Abstract

本发明公开了一种含虾青素及亲水胶体的蜂粮及其制备方法,该蜂粮由蜂粮基料、虾青素、亲水胶体、乙醇、水组成,并按照一定的制备方法制成。本发明制得的含虾青素和亲水胶体的蜂粮具有保存时间长、营养损失小的优点,长期饲喂该蜂粮能够有效提高王浆产量和幼虫数量,并延长蜜蜂寿命。

一种含虾青素及亲水胶体的蜂粮及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及人工养殖饲料领域,具体涉及一种含虾青素及亲水胶体的蜂粮及其制备方法。
背景技术
天然蜂粮是由蜜蜂采集花粉团贮藏在蜂巢中,经过咬碎、吐蜜润湿、微生物发酵酿制等而产生的可以长期贮藏,富含多种氨基酸、矿物质、维生素等成分的固体,是蜜蜂主要的蛋白质来源。
由于自然、人为及蜂群自身等多方面因素,蜂群中贮藏的蜂粮常不足,引起蜜蜂产王浆、幼虫数量和寿命下降。为了补充蜜蜂蛋白质的不足,在蜜蜂饲养过程中常通过对蜜蜂饲喂花粉或者人工蜂粮以弥补天然蜂粮不足带来的影响。相关报道已经发现采用发酵豆粕、低等级花粉等原料可作为人工蜂粮或花粉代用产品,并对人工蜂粮的配方进行了深入研究。但是由于原料来源的不同,尤其是采用豆制品作为蜜蜂蜂粮原料后,蜜蜂王浆产量、幼虫数量及寿命等都受到一定程度的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种营养丰富、保质期长、能够满足蜜蜂蛋白质需求,且有利于蜜蜂王浆产量、幼虫数量的提高及寿命延长的蜂粮。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种含虾青素及亲水胶体的蜂粮,其由以下组分组成:
蜂粮基料、虾青素、亲水胶体、乙醇、水。
进一步地,所述蜂粮基料含有50%的花粉和50%的发酵豆粕。
进一步地,所述蜂粮基料的制备方法具体为:将干花粉粉碎过120目筛;豆粕经芽孢杆菌发酵后,烘干粉碎过120目筛;将花粉与发酵豆粕按照1:1的比例混合均匀备用。
进一步地,所述亲水胶体为黄原胶、明胶、卡拉胶、果胶、***胶或瓜尔豆胶。
一种含虾青素及亲水胶体的蜂粮的制备方法,其具体步骤如下:
S1、将一定量的蜂粮基料,粉碎备用;
S2、称取一定质量的虾青素,使蜂粮基料:虾青素的质量比为100:0.2-0.6;
S3、配置浓度为50-100%的乙醇水溶液;
S4、将上述虾青素与一定质量的乙醇水溶液混合均匀,制备得到虾青素乙醇溶液;
S5、将虾青素乙醇溶液与蜂粮基料混合均匀,得到虾青素蜂粮基料混合物;
S6、配置浓度0.05%-0.1%的亲水胶体水溶液,将一定质量的亲水胶体水溶液加入到步骤S5的虾青素蜂粮基料混合物中,混合均匀;
S7、将步骤S6制得的混合物置于50°C烘干后,粉碎即得含有虾青素和亲水胶体的蜂粮。
进一步地,步骤S4所述乙醇水溶液的质量满足蜂粮基料:乙醇水溶液的质量比为100:20-100;
进一步地,步骤S6所述亲水胶体水溶液的质量满足蜂粮基料:亲水胶体水溶液的质量比为100:20-40。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与背景技术相比,具有如下优点:本发明由于加入了亲水胶体,使虾青素与蜂粮基料紧密结合,防止了分层不均匀,并且保护了其不被氧化。用该方法制备的含有的虾青素可以长期保存,保存12个月损失率小于15%;与不添加虾青素的蜂粮基料相比,饲喂该蜂粮能够有效提高王浆产量和幼虫数量,并延长了蜜蜂寿命。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
(1)称取1000g的蜂粮基料,粉碎备用,再称取2g的虾青素;
(2)将上述虾青素与200g浓度为100%乙醇水溶液混合均匀,制备得到虾青素乙醇溶液;
(3)将上述虾青素乙醇溶液与粉碎后的蜂粮基料混合均匀,得到虾青素蜂粮基料混合物;
(4)配置浓度为0.05%的黄原胶水溶液,并取200g黄原胶水溶液加入到上述虾青素蜂粮基料混合物中,混合均匀;
(5)将(4)所述的混合物置于50°C烘干后,粉碎即得含有虾青素和亲水胶体的蜂粮。
该蜂粮保存常温保存12个月,虾青素损失率小于10%;饲喂本发明含0.2%虾青素人工蜂粮后与饲喂蜂粮基料的蜂群相比较:王浆产量增加10.7%;封盖幼虫量增加15%;工蜂平均寿命延长15%。
实施例2
(1)称取1000g的蜂粮基料,粉碎备用,再称取4g的虾青素;
(2)将上述虾青素与400g浓度为80%乙醇水溶液混合均匀,制备得到虾青素乙醇溶液;
(3)将上述虾青素乙醇溶液与粉碎后的蜂粮基料混合均匀,得到虾青素蜂粮基料混合物;
(4)配置浓度为0.08%的黄原胶水溶液,并取300g黄原胶水溶液加入到上述虾青素蜂粮基料混合物中,混合均匀;
(5)将(4)所述的混合物置于50°C烘干后,粉碎即得含有虾青素和亲水胶体的蜂粮。
该蜂粮保存常温保存12个月,虾青素损失率小于8%;饲喂本发明含0.4%虾青素人工蜂粮后与饲喂蜂粮基料相比:王浆产量增加14.8%;封盖幼虫量增加19%;工蜂寿命延长26%。
实施例3
(1)称取1000g的蜂粮基料,粉碎备用,再称取5g的虾青素;
(2)将上述虾青素与800g浓度为90%乙醇水溶液混合均匀,制备得到虾青素乙醇溶液;
(3)将上述虾青素乙醇溶液与粉碎后的蜂粮基料混合均匀,得到虾青素蜂粮基料混合物;
(4)配置浓度为0.1%的黄原胶水溶液,并取400g黄原胶水溶液加入到上述虾青素蜂粮基料混合物中,混合均匀;
(5)将(4)所述的混合物置于50°C烘干后,粉碎即得含有虾青素和亲水胶体的蜂粮。
该蜂粮保存常温保存12个月,虾青素损失率为12.5%;饲喂本发明含0.5%虾青素蜂粮后与饲喂蜂粮基料的蜂群相比较:王浆产量增加17%;封盖幼虫量增加28%;工蜂寿命延长31%。
实施例4
(1)称取1000g的蜂粮基料,粉碎备用,再称取6g的虾青素;
(2)将上述虾青素与1000g浓度为100%乙醇水溶液混合均匀,制备得到虾青素乙醇溶液;
(3)将上述虾青素乙醇溶液与粉碎后的蜂粮基料混合均匀,得到虾青素蜂粮基料混合物;
(4)配置浓度为0.1%的黄原胶水溶液,并取400g黄原胶水溶液加入到上述虾青素蜂粮基料混合物中,混合均匀;
(5)将(4)所述的混合物置于50°C烘干后,粉碎即得含有虾青素和亲水胶体的蜂粮。
该蜂粮保存常温保存12个月,虾青素损失率为9.8%;与饲喂蜂粮基料相比,饲喂本发明虾青素含量0.6%的蜂粮,王浆产量增加18.7%;封盖幼虫量增加25%;工蜂寿命延长29%。
实施例5
(1)称取1000g的蜂粮基料,粉碎备用,再称取400g浓度为0.1%的黄原胶水溶液;
(2)将上述黄原胶水溶液与蜂粮基料混合均匀;
(3)将(2)所得的混合物置于50°C烘干、粉碎,即得不含有虾青素但添加了亲水胶体的蜂粮。
该蜂粮保存常温保存12个月,没有检测到虾青素;与饲喂蜂粮基料相比,饲喂该蜂粮后,王浆产量、封盖幼虫量、工蜂寿命没有显著变化。
实施例6
(1)称取1000g的蜂粮基料,粉碎备用,再称取5g的虾青素;
(2)将上述虾青素溶解于800g浓度为90%的乙醇水溶液中,得到虾青素乙醇溶液;
(3)将上述虾青素乙醇溶液与蜂粮基料混合均匀;
(4)将(3)中所得的混合物置于50°C烘干、粉碎,即得含有虾青素但不含有亲水胶体的蜂粮。
该蜂粮保存常温保存12个月,虾青素损失率为85%;饲喂该蜂粮后与饲喂蜂粮基料的蜂群相比较:王浆产量增加4%;封盖幼虫量增加3%;工蜂寿命没有显著差异。
上述实施例1-6,检测虾青素降解量、王浆产量、封盖幼虫量、工蜂寿命的方法相同。即在制备蜂粮后,通过液相色谱测定虾青素降解量,并用于饲养蜜蜂,通过大样本随机分组实验测定蜂王浆产量、幼虫数量和蜜蜂寿命。其中,蜂王浆产量是在脱粉情况下人工饲喂本发明提供的样品进行产浆试验,以每个月的平均产量作为评价指标;蜜蜂幼虫数量是以繁殖季节脱粉情况下空脾进行人工饲喂本发明提供的样品养殖试验,测定封盖幼虫面积作为评价指标;蜜蜂平均寿命通过在脱粉控王情况下人工饲喂本发明提供的样品,测定每月蜂群平均减少量进行评价。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (4)

