见下表):

本发明快速测氟试剂及比色板实用性强,操作简单,省时、省力从采样到出数据5-6分钟即可。检查人员不需要特殊培训,使用不受现场条件的限制,且制做方法简便,成本低,试剂本身稳定性好。

Claims (5)

1、一种快速测氟试剂,其成份包括茜素红、氧氯化锆,其特征在于加入固体酸对甲苯磺酸或焦硫酸钾和辅助剂氯化钠混合配制而成。
2、一种快速测氟比色板,其特征在于包括6个用滤色片薄膜制做的检测范围在0.5-5.0mg/LF的标准色阶比色片。
3、根据权利要求1所述的快速测氟试剂,其特征在于对甲苯磺酸的重量百分比为45-70%;焦硫酸钾的重量百分比为45-60%。
4、根据权利要求3所述的快速测氟试剂,其特征在于对甲苯磺酸的最佳重量百分比为59.69%;焦硫酸钾的最佳重量百分比为55.35%。
5、根据权利要求1所述的快速测氟试剂,其特征在于辅助剂氯化钠的重量百分比为35-50%。
