When the coffee maker starts to heat, water in the movable water tank 3 flows into the heating component 42 through the water guide component 41, flows to the water outlet component 43 along the arrow direction of the solid line in fig. 7, and enters the bean grinding and brewing device 2.
As shown in fig. 8, the water guide assembly 41 includes a water guide seat water inlet sealing ring 411, a water guide seat 412, a screw 413, a check valve 414, a check valve ball 415, and a heating tube water inlet silicone tube 416. The water guide seat 412 is provided with a water guide seat water outlet and a water guide seat water return opening, the water guide seat water outlet is connected to the heating tube water inlet silicone tube 416, and the water guide seat water return opening is communicated with the water outlet assembly 43 through a pipeline. The water return port of the water guide seat is arranged, so that water of the water outlet assembly 43 can flow back to the water guide assembly 41 through a pipeline and then flow back to the movable water tank 3.
As shown in fig. 9, the heating element 42 includes a heating tube holder 421, a heat insulating pad 422, a heating tube 423, a temperature controller 424, a screw 425, a spring clip 426, a heater trim 427, a nut 428, a spring pad 429, a screw 4210, a thermal fuse 4211, a silicone rod 4212, and a screw 4213. The microcomputer control device 7 is electrically connected with the heating tube 423 and the temperature controller 424, respectively, for microcomputer control. The thermostat 424 is provided to enable temperature adjustment to allow a user to taste brewed coffee at a specific temperature.
As shown in fig. 10, the water outlet assembly 43 includes a water outlet, a water inlet pipe of the water outlet, a water return pipe of the water outlet, a water outlet switch sealing ring 431, a switch touch seat 432, a water outlet movable switch spring 433, a water outlet 434, a movable switch 435, a screw 436, a water outlet sealing ring 437, a water outlet movable pin 438, a water outlet movable pin spring 439, a water outlet connecting seat 4310, a clamp spring 4311, a water inlet 4312 and a water return pipe 4313. The water outlet is communicated with the bean grinding and brewing device 2 through a pipeline, the water inlet pipe of the water outlet seat is communicated with the heating device 4 through a pipeline and is clamped by the clamp spring 4311, and the water return pipe of the water outlet seat is communicated with the movable water tank 3 through a pipeline. When the bean grinding box assembly 22 of the bean grinding and brewing device 2 is in the working position, the water inlet pipe arranged on the bean grinding box cover assembly 21 is inserted into the water outlet of the water outlet seat 434, so that the water outlet seat movable pin 438 is pressed down to block the pipe orifice of the water return pipe of the water outlet seat, and high-temperature hot water flows into the bean grinding and brewing device 2 along the arrow direction of the solid line in fig. 7; when the bean grinding and brewing apparatus 2 is not in the working position of the bean grinding box assembly 22, the outlet seat movable pin 438 is sprung upward by the outlet seat movable pin spring 439, and the outlet seat water return pipe is opened so that water of the outlet seat water inlet pipe cannot flow out from the water outlet, and high-temperature hot water flows back to the movable water tank 3 along the direction of a dotted arrow of fig. 7 through the outlet seat water return pipe.
The above reflow design is achieved by the above configuration. If the bean grinding box assembly 22 is taken out during the heating process, the movable pin 438 of the water outlet seat in the water outlet seat 434 is automatically closed, and the high-temperature hot water is returned to the movable water tank 3 through the water outlet seat return pipe. The device can effectively avoid accidents of scalding users such as water spraying, air spraying and the like.
As shown in fig. 11, the heat insulating device 5 includes a heat insulating ring seal 51, a heat insulating ring 52, a heat insulating plate seal 53, a heat insulating plate 54, a heat insulating plate ground wire 55, a PTC (thermistor) 56, a PTC positioning block 57, and a PTC bead 58. The heat preservation device 5 is of an independent heating structure and is not influenced by the heating device 4; the heat preservation device 5 is detachably fastened to the coffee maker main body 1 by a fastening member, and when the coffee cup 6 is placed on the heat preservation device 5, a user can select whether to activate the heat preservation device 5 by the operation control panel 71 of the microcomputer control device 7. The independent heat preservation device design can ensure heat preservation effect, heat preservation temperature.
As shown in fig. 12, the microcomputer control device includes an operation control board 71 and a power board 72, and is electrically connected to the motor 234, the heating tube 423, the temperature controller 424 and the PTC56 for microcomputer control. The control lines are shown. The operation control board 71 adopts multi-key liquid crystal display, wherein 'time+' and 'time-' are respectively increasing and decreasing operation time; the reservation is whether reservation is set or not; the "shade" is the shade of the selected coffee; the heat preservation is whether the heat preservation is set or not; the "power" is to turn on or off the power board 72; the 'beans/powder' is set whether to grind beans or not; "Start" is the start of the coffee machine.
When in use, a client adds a certain amount of coffee beans or coffee powder into the bean grinding and brewing device 2, adds a relative amount of water into the movable water tank 3, and automatically decides whether to start the bean grinding function according to the setting of the client after the coffee machine is started through the function selection of the microcomputer control device 7 (if the coffee powder is the coffee powder, the bean grinding function is not required to be started, and if the coffee bean is the coffee bean, the bean grinding function is required to be started); whether heat preservation is needed, reservation is needed, and the selection of the shade of coffee is carried out according to a program under the control of a microcomputer. Firstly, the microcomputer control device 7 decides whether to start the motor 234 according to the user setting, secondly, under the action of the heating device 4, the water in the movable water tank 3 is heated according to the preset program, under the action of heat energy, enters the heating component for heating through the water outlet of the water guide seat 412, reaches the water inlet pipe of the water outlet connecting seat 4310, flows into the bean grinding chamber from the water outlet through the water inlet pipe of the bean grinding box cover component 21, enters the bean grinding box 225 after being filtered by the filter screen 2115, and brewed and ground coffee beans/coffee powder are brewed. Coffee liquid flows from the coffee cartridge outlet valve 2212 into the coffee cup 6. The independent heat preservation device 4 under the coffee cup 6 determines whether to start heat preservation according to the setting of a user; the coffee flowing into the coffee cup 6 is ready for the user to drink.
The specific working method comprises the following steps:
s1, adding a certain amount of coffee beans or coffee powder into a bean grinding box assembly 22, and adding a relative amount of water into a movable water tank 3;
s2, selecting whether to reserve, grind beans, keep warm and keep coffee concentration by operating the control panel 71;
s3, starting the coffee machine, and determining whether to start a reservation function, whether to start a bean grinding function, whether to need heat preservation and coffee shade according to the selection result of the S2 under the control of the microcomputer;
s4, heating the heating device 4 according to a predicted program according to the determination result of the S3, and enabling water in the movable water tank 3 to flow through the water guide assembly 41, the heating assembly 42 and the water outlet assembly 43 under the action of heat energy and then enter the bean grinding and brewing device 2;
s5, mixing coffee beans or coffee powder with water in the bean grinding and brewing device 2, and enabling the coffee to flow to the coffee cup 6 through the water outlet valve 2212 of the bean grinding box assembly 22;
s6, the heat preservation device 5 determines whether to start heat preservation of the coffee cup 6 according to the selection result of whether to preserve heat in the S2;
s7. The user can drink the coffee flowing into the coffee cup 6 at any time.

