本发明公开了一种耐磨杀菌地板漆,该地板漆由如下重量份的成份组成:水性聚氨酯‑丙烯酸酯乳液100份,纳米耐磨杀菌粉35‑40份,助剂5‑10份,环保颜料10‑15份,其他填料10‑20份,所述的纳米耐磨杀菌粉是由质量比值为1:1.5‑2:1‑1.5的活性纳米硅酸钙,纳米载银二氧化硅,纳米活性炭组成的,制备的地板漆,具有耐磨杀菌,去异味的作用。

一种耐磨杀菌地板漆
技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种耐磨杀菌地板漆,属于涂料制造业技术领域。
背景技术
地板漆是用于建筑物室内地面涂层饰面的地面涂料。目前常用的地板漆有水性漆和溶剂型漆两大类。水性漆是用水作溶剂,水挥发后,漆膜形成。由于其涂膜固化后应力过大,柔韧性不佳,造成漆膜很容易磨损,如中国专利公开号CN103059254A,现有的溶剂型漆是以二甲苯为溶剂,当二甲苯挥发后,漆膜形成,由于其含有过量的二甲苯及甲醛,刷过漆的地板需较长时间通风才可把残余二甲苯挥发完,对人体非常有害,可导致哮喘病等,且其耐磨性和硬度较差,不耐划伤;保光性差,漆面容易变黄,如中国专利公开号CN101555380A。
本发明就是基于此思路,选择了合适的材料,采用水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯乳液为基料,添加了纳米耐磨杀菌粉,制备出具有杀菌,耐磨,除异味的地板漆。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服现有背景技术中的不足之处,本发明提供了一种耐磨杀菌地板漆。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种耐磨杀菌地板漆,其特征在于:由如下重量份的成份组成:
其中,纳米耐磨杀菌粉是由质量比值为1:1.5-2:1-1.5的活性纳米硅酸钙、纳米载银二氧化硅、纳米活性炭组成。
优选的,所述的水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯乳液的固含量为30-40%。
优选的,所述的助剂由如下重量份的助剂组成:2-3份润湿剂,1-3份分散剂,0.2-0.5份消泡剂,0.5-1份防霉剂,0.5-1份抗老化剂,2.5-3份成膜剂。
优选的,所述的环保颜料为钛镍黄、钛铬棕、钴蓝、钴绿、铜铬黑、镉红、镉黄中任意一种,颜料粒度为200-300目。
优选的,所述的其他填料为二氧化硅、滑石粉、高岭土、硅藻土中一种或多种,粒度为200-300目。
优选的,所述的活性纳米硅酸钙是采用硅烷偶联剂F-5对纳米硅酸钙进行表面改性制备而成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明中采用水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯乳液为基料的技术,获得了地板漆具有聚氨酯的耐磨性,又具有丙烯酸良好的耐温差变化性。
2.本发明中采用添加由活性纳米硅酸钙、纳米载银二氧化硅、纳米活性炭组成的纳米耐磨杀菌粉技术,获得了地板漆具有耐磨,杀菌,除异味的优点。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
实施例1
1)活性纳米硅酸钙的制备::称取20g纳米硅酸钙置于球磨机中并加入2%的改性剂硅烷偶联剂F-5,在600r/min球磨机转速下改性40min后得到的粉体即得活性纳米硅酸钙。
2)耐磨杀菌地板漆的制备:取质量比为1:2:1.5的纳米载银二氧化硅、纳米活性炭和上述活性纳米硅酸钙,在高速混合搅拌机中,混合搅拌10min,得纳米耐磨杀菌粉,将35份纳米耐磨杀菌粉与由2份润湿剂,2份分散剂,0.4份消泡剂,0.8份防霉剂,0.7份抗老化剂,2.8份成膜剂混合成的5份助剂在高速分散混合搅拌机中,混合搅拌15min,得混合纳米耐磨杀菌粉,然后将上述混合纳米耐磨杀菌粉加入到固含量为30%的100份的水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯乳液,再依次加入10份钛镍黄环保颜料,10份粒度为200目的二氧化硅、滑石粉混合的其他填料,在高速分散混合搅拌机中,混合搅拌25min,得耐磨杀菌地板漆。
实施例2
本实施例的制备方法同实施例1,不同的是纳米耐磨杀菌粉40份,助剂10份。
实施例3
本实施例的制备方法同实施例2,不同的是水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯乳液固含量40%,其他填料20份,粒径300目。
实施例制备出来的地板漆性能测试如下:地板漆的常规性能附着力按GB/T9286-1998,硬度按GB/T6739-2006按杀菌性能测试是按国家***2016年发布的《消毒技术规范》和按《GB15982-2012医院消毒卫生标准》抽样检测的结果。
综合考虑,实施例2的性能较优。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同。

1.一种耐磨杀菌地板漆,其特征在于:由如下重量份的成份组成:
其中,纳米耐磨杀菌粉是由质量比值为1:1.5-2:1-1.5的活性纳米硅酸钙、纳米载银二氧化硅、纳米活性炭组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨杀菌地板漆,其特征在于:所述的水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯乳液的固含量为30-40%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨杀菌地板漆,其特征在于:所述的助剂由如下重量份的助剂组成:2-3份润湿剂,1-3份分散剂,0.2-0.5份消泡剂,0.5-1份防霉剂,0.5-1份抗老化剂,2.5-3份成膜剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨杀菌地板漆,其特征在于:所述的环保颜料为钛镍黄、钛铬棕、钴蓝、钴绿、铜铬黑、镉红、镉黄中任意一种,颜料粒度为200-300目。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨杀菌地板漆,其特征在于:所述的其他填料为二氧化硅、滑石粉、高岭土、硅藻土中一种或多种,粒度为200-300目。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨杀菌地板漆,其特征在于:所述的活性纳米硅酸钙是采用硅烷偶联剂F-5对纳米硅酸钙进行表面改性制备而成。
