本发明公开了一种高净化效率风机盘管机组,主要包括接线盒、初效过滤器、活性炭过滤器、离心风机、静电集尘器、高效过滤器、换热盘管、凝结水盘、机壳;其特征在于:所述接线盒固定在机壳外侧,初效过滤器、活性炭过滤器、离心风机位于机壳的进气口处,初效过滤器位于活性炭过滤器前面,离心风机安装于活性炭过滤器后面,静电集尘器、高效过滤器、换热盘管、凝结水盘位于机壳的出气口处,凝结水盘位于静电集尘器、高效过滤器、换热盘管的下方,换热盘管安装于高效过滤器左侧,静电集尘器位于高效过滤器右侧;本发明的优点是:能够有效清除室内灰尘、细菌、病毒、异味等,提高室内空气洁净度,提高生活质量。

本发明涉及一种风机盘管机组领域,具体涉及一种高净化效率风机盘管机组。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,生活水平的不断提高、生产技术的不断发展,人们对空调***的要求越来越高,并对空调***的空气品质提出了更严格的要求;现有的风机盘管机组只能满足对房间内空气进行温度调节,配备的过滤网只能过滤掉颗粒比较大的灰尘,净化效率很低;本发明提出的一种高净化效率风机盘管机组,采用高效率换热盘管和无级调节离心风机实现对室内空气温度的精确调节;静电集尘器、高效过滤器等过滤模块能有效清除室内灰尘、细菌、病毒、异味等,提高室内空气洁净度,提升生活质量。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供了一种高净化效率风机盘管机组,采用高效率换热盘管和无级调节离心风机实现对室内空气温度的精确调节;静电集尘器、高效过滤器等过滤模块能有效清除室内灰尘、细菌、病毒、异味等,提高室内空气洁净度,提升生活质量。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一种技术方案是:一种高净化效率风机盘管机组,主要包括接线盒、初效过滤器、活性炭过滤器、离心风机、静电集尘器、高效过滤器、换热盘管、凝结水盘、机壳;其特征在于:所述接线盒固定在机壳外侧,初效过滤器、活性炭过滤器、离心风机、静电集尘器、高效过滤器、换热盘管、凝结水盘安装于机壳内,初效过滤器、活性炭过滤器、离心风机位于机壳的进气口处,初效过滤器位于活性炭过滤器前面,离心风机安装于活性炭过滤器后面,静电集尘器、高效过滤器、换热盘管、凝结水盘位于机壳的出气口处,凝结水盘位于静电集尘器、高效过滤器、换热盘管的下方,换热盘管安装于高效过滤器左侧,静电集尘器位于高效过滤器右侧。
本发明的有益效果是:采用高效率换热盘管和无级调节离心风机实现对室内空气温度的精确调节;静电集尘器、高效过滤器等过滤模块能有效清除室内灰尘、细菌、病毒、异味等,提高室内空气洁净度,提升生活质量。

请参阅图1-4,本发明实施例包括:一种高净化效率风机盘管机组,主要包括接线盒1、初效过滤器2、活性炭过滤器3、离心风机4、静电集尘器5、高效过滤器6、换热盘管7、凝结水盘8、机壳9;其特征在于:所述接线盒1固定在机壳9外侧,初效过滤器2、活性炭过滤器3、离心风机4、静电集尘器5、高效过滤器6、换热盘管7、凝结水盘8安装于机壳9内,初效过滤器2、活性炭过滤器3、离心风机4位于机壳9的进气口处,初效过滤器2位于活性炭过滤器3前面,离心风机4安装于活性炭过滤器3后面,静电集尘器5、高效过滤器6、换热盘管7、凝结水盘8位于机壳9的出气口处,凝结水盘8位于静电集尘器5、高效过滤器6、换热盘管7的下方,换热盘管7安装于高效过滤器6左侧,静电集尘器5位于高效过滤器6右侧;所述初效过滤器2、活性炭过滤器3、静电集尘器5、高效过滤器6均为模块化插拔式设计,在其侧面均装有拉手,安装、维护、更换简单方便;所述离心风机4、静电集尘器5与接线盒1由导线连接;所述初效过滤器2、活性炭过滤器3、离心风机4、静电集尘器5、高效过滤器6、换热盘管7安装在一个封闭通道内,该通道的一端与室内回风或室内回风+新风风管连接,通道的另一端与送风风管连接。
本发明的工作原理是:室内回风或室内回风+新风经初效过滤器过滤70%的PM10,进入活性炭过滤器3,吸收空气中细菌、甲醛等有害气体;经离心风机4的强制作用进入静电集尘器5,过滤掉90%以上的PM2.5,并释放9400V静电负高压杀灭病菌、病毒;再经过高效过滤器6,过滤空气中99.9%的PM2.5,过滤后的空气与换热盘管7中冷水/热水进行热交换,处理后的空气经送风管送入房间;离心风机4采用直流无刷电机,能实现风量无级调节,且能耗低;根据设定的房间温度与实际出风温度进行对比,可调节离心风机4的转速,以满足房间内冷/热负荷的要求,实现对室内空气温度的精确调节;静电集尘器5采用静电驻极改性材料作为载体,正负极完全密封隔离,不拉弧放电,不产生臭氧;静电集尘器5、高效过滤器6等过滤模块能有效清除室内灰尘、细菌、病毒、异味等,提高室内空气洁净度,提升生活质量。
