Abstract
A touch panel detection device, comprising: the worktable is provided with two brackets fixed on one side; the first support frame is vertically fixed at one end of the two supports far away from the workbench; a three-wavelength inspection lamp fixed on the first support frame; the LED lamp box is fixed between the two brackets; the brightness controller is fixed on one of the brackets and is connected with the LED lamp box; the second support frame is vertically fixed on the two supports, the second support frame is parallel to the first support frame, and a T-shaped groove is formed in the second support frame; the fixing frame is fixed on the second supporting frame in a sliding manner; the first clamping plate is fixed on the fixed frame in a sliding manner; the second clamping plate is fixed on the fixed frame in a sliding manner; and the buckles are fixed on the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate. By using the touch panel detection device provided by the invention, the appearance defects such as bubbles and impurities on the touch panel can be rapidly detected under the light of the three-wavelength detection lamp and the LED lamp box, and the detection efficiency is improved.

Therefore, in order to ensure the quality of the touch panel, when the touch panel is produced, the detection personnel can detect the touch panel by the following method: firstly, a detection person holds two sides of a touch panel by hands and performs penetration detection under a three-wavelength detection lamp to judge whether the touch panel is smooth and flat and is damaged; then, the detection personnel hold the two sides of the touch panel again, and perform reflection inspection under the LED lamp box to judge whether the touch panel has appearance defects such as bubbles, impurities and the like; and finally, determining whether the detected touch panel is qualified or not by the detection personnel according to the monitoring result.
However, according to the above detection method, when the detection person holds the touch panel for detection, the risk of potentially breaking the touch panel is increased, and the physical strength load of the detection person is increased by holding the touch panel for a long time, thereby reducing the detection efficiency. In addition, when the touch panel is large in size, the appearance defects such as impurities and bubbles are not easy to observe.
In view of the above, it is necessary to develop a touch panel detection apparatus to achieve fast fixing and detection of a touch panel.

the first clamping plate is fixed on the first sliding groove of the fixing frame in a sliding manner;
the second clamping plate is fixed on the second sliding groove of the fixing frame in a sliding manner;
and the buckles are fixed on the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate.
Optionally, the brightness controller may adjust the brightness range of the LED lamp box to 1000-.
Optionally, the fixing frame is fixed to the second supporting frame through two rotating shafts, and the fixing frame can rotate 90 degrees through the rotating shafts.

a three-wavelength inspection lamp 40 fixed on the first support frame 30;
the LED lamp box 50 is fixed between the two brackets 20;
the brightness controller 51 is fixed on one of the brackets 20, and the brightness controller 51 is connected with the LED lamp box 40;
the second supporting frame 60 is vertically fixed on the two brackets 20, the second supporting frame 60 is parallel to the first supporting frame 30, and a T-shaped groove 61 is formed in the second supporting frame 60;
a fixing frame 70 fixed on the T-shaped groove 61 of the second supporting frame 60 in a sliding manner, wherein a first sliding groove 71 and a second sliding groove 72 are formed on the two side frames of the fixing frame 70;
a first clamping plate 81 fixed on the first sliding groove 71 of the fixing frame 70 in a sliding manner;

In the embodiment, the inspector rotates the fixing frame 70 to an angle through the rotating shaft 73 to respectively observe whether the touch panel 300 to be inspected has appearance defects such as bubbles and impurities under the light irradiation of the three-wavelength inspection lamp 40 and the LED lamp box 50.
Referring to fig. 4, a schematic structural diagram of a touch panel detection device according to a second preferred embodiment of the invention is shown.
In this embodiment, the size of the touch panel to be detected is 21.5 inches. The detection personnel firstly place the touch panel 300 to be detected on the groove 210 of the fixing block 200, then slide the first clamping plate 81 and the second clamping plate 82, fix the touch panel 300 to be detected through the buckle 90, and finally detect.
Referring to fig. 5, a schematic structural diagram of a touch panel detection device according to a third preferred embodiment of the invention is shown.
In this embodiment, the size of the touch panel to be detected is 5 inches. The tester places the touch panel 300 to be tested on the groove 210 of the fixing block 200, slides the second clamping plate 82, fixes the touch panel 300 to be tested through the buckle 90, and finally tests the touch panel.
Compared with the prior art, by using the touch panel detection device 100 of the present invention, the appearance defects such as bubbles and impurities on the touch panel can be rapidly detected under the light of the three-wavelength detection lamp 401 and the LED lamp box 50 by rotating the fixing frame 70, which not only saves labor, but also improves work efficiency.
Claims (6)
1. A touch panel detection device, comprising:
the worktable is provided with two brackets fixed on one side;
the first support frame is vertically fixed at one end of the two supports, which is far away from the workbench;
a three-wavelength inspection lamp fixed on the first support frame;
the LED lamp box is fixed between the two brackets;
the brightness controller is fixed on one of the brackets and is connected with the LED lamp box;
the second support frame is vertically fixed on the two supports, is parallel to the first support frame and is provided with a T-shaped groove;
the fixing frame is fixed on the T-shaped groove of the second support frame in a sliding manner, a first sliding groove and a second sliding groove are formed in the side frames of the two sides of the fixing frame, the fixing frame is fixed in the T-shaped groove of the second support frame through a rotating shaft, and the fixing frame rotates by 0-90 degrees through the rotating shaft;
the first clamping plate is fixed on the first sliding groove of the fixing frame in a sliding manner;
the second clamping plate is fixed on the second sliding groove of the fixing frame in a sliding manner;
and the buckles are fixed on the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate.
2. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the brightness controller is capable of adjusting the brightness of the LED lamp box to be within the range of 1000 and 3000 lux.
3. The touch panel detecting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the size of the touch panel held by the first and second clamping plates is 5-21.5 inches.
4. The touch panel detection device of claim 1, wherein the clip is a scratch-resistant clip.
5. The touch panel detection device of claim 4, wherein the number of the snaps is 4.
6. The touch panel detection device of claim 1, further comprising a fixing block having a groove thereon.
