In addition, the top end of the case 21 has an opening, and the cover 22 is hinged to the case 21 and can cover the opening, and the cover opening and closing switch 27 is provided on the cover 22 and electrically connected to the circuit board 23. In addition, the graphene flow sensor 25 is preferably a mesh-shaped graphene flow sensor, and the graphene flow sensor 25 extends into the water pipe 1 and is electrically connected to the circuit board 23. Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, the water meter device further includes a data interface 231 for connecting with a meter reading device (not shown in the drawings), and the data interface 231 is disposed on the circuit board 23 and electrically connected therewith. Here, the data interface 231 is preferably a USB interface, and the user connects the interface and the meter reading device through a data line, and opens the cover opening switch 27 by opening the outer cover 22, so that the water consumption data can be transmitted to the meter reading device, thereby completing meter reading. In addition, the data interface 231 can be electrically connected with an external power supply, and the whole water meter device can be powered by the external power supply. Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, the water meter device further includes a wire (not shown in the drawings) for electrically connecting the graphene flow sensor 25 and the circuit board 23, wherein the mounting cover 28 and the mounting seat 29 are hollow members, one end of the wire is connected to the graphene flow sensor 25, and the other end of the wire passes through the mounting seat 29 and the mounting cover 28 and then extends into the box 21 and is electrically connected to the circuit board 23. Of course, according to actual situations and specific requirements, in other embodiments of the present invention, the graphene flow sensor 25 and the circuit board 23 may be electrically connected by other manners, which is not limited herein.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, an upper cover 211 is further disposed in the case 21, and the display screen 26 is fixed on the upper cover 211; the upper cover 211 and the case 21 are enclosed to form a containing cavity 20, and the circuit board 23 and other components disposed thereon are located in the containing cavity 20.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, the water meter device may further include a power source M, preferably a disposable lithium battery, disposed in the accommodating cavity 20 of the case 21 and electrically connected to the circuit board 23. Of course, according to the actual situation and specific requirements, in other embodiments of the present invention, the whole water meter device may be powered by other manners, which is not limited herein.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, a waterproof paint is sprayed on the surface of the circuit board 23. Through spraying waterproof paint for circuit board 23 has had dampproofing waterproof function, has avoided because of wet short circuit and the damage of circuit that leads to, has improved the device life-span. Of course, according to the actual situation and specific requirements, in other embodiments of the present invention, the waterproofing treatment may be performed by other manners, which is not limited only herein.
The water meter device provided by the invention has two working states, and is concretely as follows:

When the uncap signal of the uncap switch 27 is received, the backlight of the display screen 26 is lighted and the real-time water consumption is displayed for 30 seconds. When the uncap signal of the uncap switch 27 is received, the display 26 is caused to display the real-time water usage for 10 seconds, not more than 10 times per day in response to the uncap display. The relevant setup tasks are not performed in response to any commands from the data interface 231, but are performed at ordinary times in accordance with the RTC clock in the chip 24. Here, a 3400mAh disposable lithium battery is expected to operate for 8 years without external electricity, and its lifetime meets the requirements.

6. The water meter device of claim 1, wherein the mounting base is sleeved with a sealing ring, the sealing ring sealing a gap between the mounting base and the detection port.