1.一种含虾青素及亲水胶体的蜂粮,其特征在于:由以下组分组成:
蜂粮基料、虾青素、亲水胶体、乙醇、水,所述蜂粮基料含有50%的花粉和50%的发酵豆粕,所述蜂粮基料:所述虾青素的质量比为100:0.2-0.6。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含虾青素及亲水胶体的蜂粮,其特征在于:所述蜂粮基料的制备方法具体为:将干花粉粉碎过120目筛;豆粕经芽孢杆菌发酵后,烘干粉碎过120目筛;将花粉与发酵豆粕按照1:1的比例混合均匀备用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含虾青素及亲水胶体的蜂粮,其特征在于:所述亲水胶体为黄原胶、明胶、卡拉胶、果胶、***胶或瓜尔豆胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含虾青素及亲水胶体的蜂粮的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
S1、将一定量的蜂粮基料,粉碎备用;
S2、称取一定质量的虾青素,使蜂粮基料:虾青素的质量比为100:0.2-0.6;
S3、配置浓度为50-100%的乙醇水溶液;
S4、将上述虾青素与一定质量的乙醇水溶液混合均匀,制备得到虾青素乙醇溶液;所述乙醇水溶液的质量满足蜂粮基料:乙醇水溶液的质量比为100:20-100;
S5、将虾青素乙醇溶液与蜂粮基料混合均匀,得到虾青素蜂粮基料混合物;
S6、配置浓度0.05%-0.1%的亲水胶体水溶液,将一定质量的亲水胶体水溶液加入到步骤S5的虾青素蜂粮基料混合物中,混合均匀;所述亲水胶体水溶液的质量满足蜂粮基料:亲水胶体水溶液的质量比为100:20-40;
S7、将步骤S6制得的混合物置于50°C烘干后,粉碎即得含有虾青素和亲水胶体的蜂粮。
