Abstract

一种适用于高速电机的合金钢转轴,所述合金钢转轴由以下重量份的原料组成:碳2.12%‑2.30%,铬0.15%‑0.24%,铅1.58%‑2.10%,钛0.04%‑0.06%,钼0.03%‑0.12%,钨0.05%‑0.09%,铝0.03%‑0.07%,镍0.13%‑0.18%,锰0.03%‑0.05%,氮0.12%‑0.15%,氧0.14%‑0.20%,余量为铁。合金钢转轴中的铬、钛、铝等元素与氧和氮化合,形成稳定的氧化物和氮化物,夹杂在钢中,消除内部缩松缩孔缺陷,改善内部应力,增加致密性,使钢强度增加;铅元素与氧和氮结合使得合金钢转轴能够产生抗磁性,转动过程中不易被磁化;在合金钢转轴表面附着有导热层,快速的将转动过程中产生的热量沿着轴向传递散发在电机外;耐磨层可以有效的减少转轴与轴承之间的摩擦,延长转轴使用寿命。

一种适用于高速电机的合金钢转轴
技术领域
本发明涉及转轴技术领域,具体涉及一种适用于高速电机的合金钢转轴。
背景技术
转轴的材料主要采用碳素钢和合金钢,转轴毛坯一般采用碾压件和锻件,很少采用铸件。合金钢已有一百多年的历史,工业上较多地使用合金钢材大约是在19世纪后半期,当时由于钢的生产量和使用量不断增大,机械制造业需要解决钢的加工切削问题,1868年英国人马希特(R.F.Mushet)发明了成分为2.5%Mn-7%W的自硬钢,将切削速度提高到5米/分。随着商业和运输的发展,1870年在美国用铬钢(1.5~2.0%Cr)在密西西比河上建造了跨度为158.5米的大桥;由于加工构件时发生困难,稍后,一些工业国家改用镍钢(3.5%Ni)建造大跨度的桥梁。与此同时,一些国家还将镍钢用于修造军舰。随着工程技术的发展,要求加快机械的转动速度,1901年在西欧出现了高碳铬滚动轴承钢。1910年又发展出了18W-4Cr-1V型的高速工具钢,进一步把切削速度提高到30米/分。可见合金钢的问世和发展,是适应了社会生产力发展的要求,特别是和机械制造、交通运输和军事工业的需要分不开的。
合金钢作为电机转轴材料,需要较大的硬度和抗扭性能,转轴在高速转动时会产生大量的热量和机械磨损,热量需要通过转轴进行散热,机械磨损一方面通过润滑油减少磨损,另一方面需要通过提高转轴自身的强度减少磨损,在旋转过程中普通合金钢容易被磁化。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,提供一种内部致密、强度高适用于高速电机的合金钢转轴。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种适用于高速电机的合金钢转轴,所述合金钢转轴由以下重量份的原料组成:
碳2.12%-2.30%,铬0.15%-0.24%,铅1.58%-2.10%,钛0.04%-0.06%,钼0.03%-0.12%,钨0.05%-0.09%,铝0.03%-0.07%,镍0.13%-0.18%,锰0.03%-0.05%,氮0.12%-0.15%,氧0.14%-0.20%,余量为铁。
所述合金钢转轴表面附着有导热层。
所述导热层为单层或双层石墨烯。
所述石墨烯通过气相沉积附着在碳素钢转轴表面。
所述导热层上蒸镀有耐磨层。
所述耐磨层由以下重量份的原料组成:
金刚砂1.3-2.0份,棕刚玉1.2-1.5份,高锰钢粉0.9-1.2份,碳化硼1.0-1.6份,蓝宝石8-15份,氮化铝1.0-1.2份。
所述导热层厚度为0.02-0.06mm。
所述耐磨层厚度为0.2-0.5mm。
本发明的有益效果为:合金钢转轴中的铬、钛、铝等元素与氧和氮化合,形成稳定的氧化物和氮化物,夹杂在钢中,消除内部缩松缩孔缺陷,改善内部应力,增加致密性,使钢强度增加;铅元素与氧和氮结合使得合金钢转轴能够产生抗磁性,转动过程中不易被磁化;在合金钢转轴表面附着有导热层,快速的将转动过程中产生的热量沿着轴向传递散发在电机外;耐磨层可以有效的减少转轴与轴承之间的摩擦,延长转轴使用寿命。

