The assembly stability of the box body assembly of the traditional wall-mounted washing machine is poor, and due to the advantages of small size and light weight of the wall-mounted washing machine, a user can move the wall-mounted washing machine at any time according to the needs, but in the moving process, the left side and the right side between the rear outer barrel and the front shell of the box body assembly are often deviated, and particularly, the wall-mounted washing machine is used in the environment with large temperature and humidity changes of a bathroom and a balcony lamp, and the rear outer barrel and the front shell are easy to deform and damage due to the deviation. The invention aims to solve the technical problems and provides a box assembly which is simple and stable to assemble and a wall-mounted washing machine with the box assembly.
A cabinet assembly 100 of a wall-mounted washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a cabinet assembly 100 of a wall-mounted washing machine may generally include: a rear tub 10 and a front case 20.
Specifically, the rear tub 10 includes a rear plate 11 and an outer tub 12 provided at a front side of the rear plate 11. The front case 20 is coupled to the rear tub 10 and defines a chamber 101, and left and right sides of the front case 20 and the rear tub 10 are provided with at least one set of left and right direction stopper mechanisms, respectively. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the front housing 20 is generally a cavity structure adapted to the outer tub 12, which is opened in a front-rear direction, so that the outer tub 12 may be inserted into the front housing 20 from rear to front or the front housing 20 may be sleeved outside the outer tub 12 from front to rear during assembly of the front housing 12 and the rear outer tub 10 to define a chamber 101 for washing laundry, wherein a door (not shown) for opening or closing the chamber 101 is provided at a front side of the front housing 20.
The left and right sides of the front case 20 and the rear tub 10 may be simultaneously provided with one or more sets of limit mechanisms for limiting the left-right direction offset of the front case 20 and the rear tub 10, for example, one or more sets of limit mechanisms may be respectively provided at the left and right sides of the front case 20 and the rear tub 10 in the front-rear direction; or more than one group of limiting mechanisms may be respectively provided at left and right sides of the front case 20 and the rear tub 10 in the up-down direction; or more than one group of limiting mechanisms can be respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the front shell 20 and the rear outer tub 10 in the front-back direction and the up-down direction, so that the freedom degree of the front shell 20 and the rear outer tub 10 in the left-right direction is effectively limited, the structural deformation or damage caused by the position deviation of the front shell 20 and the rear outer tub 10 during the use is avoided, and the service life of the box assembly 100 of the whole wall-mounted washing machine is further effectively prolonged.
In short, according to the cabinet assembly 100 of the wall-mounted washing machine according to the embodiment of the present invention, the stability of the assembly between the front case 20 and the rear tub 10 is improved and the service life of the cabinet assembly 100 of the wall-mounted washing machine is improved by providing at least one set of limiting mechanisms limiting the left and right sides of the front case 20 and the rear tub 10 to be offset in the left and right directions, respectively.
In some embodiments of the invention, each set of limiting mechanisms may include: a fixed seat 30 and a limit structure 40. Specifically, the fixing base 30 is disposed on one of the side wall of the front case 20 or the side edge of the back plate 11. The limiting structure 40 is disposed on the other side wall of the front housing 20 or the side edge of the back plate 11, and the limiting structure 40 is adapted to be matched and fixed with the fixing base 30.
That is, the setting positions of the fixing base 30 and the limiting structure 40 are not particularly limited, and when the fixing base 30 is set on the front housing 20, the corresponding limiting structure 40 matched with the fixing base 30 may be set on the side of the back plate 11; when the fixing base 30 is disposed on the side of the back plate 11, the corresponding limit structure 40 matched with the fixing base may be disposed on the side wall of the front housing 20. Of course, the fixing base 30 or the limiting structure 40 may be disposed on the side wall of the front housing 20 and the side edge of the back plate 11 at the same time. Thereby, the stability of the assembly between the front case 20 and the rear tub 10 is further improved.
In some alternative embodiments of the present invention, the spacing structure 40 includes: a limiting portion 41 and a connecting portion 42. The limiting portion 41 is connected to the front housing 20 or the side of the back plate 11 through a connecting portion 42. For example, as shown in fig. 6, the limit structure 40 is a large head screw, the large head of the large head screw is a limit portion 41, and the shaft portion of the large head screw is a connection portion 42. The shaft portion of the large head screw is screwed with the back plate 11 to connect the large head screw to the side edge of the back plate 11. It will be understood, of course, that the above description is illustrative only and not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and that the cap screws may be attached to the back plate 11 by snap fit.