The full-automatic coffee machine comprises a coffee machine main body (1) and a coffee cup (6) detachably connected with the coffee machine main body (1), and is characterized in that a bean grinding and brewing device (2), a movable water tank (3), a heating device (4), a heat preservation device (5) and a microcomputer control device (7) are arranged on the coffee machine main body (1); the heating device (4) comprises a water guide component (41), a heating component (42) and a water outlet component (43), the movable water tank (3) is communicated with the heating device (4) through the water guide component (41), the bean grinding and brewing device (2) is communicated with the heating device (4) through the water outlet component (43), and water in the movable water tank (3) can sequentially pass through the water guide component (41), the heating component (42) and the water outlet component (43) and then enter the bean grinding and brewing device (2); the bean grinding and brewing device (2) comprises a bean grinding box cover component (21), a bean grinding box component (22) and a motor component (23), wherein the bean grinding box component (22) comprises a bean grinding cutter component which is connected to the motor component (23); the bean grinding box assembly (22) is provided with a water outlet valve (2212), and coffee liquid flows from the bean grinding and brewing device (2) to the coffee cup (6) through the water outlet valve (2212); the heat preservation device (5) is connected with the coffee cup (6); the microcomputer control device (7) comprises an operation control board (71) and is electrically connected with the motor assembly (23), the heating device (4) and the heat preservation device (5) to perform microcomputer control; through electrically connecting the microcomputer control device (7) with the motor assembly (23), the heating device (4) and the heat preservation device (5), a user can set the coffee machine through the operation control board (71), wherein the setting comprises the selection of whether to reserve, whether to preserve heat, whether to grind beans, the processing time, the heat preservation time, the temperature control and the coffee concentration, and the water guide assembly (41) of the heating device (4) comprises a water guide seat water inlet sealing ring (411), a water guide seat (412), a one-way valve (414), a one-way valve ball (415) and a heating tube water inlet silicone tube (416); be equipped with water guide seat delivery port and water guide seat return water mouth on water guide seat (412), water guide seat delivery port is connected to heating tube water inlet silicone tube (416), water guide seat return water mouth pass through the pipeline with go out water subassembly (43) intercommunication, go out water subassembly (43) of heating device (4) include out water seat (434), go out water seat (434) and be constructed so that when bean grinding box subassembly (22) are not in the working position, water flows back to after reaching out water subassembly (43) movable water tank (3), and does not get into bean grinding and brewing device (2).

