Abstract
本发明公开了一种稀有气体联片式压缩机油组合物,采用质量比50%的偏苯三酸酯EsterexTM111和50%的聚α‑烯烃复合作为全合成复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,包括:抗氧剂、金属减活剂、摩擦改进剂、抗磨剂、油性剂、抗泡剂、抗氧防腐剂、抗雾剂。本发明的组合物具有良好抗泡、气体释放性、热氧化安定性、抗剪切、抗腐、抗雾等性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明一种稀有气体联片式压缩机油组合物属于压缩机润滑剂领域。
背景技术
稀有气体或惰性气体是指元素周期表上的18族元素(IUPAC新规定,即原来的0族。在常温常压下,它们都是无色无味的单原子气体,很难进行化学反应。天然存在的稀有气体有六种,即氦(He)、氖(Ne)、氩(Ar)、氪(Kr)、氙(Xe)和具放射性的氡(Rn)。随着工业生产和科学技术的发展,稀有气体越来越广泛的应用在工业、医学和尖端科技以及日常生生活中。空气是制取稀有气体的主要原料,通过液态空气的分级蒸馏,可得到稀有气体混合物,再用活性炭低温选择性吸附法,就可以将稀有气体分离出来。由于稀有气体是贵重气体,纯度要求很高,不允许混入油和水,因此要求采用膜片式压缩机压缩和输送。因此,有必要开发一种稀有气体联片式压缩机油组合物。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有良好抗泡、气体释放性、热氧化安定性、抗剪切、抗腐、抗雾性能的稀有气体联片式压缩机油组合物。
本发明采用如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种稀有气体联片式压缩机油组合物,采用质量比50%的偏苯三酸酯EsterexTM111和50%的聚α-烯烃复合作为全合成复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

抗氧剂是质量比50%的2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚T501和50%的二烷基二苯胺T534复合;
金属减活剂是巯基苯并咪唑;摩擦改进剂是磷酸酯T451;抗磨剂是硫代磷酸胺盐T307;
油性剂是油酸乙二醇酯T403C;抗泡剂是甲基硅油T901;
抗氧防腐剂是二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯;抗雾剂是聚异丁烯T603A。
本发明的优点在于:该组合物具有良好抗泡、气体释放性、热氧化安定性、抗剪切、抗腐、抗雾性能。

1.一种稀有气体联片式压缩机油组合物,其特征在于:采用质量比50%的偏苯三酸酯EsterexTM111和50%的聚α-烯烃复合作为全合成复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
以上各组分的质量百分比含量为100%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种稀有气体联片式压缩机油组合物,其特征在于:抗氧剂是质量比50%的2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚T501和50%的二烷基二苯胺T534复合。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种稀有气体联片式压缩机油组合物,其特征在于:金属减活剂是巯基苯并咪唑。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种稀有气体联片式压缩机油组合物,其特征在于:摩擦改进剂是磷酸酯T451;抗磨剂是硫代磷酸胺盐T307。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种稀有气体联片式压缩机油组合物,其特征在于:油性剂是油酸乙二醇酯T403C;抗泡剂是甲基硅油T901。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种稀有气体联片式压缩机油组合物,其特征在于:抗氧防腐剂是二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯;抗雾剂是聚异丁烯T603A。