In some examples, referring to fig. 6 in combination with fig. 1 and 4, the fixing base 30 has a fixing chamber 31 therein, the fixing chamber 31 has a blocking sidewall 33, and the limiting portion 41 is adapted to be inserted into the fixing chamber 31 and limited by the blocking sidewall 33. That is, the limiting part 41 is inserted into the fixing chamber 31 to prevent the left and right position deviation between the front case 20 and the rear tub 10, thereby further improving the stability of the coupling between the front case 20 and the rear tub 10 and the service life of the cabinet assembly 100 of the wall-mounted washing machine.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 6, the fixing base 30 is disposed at the rear portion of the side wall of the front housing 20, and the rear side of the fixing base 30 is open, the limiting structure 40 is disposed at the side of the back plate 11, and the limiting portion of the limiting structure 40 is adapted to enter the fixing chamber 31 from the rear side of the fixing base 30. The limiting structure 40 is a big head screw perpendicular to the side edge of the back plate 11 and connected, and a gap for accommodating the blocking side wall 33 is arranged between the big head of the big head screw and the side edge of the back plate 11.

In still other embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 10-11 and 20-21, the back plate 11 is provided with mounting holes therethrough, and the outer cylinder 12 is provided with through holes 121. The wall-mounted washing machine 1000 further includes: a connection part 400 and an overflow exhaust assembly 200, wherein the overflow exhaust assembly 200 includes an overflow pipe 210 and an exhaust assembly 220.
Specifically, one end of the overflow pipe 210 is adapted to be connected to the outer tub 12 of the wall-mounted washing machine 1000, and the other end of the overflow pipe 210 is in communication with the outside, so that the outer tub 12 of the wall-mounted washing machine 1000 forms a flow path with the outside through the overflow pipe 210, and when the water level in the outer tub 12 of the wall-mounted washing machine 1000 is excessively high or the foam is excessively high, the foam and water can be discharged through the flow path formed by the overflow pipe.
The exhaust assembly 220 is formed in a bent structure having a bent structure, one side of the exhaust assembly 220 is connected to the overflow pipe 210, and a pipe section bent structure of one side of the exhaust assembly 220 connected to the overflow pipe 210 is not lower than a connection portion of the exhaust assembly 220 and the overflow pipe 210 in an up-down direction, that is, a connection portion of the overflow pipe 210 and the exhaust assembly 220 is not higher than a pipe section of the exhaust assembly 220 directly connected to the overflow pipe 210 at a position where the bent structure is located in the up-down direction. In this way, the overflow water in the outer tub 12 does not enter the exhaust assembly 220 through the overflow pipe 210, thereby ensuring that the flow path in the exhaust assembly 220 is clear.
When the foam in the outer tub 12 of the wall-mounted washing machine 1000 is too much, and the flow path of the overflow pipe is too long, the flow resistance of the foam is increased, and when part of the foam is not discharged, the foam enters into one side pipe section of the air discharge assembly 220 directly connected with the overflow pipe, and then slowly rises to the bending structure, and is extruded and mostly broken in the bending structure, and at the same time, a small amount of foam may continuously enter into the other side pipe section of the air discharge assembly 220 (i.e. located at the other side of the bending structure of the air discharge assembly 220) through the bending structure, at this time, the foam in the overflow pipe is discharged to the outside, at this time, negative pressure is formed in the air discharge assembly 220, and under the siphon action, the foam instantaneously flows back into the overflow pipe and is discharged to the outside.
According to the overflow exhaust assembly 200 of the wall-mounted washing machine, the exhaust assembly 220 which is connected with the overflow pipe 10 and has a bent structure is arranged, and one side pipe section of the bent structure, which is connected with the overflow pipe 10, of the exhaust assembly 220 is not lower than the connection position of the overflow pipe 10 and the exhaust assembly 220 in the up-down direction, so that excessive foam discharged from the outer cylinder of the wall-mounted washing machine gradually rises to the bent structure air pipe adapter 224 after entering the exhaust assembly 220, and is broken at the bent structure air pipe adapter 224 in a large amount, so that the foam-killing effect is achieved, and then, the air pressure balance can be formed inside and outside the outer cylinder 12, and the external pollution of the wall-mounted washing machine caused by the overflow of the foam in the outer cylinder 12 can be avoided.
