技术领域
本发明属于润滑脂技术领域,特别是一种高抗辐射高真空宽温机器人轴承专 用脂组合物。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人口红利降低,传统工业向技术密集型工业快速转型。国 内外对机器人技术的发展越来越重视。全球各国正加快布局机器人产业,2007 年欧盟启动了第七框架计划(7th Framework Programme),2011年美国启动了“美 国国家机器人计划”,韩国和日本也规划制定了相关的机器人研究计划。预计在 未来几年,机器人将在汽车、船舶、工程机械、电子家电等制造行业以及公共安 全事件处理等领域迎来爆发式需求增长。
目前,机器人类型主要分为工业机器人和服务型机器人。其中工业机器人是 机器人最重要的一类,占据绝大部分机器人市场份额,工业机器人专用润滑脂相 比于服务型机器人具有更广阔的市场空间。
工业机器人是一种综合计算机、控制论、机构学、人工智能、仿生学、信息 和传感技术等多学科多领域的高新技术装备。工业机器人应用领域较为广泛可运 用于汽车及零部件制造、工程机械制造、电子及家电制造等领域,适用于结构焊 接、码垛搬运、零部件装配拆卸以及产品涂装等工种。由于工业机器人具有应用 领域广泛,作用工种多样,使用环境多变等特点,工业机器人对润滑材料的要求 也更为严格,特别是工业减速器轴承零部件,工业机器人常用的轴承有角接触球 轴承、圆柱滚子轴承、圆锥滚子轴承以及十字交叉滚子轴承等,这些轴承寿命决 定工业机器人及其减速器寿命,润滑材料的优劣直接影响到轴承润滑状态及寿 命,因此开发一种机器人轴承专业润滑脂显得很有意义。
辐射对润滑脂的主要影响是逐渐破坏脂的结构骨架,从而使其流变性能发生 变化。特别是当吸收辐射剂量足以引起分散介质和稠化剂本身发生化学变化时, 脂的结构就开始被破坏。辐射对润滑脂的作用开始时显现为强度极限和粘度值下 降。继续增加吸收辐射剂量,脂表现为开始硬化。各种脂被辐射后,最后阶段都 表现硬化,分散介质发生辐射聚合。因此,具有抗辐射能力的润滑脂必须是采用 抗辐射的基础油、稠化剂和添加剂。
此外,工业机器人运行工况具有使用温度差异大、速度变化大、高辐射、高 真空、重负荷、高频交变负荷等特点,根据这些工况特点,针对工业机器人开发 的高抗辐射高真空宽温机器人轴承专用脂还应具有优良的高低温性能、抗氧化性 能、泵送性、机械安定性、胶体安定性、抗水淋性、防腐性、抗辐射性能、抗微 动磨损性能、抗冲击性能以及减震、低噪性能。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有优良的高低温性能、抗氧化性能、 泵送性、机械安定性、胶体安定性、抗水淋性、防腐性、抗辐射性能、抗微动磨 损性能、抗冲击性能以及减震、低噪性能的高抗辐射高真空宽温机器人轴承专用 脂组合物。

本发明通过正交实验结合人工神经网络智能算法确定出最合适的稠化剂以 及基础油种类使得研制润滑脂具备基本符合适用于工业机器人轴承运行工况的 研制润滑脂,再进一步实验确定其他添加剂组分及含量。该润滑脂组合物不仅具 有优良的高低温性能、抗氧化性能、泵送性、机械安定性、胶体安定性、抗水淋 性、防腐性之外,而且还具有优异的抗辐射性能、抗微动磨损性能、抗冲击性能 以及减震、低噪性能。此外,该润滑脂在高真空环境还能保持良好的综合性能。
