Abstract

本发明涉及一种竹炭窗帘面料的制备方法,该方法以生长四年以上的老竹为原料,经过450‑1000℃煅烧把竹子烧制成竹炭;将竹炭通过纳米技术将竹炭微粉化得到纳米竹炭;将纳米竹炭和增溶剂混炼于涤纶原浆中,超声处理1‑2小时,通过纺棉技术制成竹炭纤维;将真丝纤维和棉纤维进行抗菌处理并烘干,作为经线的真丝纤维和棉纤维与作为纬线的竹炭纤维混纺织造成织物;将织物和纯碱、表面活性剂一起水浴处理,水浴温度为80‑90℃,水浴时间为1‑1.5小时,然后取出织物洗涤并烘干,得到竹炭窗帘面料;本发明所得的竹炭窗帘面料不仅具有抗菌抑菌、抗紫外线作用,本发明的竹炭窗帘面料断裂强度为4.5‑6.8cn/dtex,线密度75.2‑78.5dtex,断裂伸长率为22.7‑28.6%,具有机械强度高,面料柔滑且舒适的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种窗帘面料,尤其涉及一种竹炭窗帘面料的制备方法。
背景技术
自宋朝出现布艺之后,人们便把它用作窗饰,因为它的花纹丰富,又轻便,演绎出了万众风情的窗帘。布帘按材质分有棉纱布,涤纶布,涤棉混纺,棉麻混纺等,不同的材质、纹理、颜色、图案等综合起来就形成了不同风格的布帘,配合不同风格的室内设计。
随着科技的进步,消费者审美的转变及环保意识的逐渐加强,窗帘不仅体现一个房间的表情,也反映了主人的生活品味和情趣,一款落落大方、简约高雅的窗帘,可以为居室锦上添花。除了装饰功能外,窗帘的材质、功能、舒适度也与我们的健康、生活息息相关。因此,竹炭纤维以其优良的抗菌抑菌功能、超强保健功能、吸湿放湿功能、除臭吸附功能受到广大消费者和白领们的追捧。
公开号为CN105671730A的中国专利公开了一种竹炭纤维面料,该发明的断裂强度低,面料粗糙且易断裂。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的不足,本发明提供一种竹炭窗帘面料的制备方法,该方法不仅具有抗菌抑菌、抗紫外线作用,还具有机械强度高,面料柔滑且舒适的优点。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种竹炭窗帘面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)竹炭纤维的制备
以生长四年以上的老竹为原料,经过60-100℃预处理,100-150℃干燥, 150-270℃预炭化,270-450℃炭化,450-1000℃煅烧把竹子烧制成竹炭;将竹炭通过纳米技术将竹炭微粉化得到纳米竹炭;将纳米竹炭和增溶剂混炼于涤纶原浆中,超声处理1-2小时,通过纺棉技术制成竹炭纤维;
(2)混合纺织
将真丝纤维和棉纤维进行抗菌处理并烘干,作为经线的真丝纤维和棉纤维与作为纬线的竹炭纤维混纺织造成织物;
(3)织物的处理
将织物和纯碱、表面活性剂一起水浴处理,水浴温度为80-90℃,水浴时间为1-1.5小时,然后取出织物洗涤并烘干,得到竹炭窗帘面料。
优选地,所述步骤(1)中纳米竹炭、增溶剂、涤纶原浆质量比为4-5:1: 6-8。
优选地,所述步骤(1)中增溶剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯- 聚氧丙烯醚、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚甘油脂肪酸酯一种或几种。
优选地,所述步骤(2)中真丝纤维、棉纤维、竹炭纤维的质量比为2:5: 3。
优选地,所述步骤(3)中所述表面活性剂为阳离子表面活性剂。
有益效果,竹炭纤维的碳质结构致密、比重大、孔隙多、矿物质含量丰富,具有很强的吸附分解能力并释放负离子,能发挥抑菌功能;并且具有抗UV功能, 有效隔离紫外线伤害,抗紫外线指数>94%,天然远红外线功能,释放率高达90%以上,该发明的竹炭窗帘面料断裂强度为4.5-6.8cn/dtex,线密度 75.2-78.5dtex,断裂伸长率为22.7-28.6%;采用竹炭纤维和棉纤维混纺、真丝纤维混纺工艺提高了面料机械强度,面料柔滑且舒适。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细介绍,但不局限于此。
实施例1
一种竹炭窗帘面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)竹炭纤维的制备
以生长四年以上的老竹为原料,经过60℃预处理,100℃干燥,150℃预炭化,270℃炭化,450℃煅烧把竹子烧制成竹炭;将竹炭通过纳米技术将竹炭微粉化得到纳米竹炭;将纳米竹炭和增溶剂混炼于涤纶原浆中,超声处理2小时,通过纺棉技术制成竹炭纤维;
(2)混合纺织
将真丝纤维和棉纤维进行抗菌处理并烘干,作为经线的真丝纤维和棉纤维与作为纬线的竹炭纤维混纺织造成织物;
(3)织物的处理
将织物和纯碱、表面活性剂一起水浴处理,水浴温度为80℃,水浴时间为 1.5小时,然后取出织物洗涤并烘干,得到竹炭窗帘面料。
优选地,所述步骤(1)中纳米竹炭、增溶剂、涤纶原浆质量比为5:1:8。