As shown in fig. 8, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the exhaust assembly 220 is mainly composed of a first exhaust pipe 221 and a second exhaust pipe 222, one end of the first exhaust pipe 221 is connected to the overflow pipe and extends upward substantially in a vertical direction (up-down direction as shown in fig. 8), one end of the second exhaust pipe 222 is connected to the other end of the first exhaust pipe 221, the other end of the second exhaust pipe 222 extends downward to form an exhaust end 223 in communication with the outside, and a junction of the first exhaust pipe 221 and the second exhaust pipe 222 is formed in a bent structure in a bent shape.
Specifically, when the foam in the outer tub 12 of the wall-mounted washing machine is not discharged until the flow resistance increases, a portion of the foam enters the first exhaust duct 221, then slowly rises into the bent air duct adaptor 224, and is mostly broken by being pressed by the inner wall surface in the bent air duct adaptor 224, so that the foam is extinguished, and even if a small amount of foam may continue to enter the second exhaust duct 222, the foam and water in the overflow duct are discharged to the outside at this time, negative pressure is formed in the first exhaust duct 221 and the second exhaust duct 222, and the foam instantaneously flows back into the overflow duct under the siphon effect and is discharged to the outside.
As shown in fig. 15 to 18, in an example of the present invention, the bending structure may be an air pipe adaptor 224, and the first air outlet pipe 221 and the second air outlet pipe 222 are connected through the air pipe adaptor 224, so that the foam entering the first air outlet pipe 221 is extruded by the inner wall surface of the air pipe adaptor 224 to be broken in a large amount when flowing to the air pipe adaptor 224, thereby achieving the effect of foam removal and balancing the air pressure of the outer cylinder.
As shown in fig. 15 to 18, in a further example of the present invention, the air pipe adaptor 224 is formed in a substantially herringbone structure, the air pipe adaptor 224 is mainly composed of a first connection part 2241, a second connection part 2242 and a foam-extinguishing part 2243, the foam-extinguishing part 2243 is located above the first connection part 2241 and the second connection part 2242, the first connection part 2241 communicates with the upper end of the first exhaust pipe 221, the second exhaust pipe 222 communicates with the upper end of the second exhaust pipe 222, the first exhaust pipe 221, the second exhaust pipe 222 and the foam-extinguishing part 2243 are communicated with each other, so that after the foam entering the first exhaust pipe 221 rises to the first connection part 2241, and is crushed by the inner wall in the foam-extinguishing part 2243, thereby achieving the foam-extinguishing effect, even if a part of the foam is not crushed and enters the second connection part 2242, and then enters the second exhaust pipe 222, but at this time, the foam and water in the overflow pipe are already discharged to the outside, and the foam in the overflow pipe 221 and the second exhaust pipe 222 are formed to be instantaneously discharged to the outside.
As shown in fig. 15 and 18, in a further example, the top of the foam removal section 2243 is sealed so that a foam compression chamber can be formed in the foam removal, thereby enhancing the compression of the foam entering therein and enhancing the foam removal effect.
As shown in fig. 8 and 15-18, according to an alternative example of the present invention, the inner diameter of the air tube adaptor 224 is smaller than the inner diameter of the first air tube 221, so that more foam may be broken when foam enters the air tube adaptor 224 from the first air tube 221, and at the same time, the inner diameter of the air tube adaptor 224 is smaller than the second air tube 222, so that part of the foam continuously entering the second air tube 222 may be gradually broken in the second air tube 222, and the foam is prevented from flowing out of the body through the second air tube 222. Of course, the specific inner diameters of the first exhaust pipe 221 and the second exhaust pipe 222 may be adjusted according to actual design requirements, as long as both are smaller than the air pipe adaptor 224.
According to still another alternative example of the present invention, the exhaust end 223 of the second exhaust pipe 222 is lower than the junction of the overflow pipe and the first exhaust pipe 221 in the up-down direction, so that the flow path can be increased, the foam is ensured to be gradually broken in the flow path, and the foam is prevented from flowing out of the wall-mounted washing machine through the second exhaust pipe 222, thereby affecting the use.