The full-automatic coffee machine according to claim 1, wherein the outlet seat (434) comprises a water outlet, an outlet seat water inlet pipe, an outlet seat water return pipe, an outlet seat movable pin (438) and an outlet seat movable pin spring (439), the water outlet is communicated with the bean grinding and brewing device (2) through a pipeline, the outlet seat water inlet pipe is communicated with the heating device (4) through a pipeline, and the outlet seat water return pipe is communicated with the movable water tank (3) through a pipeline; when the bean grinding box assembly (22) of the bean grinding and brewing device (2) is in a working position, a water inlet pipe arranged on the bean grinding box cover assembly (21) is inserted into a water outlet of the water outlet seat (434), so that the movable pin (438) of the water outlet seat is pressed down to block a pipe orifice of a water return pipe of the water outlet seat, and water enters the bean grinding and brewing device (2) along a pipeline; when the bean grinding box assembly (22) of the bean grinding and brewing device (2) is not in the working position, the movable pin (438) of the water outlet seat rebounds upwards under the action of the movable pin spring (439) of the water outlet seat, and the water return pipe of the water outlet seat is opened, so that water of the water inlet pipe of the water outlet seat cannot flow out from the water outlet, but flows back to the movable water tank (3) through the water return pipe of the water outlet seat through a pipeline.

The full-automatic coffee machine according to claim 1, wherein the heating component (42) comprises a heating tube (423) and a temperature controller (424), and the microcomputer control device (7) is electrically connected with the heating tube (423) and the temperature controller (424) respectively for microcomputer control.

The fully automatic coffee machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the heat preservation device (5) is an independent heating structure, and is not affected by the heating device (4); the heat preservation device (5) is detachably fastened on the coffee machine main body (1) through a fastening piece, and when the coffee cup (6) is placed on the heat preservation device (5), a user can select whether to start the heat preservation device (5) through an operation control board (71).

s1, adding a certain amount of coffee beans or coffee powder into a bean grinding box assembly (22), and adding a relative amount of water into a movable water tank (3);
s2, selecting whether to reserve, grind beans, keep warm and keep coffee concentration through operating a control panel (71);
s3, starting the coffee machine, and determining whether to start a reservation function, whether to start a bean grinding function, whether to need heat preservation and coffee shade according to the selection result of the S2 by the coffee machine under the control of the microcomputer;
s4, heating according to a preset program by the heating device (4) according to the determination result of the S3, and enabling water in the movable water tank (3) to enter the bean grinding and brewing device (2) after passing through the water guide assembly (41), the heating assembly (42) and the water outlet assembly (43) under the action of heat energy;
s5, mixing coffee beans or coffee powder with water in the bean grinding and brewing device (2), and enabling the coffee to flow to a coffee cup (6) through a water outlet valve (2212) of a bean grinding box assembly (22);
s6, the heat preservation device (5) determines whether to start heat preservation of the coffee cup (6) according to the selection result of whether to preserve heat in the S2;
s7, the user can drink the coffee flowing into the coffee cup (6) at any time.
