The elastic device consists of a telescopic rod with two ends arranged in the lifting plate and a middle section bent into an L-shaped structure, and compression springs respectively arranged at two ends of the telescopic rod, and adjusting nuts respectively fixed at two ends of the telescopic rod and compressing the compression springs in the lifting plate; the telescopic rod passes through the pressing plate to press the telescopic rod on the front surface of the lifting plate.
