背景技术
在车水马龙的街头,一股股浅蓝色的烟气从一辆辆机动车尾部喷出,这就是通常所说的汽车尾气。汽车尾气不仅气味怪异,而且令人头昏、恶心,影响人的身体健康。在车辆不多的情况下,大气的自净能力尚能化解汽车排出的毒素。但随着汽车数量的急剧增加,交通拥堵成了家常便饭,汽车本应具备的便捷、舒适、高效的优势逐渐被过多的车辆所抵消,“汽车灾难”已经形成,由此带来的汽车尾气更是害人不浅,尾气在直接危害人体健康的同时,还会对人类生活的环境产生深远影响。尾气中的二氧化硫具有强烈的刺激气味,达到一定浓度时容易导致“酸雨”的发生,造成土壤和水源酸化,影响农作物和森林的生长。近100年来,温室效应已成为人类的一大祸患。冰川融化、海平面上升、厄尔尼诺现象、拉尼娜现象等都对人类的生存带来了极为严峻的挑战。而二氧化碳则是导致温室效应的罪魁祸首,汽车尾气的治理是一项大工程,且汽车数量逐年上升,尾气污染越来越严重,市面上涌现了越来越多的空气净化器,但其都是放在室内使用,不能从根源上解决问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供高效率多功能尾气净化器,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:高效率多功能尾气净化器,包括箱体、进气管、膜过滤室、生物净化室、化学净化室、碱净化室、排气管、过滤膜、生物细菌、氧化剂、氧化催化剂密植网、碱试剂和连接管,所述高效率多功能尾气净化器箱体内设有膜过滤室、生物净化室、化学净化室和碱净化室,所述进气管、膜过滤室、生物净化室、化学净化室、碱净化室和排气管依次连接,连接管穿插其中,所述膜过滤室、生物净化室、化学净化室和碱净化室内分别填装有过滤膜、生物细菌、氧化剂和碱试剂,所述化学净化室内设有氧化催化剂密植网。
优选的,所述箱体、进气管、排气管和连接管均由Q235不锈钢制成,箱体为长方体型结构,进气管、排气管和连接管均为圆形管道结构,管径具体不超过5cm,且长度均不短于3cm。
优选的,所述膜过滤室、生物净化室、化学净化室和碱净化室均由碳化硅陶瓷制成,且均为正方体梭型,容积为1L,至少有一段。
优选的,所述过滤膜为氮化硅陶瓷过滤膜,过滤膜具体为圆孔状膜,孔径大小均小于10um,从左到右依次微滤陶瓷膜、超滤陶瓷膜和纳滤陶瓷膜,且微滤陶瓷膜、超滤陶瓷膜和纳滤陶瓷膜均至少有15片,为圆形片状。
优选的,所述生物细菌为光合细菌基,具体光合细菌基为红螺菌基,且为螺旋形宽度不超过1.5um。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该高效率多功能尾气净化器体积小,结构简单,设计新颖,制造成本低廉,易于更换与清洁;并且在高效率多功能尾气净化器内设置有四段净化室,净化作用大大加强,过滤膜能够循环使用,用碱试剂吸收后的物质能够回收利用,节约能源,经过处理后的尾气有害物质的含量大大降低,降低了尾气对环境的危害。

工作原理:工作时,将汽车尾气通入箱体1左端的进气管2,流经膜过滤室3,进入过滤膜8内,在微滤陶瓷膜、超滤陶瓷膜和纳滤陶瓷膜的过滤作用下,很大部分固体颗粒被滤掉而留下,汽车尾气经过膜过滤室3后由连接管13引入生物净化室4,在红螺菌等生物细菌9的生物分解作用下,杂质有机物等被分解,经过生物净化室4的汽车尾气后由连接管13引入化学净化室5,在氧化催化剂密植网11的作用下,一氧化碳、碳氢化物、二氧化硫和一氧化氮等还原性气体和氧化剂10发生氧化还原反应被氧化,经过化学净化室5的汽车尾气后由连接管13引入碱净化室6,碱净化室6中的碱试剂12吸收汽车尾气中的酸性气体,最后由排气管7排出。
