背景技术
《皇帝内经》中指出“五脏安则六腑安,六腑安则百病不生”。肝对来自体内和体外的许多非营养性物质如各种药物、毒物以及体内某些代谢产物,具有生物转化作用。情绪、睡眠、饮食甚至药物等,均会影响肝的疏泄功能。
中医认为各种病因都是外邪入侵人体积累所致,而使用药物治疗疾病,要适可而止,使用药物不可过分,以免身体受损;当用饮食方法调理使之痊愈。正如《素问·脏气法时论》所说:“五谷为养,五果为助,五畜为益,五菜为充,气味合而服之,以补益精气。”就是充分发挥饮食营养对人体的积极作用,最终达到治愈的目的。但食物也有偏性,《内经》指出食物也有四性、五味。四性即寒、热、温、凉;五味是酸、苦、甘、辛、咸。根据不同性质的疾病,选用不同性质的食物,有针对性的进行调养治疗才能有效发挥防治疾病的调养作用。
在食物加工过程中,添加调料,不仅可以调节食物的色香味,增加食欲,还可以通过添加合适的中草药,达到养生保健的效果。目前市面上的调料为了保证口感和利润,多为人工合成添加剂调料,不仅达不到养生的效果,还对人体造成一种潜移默化的伤害。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提出一种养肝调料,通过将按一定的配比添加中草药组成一种调料,不仅可以调味,还能起到养生养肝的效果。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:提出一种养肝调料,包括以下重量份的组成成分:山楂10~15份、四制香附6~10份、罗布麻3~7份、酒香白芍6~10份、青皮4~8份、桑椹10~14份、枸杞13~17份、甘草8~12份、金银花8~12份、白芷8~12份、肉蔻6~10份、山奈4~8份、丁香8~12份、白豆蔻6~10份。
上述养肝调料还包括八角8~12份、茴香10~14份。
作为一种优选,上述养肝调料包括以下重量份的组成成分:山楂12份、四制香附8份、罗布麻5份、酒香白芍8份、青皮6份、桑椹12份、枸杞15份、甘草10份、金银花10份、白芷10份、肉蔻8份、山奈6份、丁香10份、白豆蔻8份、八角10份、茴香12份。
上述酒香白芍的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取黄酒喷洒在白芍上,静置待用;
(2)将步骤(1)所得产物置于锅内翻炒至白芍变为黄色,停止翻炒,冷却至室温,即得酒香白芍。

香附,一种中药,味辛、微苦、甘,性平。四制香附是指将香附分作四份,一份用盐水浸煮,焙干;一份用童便浸煮,焙干;一份与山栀120克同炒,去山栀;一份用醋浸煮,焙干;具有疏肝理气,调经止痛的功效。
罗布麻别称红麻、茶叶花、红柳子等,具有清肝火、降压、强心、利尿等功效。
白芍也称白花芍药,是毛茛科芍药属植物,具有平肝止痛,养血调经,敛阴止汗的功效,可用于头痛眩晕、胁痛、腹痛、四肢挛痛、血虚萎黄、***、自汗、盗汗的治疗。酒香白芍除有生白芍的功效外,酒制后的白芍养血活血,对于血虚兼寒凝血瘀之症的治疗更佳,有助于疏通气血和养肝护肝。
青皮俗称青梅,别名四花青皮、个青皮、青皮子、青橘皮、青柑皮等,具有疏肝破气,散结消痰的功效。可用于治疗胸胁胃脘疼痛、疝气、食积、乳肿、乳核以及久疟癖块等病症的。
桑椹为桑科植物桑的成熟聚合果,又名桑果,可用于肝肾阴亏、捎揭、便秘、目暗、耳鸣、原疡、关节不利的治疗。
枸杞是茄科枸杞属的多分枝灌木植物,具有滋补肝肾、养肝明目、美容等功效。