实施例1
一种适用于高速电机的合金钢转轴,所述合金钢转轴由以下重量份的原料组成:
碳2.12%,铬0.15%,铅1.58%,钛0.04%,钼0.03%,钨0.05%,铝0.03%,镍0.13%,锰0.03%,氮0.12%,氧0.14%,余量为铁。
所述合金钢转轴表面附着有导热层。
所述导热层为单层或双层石墨烯。
所述石墨烯通过气相沉积附着在碳素钢转轴表面。
所述导热层上蒸镀有耐磨层。
所述耐磨层由以下重量份的原料组成:
金刚砂1.3份,棕刚玉1.2份,高锰钢粉0.9份,碳化硼1.0份,蓝宝石8份,氮化铝1.0份。
所述导热层厚度为0.02mm。
所述耐磨层厚度为0.2mm。
实施例2
一种适用于高速电机的合金钢转轴,所述合金钢转轴由以下重量份的原料组成:
碳2.21%,铬0.20%,铅1.84%,钛0.05%,钼0.07%,钨0.07%,铝0.05%,镍0.15%,锰0.04%,氮0.13%,氧0.17%余量为铁。
所述合金钢转轴表面附着有导热层。
所述导热层为单层或双层石墨烯。
所述石墨烯通过气相沉积附着在碳素钢转轴表面。
所述导热层上蒸镀有耐磨层。
所述耐磨层由以下重量份的原料组成:
金刚砂1.3份,棕刚玉1.2份,高锰钢粉0.9份,碳化硼1.0份,蓝宝石8份,氮化铝1.0份。
所述导热层厚度为0.04mm。
所述耐磨层厚度为0.3mm。
实施例3
一种适用于高速电机的合金钢转轴,所述合金钢转轴由以下重量份的原料组成:
碳2.30%,铬0.24%,铅2.10%,钛0.06%,钼0.12%,钨0.09%,铝0.07%,镍0.18%,锰0.05%,氮0.15%,氧0.20%余量为铁。
所述合金钢转轴表面附着有导热层。
所述导热层为单层或双层石墨烯。
所述石墨烯通过气相沉积附着在碳素钢转轴表面。
所述导热层上蒸镀有耐磨层。
所述耐磨层由以下重量份的原料组成:
金刚砂1.3份,棕刚玉1.2份,高锰钢粉0.9份,碳化硼1.0份,蓝宝石8份,氮化铝1.0份。
所述导热层厚度为0.06mm。
所述耐磨层厚度为0.5mm。
实施例4
一种适用于高速电机的合金钢转轴,所述合金钢转轴由以下重量份的原料组成:
碳2.21%,铬0.20%,铅1.84%,钛0.05%,钼0.07%,钨0.07%,铝0.05%,镍0.15%,锰0.04%,氮0.13%,氧0.17%余量为铁。
所述合金钢转轴表面附着有导热层。
所述导热层为单层或双层石墨烯。
所述石墨烯通过气相沉积附着在碳素钢转轴表面。
所述导热层上蒸镀有耐磨层。
所述耐磨层由以下重量份的原料组成:
金刚砂2.0份,棕刚玉1.5份,高锰钢粉1.2份,碳化硼1.6份,蓝宝石15份,氮化铝1.2份。
所述导热层厚度为0.04mm。
所述耐磨层厚度为0.3mm。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种适用于高速电机的合金钢转轴,其特征在于,所述合金钢转轴表面附着有导热层。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种适用于高速电机的合金钢转轴,其特征在于,所述导热层为单层或双层石墨烯。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种适用于高速电机的合金钢转轴,其特征在于,所述石墨烯通过气相沉积附着在碳素钢转轴表面。
5.如权利要求2所述的一种适用于高速电机的合金钢转轴,其特征在于,所述导热层上蒸镀有耐磨层。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种适用于高速电机的合金钢转轴,其特征在于,所述耐磨层由以下重量份的原料组成:
金刚砂1.3-2.0份,棕刚玉1.2-1.5份,高锰钢粉0.9-1.2份,碳化硼1.0-1.6份,蓝宝石8-15份,氮化铝1.0-1.2份。
7.如权利要求2所述的一种适用于高速电机的合金钢转轴,其特征在于,所述导热层厚度为0.02-0.06mm。
8.如权利要求5所述的一种适用于高速电机的合金钢转轴,其特征在于,所述耐磨层厚度为0.2-0.5mm。