As shown in fig. 19, 20 and 21, in another embodiment of the present invention, the exhaust assembly 220 includes a first exhaust pipe 221 and a second exhaust pipe 222 (not shown), one end of the first exhaust pipe 221 is connected to the overflow pipe and extends upward in a substantially vertical direction (up-down direction as shown in fig. 1), one end of the second exhaust pipe 222 is connected to the other end of the first exhaust pipe 221, the other end of the second exhaust pipe 222 is opened to form an exhaust end 223, and the second exhaust pipe 222 is constructed in a bent structure, for example, the second exhaust pipe 222 may be formed in a shape of an arc or a ring extending in a circumferential direction, so that a circulation path may be extended, gradual rupture of foam in the circulation path may be ensured, and outflow of foam out of the wall-mounted washing machine 1000 may be prevented from being affected.
In some examples, to facilitate manufacturing and assembly, the tightness between the first exhaust pipe 221 and the second exhaust pipe 222 is improved, and the first exhaust pipe 221 and the second exhaust pipe 222 may be integrally formed.
As shown in fig. 8, 10 and 12, in one embodiment of the present invention, the overflow pipe 210 is mainly composed of a first overflow pipe 211, a second overflow pipe 212 and a three-way pipe 225, the three-way pipe 225 includes a first port, a second port and a third port, the upper end of the first overflow pipe 211 is connected to the outer tub 12 of the wall-hanging washing machine, the lower end of the first overflow pipe 211 is connected to the first port, the upper end of the second overflow pipe 212 is connected to the second port, the lower end of the second overflow pipe 212 is communicated with the outside, and the air discharge assembly 220 is communicated with the overflow pipe 210 through the third port, so that the assembly connection of the overflow air discharge assembly 200 can be facilitated, and the manufacturing process is simplified.
In one example of the present invention, for ease of manufacture and assembly, the inner diameters of the first and second overflow pipes 211 and 212 are equal, and the inner diameters of the first and second exhaust pipes 221 and 222 are equal, so that interchangeability between overflow pipes and between exhaust pipes can be enhanced at the time of assembly.
According to an example of the present invention, in order to prevent excessive foam in the outer tub 12 from being discharged from the overflow pipe and thus discharged from the outlet end of the exhaust pipe through the flow path of the exhaust assembly 220, the inner diameter D1 of the overflow pipe 210 (including the first overflow pipe 211 and the second overflow pipe 212) is set to be larger than the inner diameter D2 of the exhaust pipe (including the first exhaust pipe 221 and the second exhaust pipe 222), whereby the capacity in the flow path of the overflow pipe 210 can be increased, thereby reducing foam entering the exhaust pipe. Of course, those skilled in the art can also extend the length of the exhaust pipe only according to actual design requirements, or set the inner diameter D1 of the overflow pipe to be greater than or equal to the inner diameter D2 of the exhaust pipe, and the above examples can achieve the purpose of avoiding the foam flowing out of the wall-mounted washing machine 1000 from the exhaust end 223 of the exhaust assembly 220.
As shown in fig. 9 and 11, the overflow exhaust assembly 200 further includes a fastening unit 226, for example, an upper fastening unit 226 and a lower fastening unit 226 as shown in fig. 10, the upper fastening unit 226 fixedly connecting the overflow pipe 210 with the outer tub 12 of the wall-mounted washing machine 1000, and the lower fastening unit 226 fixedly connecting the overflow pipe with the drain assembly 300 of the wall-mounted washing machine 1000, according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 9, in a further example of the present invention, the fastening unit 226 is mainly composed of a fastening body 2261 and a fastening structure 2262, the fastening body 2261 is formed as a clip, and is sleeved at the connection between the overflow pipe and the outer cylinder or the connection between the overflow pipe 210 and the drain assembly 300, the fastening structure 2262 is provided at both ends of the annular fastening body 2261, and the fastening body 2261 can be fastened to the overflow pipe by the cooperation of the fastening structure 2262, so that the connection reliability between the overflow pipe 210 and the outer cylinder 12 and the drain assembly 300 is ensured, and the tightness is enhanced.
In a specific example of the present invention, to ensure the fixing stability of the overflow pipe and the exhaust pipe, the overflow exhaust assembly 200 of the wall-mounted washing machine 1000 further includes a plurality of pipe clamps 230, for example, the number of the pipe clamps 230 may be 3, 5, or other, and the plurality of pipe clamps 230 are spaced apart on the back side of the back plate 11 of the wall-mounted washing machine along the length direction (as shown in fig. 11) of the overflow pipe and the exhaust pipe, thereby realizing the limitation of the overflow pipe 210 and the exhaust pipe, preventing the overflow pipe 10 and the exhaust pipe from being separated from the back plate 11, and affecting the functions of draining foam of the overflow exhaust assembly 200 and balancing the air pressure.