(2)混合纺织
将真丝纤维和棉纤维进行抗菌处理并烘干,作为经线的真丝纤维和棉纤维与作为纬线的竹炭纤维混纺织造成织物;
(3)织物的处理
将织物和纯碱、表面活性剂一起水浴处理,水浴温度为90℃,水浴时间为1 小时,然后取出织物洗涤并烘干,得到竹炭窗帘面料。

以生长四年以上的老竹为原料,经过90℃预处理,125℃干燥,220℃预炭化,400℃炭化,900℃煅烧把竹子烧制成竹炭;将竹炭通过纳米技术将竹炭微粉化得到纳米竹炭;将纳米竹炭和增溶剂混炼于涤纶原浆中,超声处理1.5小时,通过纺棉技术制成竹炭纤维;
(2)混合纺织
将真丝纤维和棉纤维进行抗菌处理并烘干,作为经线的真丝纤维和棉纤维与作为纬线的竹炭纤维混纺织造成织物;
(3)织物的处理
将织物和纯碱、表面活性剂一起水浴处理,水浴温度为85℃,水浴时间为 1.2小时,然后取出织物洗涤并烘干,得到竹炭窗帘面料。
优选地,所述步骤(1)中纳米竹炭、增溶剂、涤纶原浆质量比为4:1:8。
优选地,所述步骤(1)中增溶剂为聚甘油脂肪酸酯。
优选地,所述步骤(2)中真丝纤维、棉纤维、竹炭纤维的质量比为2:5: 3。
优选地,所述步骤(3)中所述表面活性剂为阳离子表面活性剂。
将实施例1-3所得的窗帘面料进行性能测试,结果如下表所示:

实验结果表明:该发明的竹炭纤维窗帘面料断裂强度为4.5-6.8cn/dtex,线密度为75.2-78.5dtex,断裂伸长率为22.7-28.6%;该窗帘面料机械强度高,表明窗帘面料不易断裂;线密度小,断裂伸长率高,表面窗帘面料面料柔滑且舒适。

Claims (5)

1.一种竹炭窗帘面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)竹炭纤维的制备
以生长四年以上的老竹为原料,经过60-100℃预处理,100-150℃干燥,150-270℃预炭化,270-450℃炭化,450-1000℃煅烧把竹子烧制成竹炭;将竹炭通过纳米技术将竹炭微粉化得到纳米竹炭;将纳米竹炭和增溶剂混炼于涤纶原浆中,超声处理1-2小时,通过纺棉技术制成竹炭纤维;
(2)混合纺织
将真丝纤维和棉纤维进行抗菌处理并烘干,作为经线的真丝纤维和棉纤维与作为纬线的竹炭纤维混纺织造成织物;
(3)织物的处理
将织物和纯碱、表面活性剂一起水浴处理,水浴温度为80-90℃,水浴时间为1-1.5小时,然后取出织物洗涤并烘干,得到竹炭窗帘面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹炭窗帘面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中纳米竹炭、增溶剂、涤纶原浆质量比为4-5:1:6-8。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹炭窗帘面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中增溶剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚甘油脂肪酸酯一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹炭窗帘面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中真丝纤维、棉纤维、竹炭纤维的质量比为2:5:3。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹炭窗帘面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中所述表面活性剂为阳离子表面活性剂。
