本发明涉及一种汽车零部件，具体是一种蜂窝型吸能保险杠。
背景技术
汽车保险杠是吸收和缓冲外界冲击力、对车身具有防护作用的一种装置，分为前保险杠和后保险杠。 随着汽车工业的不断发展和人们对于汽车消费的需求不断提升，保险杠从单一的保险性能拓展到保险与美观的双重发展，随着保险杠结构的不断变化，保险杠的分装也具有复杂性，尤其是一些不规则工件，难以安装，需要辅助安装工装来快速、方便的安装保险杠。
传统的汽车防撞梁存在结构差，吸能效果不好，对行人的伤害较大。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供了一种结构简单，安装使用牢固稳定，抗撞效果好，吸能效果好的蜂窝型吸能保险杠。
本发明解决技术问题提供如下方案：
一种蜂窝型吸能保险杠，包括防撞梁，其特征在于：所述防撞梁的内壁具有空腔，在空腔内设有多个互相连接的六边形盒结构，防撞梁侧侧壁上设有左、右两吸能盒，吸能盒的外壁为波浪形结构，且在吸能盒的侧壁上设有阻尼油填充管，所述防撞梁的侧壁上设有红外线发射器，在吸能盒的尾部设有连接板。
所述六边形盒结构之间互相连通，且含有阻尼油。
本发明在防撞梁的内壁上设有空腔，在空腔内设有多个互相连接的六边形盒结构，在防撞梁的侧壁上设左、右两吸能盒，且吸能盒的外壁为波浪形结构，碰撞时会自动匮缩，这样提高了吸能效果，且六边形盒之间互相连通，在防撞梁的侧壁上设有阻尼油填充管，进一步提高阻尼效果。

参见附图，一种蜂窝型吸能保险杠，包括防撞梁1，防撞梁1的内壁具有空腔2，在空腔2内设有多个互相连接的六边形盒结构3，防撞梁1侧侧壁上设有左、右两吸能盒4，吸能盒4的外壁为波浪形5结构，且在吸能盒4的侧壁上设有阻尼油填充管6，所述防撞梁1的侧壁上设有红外线发射器7，在吸能盒4的尾部设有连接板8。