甘草又名乌拉尔甘草,是一种补益中草药,功能主治清热解毒、祛痰止咳、脘腹等。
金银花又名忍冬,具有清热解毒、去肝火、护肝、消炎等功效。
白芷为伞形科当归属的植物,具有祛风发表,散寒燥湿的功效。可用于治疗风寒感冒、头痛、咳顺、鼻渊、脘腹冷痛、风寒湿痹、寒湿带下、痛经、疮疡肿痛、风疹湿痒等病症。
肉蔻为常绿乔木,药材基原为为肉豆蔻科植物肉豆蔻的干燥种仁,具有温中涩肠、行气消食的功效。可用于治疗虚泻、冷痢、脘腹胀痛、食少呕吐、宿食不消等病症。
三奈别名沙姜、山辣,具有行气温中、消食、止痛等功效,可用于胸膈胀满、脘腹冷痛、饮食不消的治疗。
丁香指丁香属植物树上的花蕾,又名丁子香,具有温中、暖肾、降逆的功效。可用于呃逆、呕吐、反胃、泻痢、心腹冷痛、痃癖、疝气以及癣疾的治疗。
白豆蔻为姜科植物白豆蔻的干燥成熟果实,具有行气、暖胃、消食等功效。可用于气滞、食滞、胸闷、腹胀、噫气、噎膈、吐逆、反胃、疟疾的治疗。
八角是八角茴香科、八角属的一种植物,八角果为著名的调味香料,也供药用,种子、果皮、叶都含芳香油,是制造化妆品、甜香酒、啤酒和食品工业的重要原料,具有温阳、散寒、理气的功效。可用于中寒呕逆、寒疝腹痛、肾虚腰痛、干湿脚气的治疗。
茴香又原名小怀香,又称香丝菜、小茴香、茴香子、浑香,为伞形科植物茴香的干燥成熟果实,具有特殊的香辛气味的茴香油,可以刺激肠胃的神经血管,具有健胃理气的功效,所以它是搭配肉食和油脂的绝佳香料。
本发明有益效果是:采用山楂、四制香附、罗布麻、酒香白芍、青皮、桑椹、枸杞、甘草和金银花养肝护肝的药材,提高调料的养肝功效;本发明添加白芷、肉蔻、山奈、丁香和白豆蔻调理消化***,促进脾肾排毒,达到降低肝的毒素,最终达到养肝护肝的功效;本发明添加八角和茴香,增加调料的香味,使本发明不仅具有养肝功效,还能达到调节食物色香味的效果;本发明采用酒香白芍,增加养血活血的功效,提高本发明的药效,并为本发明提供酒香,提高调味功能。
具体实施方式
通过对实施例的描述,以帮助本领域技术人员对本发明的发明构思、技术方案有更完整、准确和深入的理解。
本发明采用的技术方案为:提出一种养肝调料,包括以下重量份的组成成分:山楂10~15份、四制香附6~10份、罗布麻3~7份、酒香白芍6~10份、青皮4~8份、桑椹10~14份、枸杞13~17份、甘草8~12份、金银花8~12份、白芷8~12份、肉蔻6~10份、山奈4~8份、丁香8~12份、白豆蔻6~10份。
上述养肝调料还包括八角8~12份、茴香10~14份。
上述酒香白芍的制备包括以下步骤:
(1)取3份黄酒喷洒在15~40份白芍上,静置5~15min待用;
(2)将步骤(1)所得产物置于锅内,采用文火翻炒至白芍变为浅黄色,停止翻炒,冷却至室温,即得酒香白芍。
实施例一
在具体实施例的基础上,本实施例的养肝调料,包括以下组成成分:山楂12g、四制香附8g、罗布麻5g、酒香白芍8g、青皮6g、桑椹12g、枸杞15g、甘草10g、金银花10g、白芷10g、肉蔻8g、山奈6g、丁香10g、白豆蔻8g、八角10g、茴香12g。
本实施例的养肝调料包括以下制备步骤:
(1)选取山楂、香附、罗布麻、白芍、青皮、桑椹、枸杞、甘草、金银花、白芷、肉蔻、山奈、丁香、白豆蔻、八角以及茴香,洗净晒干,备用。
(2)选取上述洗净晒干的香附,分为4份,一份用5%的盐水浸煮,焙干得到香附a;一份用5%的童便浸煮,焙干得到香附b;一份与5%的山栀同炒,去山栀得到香附c;一份用5%的醋浸煮,焙干得到香附d;将香附a、香附b、香附c、香附d按1:1:1:1的比例混合,得到四制香附,备用。
(3)取15g黄酒均匀的喷洒在100g洗净晒干后的白芍上,静置5min后,置于锅内,采用文火翻炒至白芍变为浅黄色,停止翻炒,冷却至室温,制得酒香白芍,备用。
(4)选取洗净晒干后的山楂12g、罗布麻5g、青皮6g、桑椹12g、枸杞15g、甘草10g、金银花10g、白芷10g、肉蔻8g、山奈6g、丁香10g、白豆蔻8g、八角10g、茴香12g以及由上述步骤(2)制得的四制香附8g、由上述步骤(3)制得的酒香白芍8g,置于研磨器中研磨成粉末状,过80目筛,制得养肝调料。
本实施例的养肝调料,口味适中,香味怡人,且养肝护肝效果佳,将本实施例的养肝调料连续使用15天,每天两次通过烹煮食物加入,食用,不仅可以改善食物的味道,增加食欲,还使食用者的肝火、便秘、酸痛等症状得到明显改善。
实施例二
在具体实施例的基础上,本实施例的养肝调料,包括以下组成成分:山楂12g、四制香附6g、罗布麻7g、酒香白芍10g、青皮8g、桑椹14g、枸杞13g、甘草12g、金银花8g、白芷8g、肉蔻10g、山奈8g、丁香12g、白豆蔻6g、八角12g、茴香14g。
本实施例的养肝调料包括以下制备步骤:
(1)选取山楂、香附、罗布麻、白芍、青皮、桑椹、枸杞、甘草、金银花、白芷、肉蔻、山奈、丁香、白豆蔻、八角以及茴香,洗净晒干,备用。
(2)选取上述洗净晒干的香附,分为4份,一份用5%的盐水浸煮,焙干得到香附a;一份用5%的童便浸煮,焙干得到香附b;一份与5%的山栀同炒,去山栀得到香附c;一份用5%的醋浸煮,焙干得到香附d;将香附a、香附b、香附c、香附d按1:1:1:1的比例混合,得到四制香附,备用。

本实施例的养肝调料,酒香味浓,适宜作为肉类食物加工时添加的调料,且可作为15天的调料计量来使用。

1.一种养肝调料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组成成分:山楂10~15份、四制香附6~10份、罗布麻3~7份、酒香白芍6~10份、青皮4~8份、桑椹10~14份、枸杞13~17份、甘草8~12份、金银花8~12份、白芷8~12份、肉蔻6~10份、山奈4~8份、丁香8~12份、白豆蔻6~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的养肝调料,其特征在于:所述养肝调料还包括八角8~12份、茴香10~14份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的养肝调料,其特征在于:所述养肝调料包括以下重量份的组成成分:山楂12份、四制香附8份、罗布麻5份、酒香白芍8份、青皮6份、桑椹12份、枸杞15份、甘草10份、金银花10份、白芷10份、肉蔻8份、山奈6份、丁香10份、白豆蔻8份、八角10份、茴香12份。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的养肝调料,其特征在于,所述酒香白芍是将黄酒喷洒于白芍上,之后经静置、翻炒至白芍呈黄色、冷却制得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的养肝调料,其特征在于:所述黄酒与白芍的质量比为3:15~40。
6.根据权利要求4所述的养肝调料,其特征在于:所述静置的时间为5~15min。
