Compared with the prior art, the vertical elevator pit overhauling and resetting device disclosed by the invention has the advantages that through the arrangement of the controlled alarm device, when the elevator is in a normal state and is not at the lowest floor, the maintainer forgets to act the pit overhauling and resetting switch and directly opens the lowest floor door of the elevator to enter the pit operation and overhauling device, an alarm signal is provided, and in other cases, the alarm is not given, so that the maintainer is reminded to act the pit overhauling and resetting switch in time, the safety of the elevator is ensured, the pit overhauling can be correctly operated, and in addition, the alarm and the false alarm are not generated under the condition that no potential safety hazard exists.
Preferably, the alarm device further comprises a control device for controlling the alarm device, wherein the control device comprises a first control switch and a second control switch which are connected with the alarm device in series; the first control switch is a normally open type control switch, and is closed when the elevator is in a normal state and is not at the bottommost layer; the second control switch is a normally-closed control switch, and is opened when the lowest layer door of the elevator is closed or the elevator is reset.

Detailed Description
In order to explain the technical contents, structural features, principles of implementation, and objects and effects achieved by the present invention in detail, the following description is made in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 shows a vertical elevator pit maintenance resetting device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, which includes an alarm device (e.g., an alarm, a buzzer, etc.), and when a bottommost door of an elevator is opened to enter a pit, if a pit maintenance resetting switch is not actuated, the elevator is in a normal state (i.e., in a normal use state), and is not at a bottommost floor, the alarm device gives an alarm to remind a serviceman to actuate the pit maintenance resetting switch in time, so that the elevator enters a maintenance state and is temporarily out of service, thereby ensuring the safety of the elevator serviceman. And under the condition that potential safety hazards do not exist, for example, the bottommost door of the elevator is not opened or the elevator is positioned at the bottommost floor, or the elevator is in a fault state, an overhaul state and the like, the alarm device does not give an alarm, and the reliability of the vertical elevator pit overhaul reset device is effectively ensured.
In another embodiment of the vertical elevator pit inspection resetting device, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the device further comprises a control device for controlling the alarm device. In this embodiment, the control means comprises a first control switch K1 and a second control switch K2 connected in series with said alarm means (in this embodiment a buzzer JN). First control switch K1 is normal open type control switch, and when the elevator was in normal condition and not at the bottom, first control switch K1 closed, all was in the open mode under other circumstances. The second control switch K2 is a normally-closed control switch, and acts according to the maintenance reset action of the elevator and the opening and closing state of the bottommost door of the elevator, when the bottommost door of the elevator is closed or the elevator is reset, the second control switch K2 is opened, and is in a closed state under other conditions. Under the condition that the elevator has no potential safety hazard, namely the elevator is in an abnormal use state or in a normal use state but is in the bottommost layer, the first control switch K1 is in an open state, the current loop of the alarm device is disconnected, the alarm device cannot give an alarm, when the door of the bottommost layer of the elevator is opened, if the elevator is in a normal state and is not in the bottommost layer, if the elevator is not reset, the potential safety hazard exists in a pit, under the condition, the first control switch K1 responds, the opening is changed into the closing, the second control switch K2 does not respond, the closed state is maintained, the current loop of the alarm device is conducted, and the alarm device gives an alarm. In this embodiment, the first control switch K1 is selectively controlled by the first relay J1, the second control switch K2 is selectively controlled by the second relay J2, and the relay is selected as a control element, so that the control range can be conveniently expanded, and the signal sensitivity is high.
In another embodiment of the vertical elevator pit inspection resetting device, the resetting device and the communication device are further included. The resetting device comprises a resetting circuit for overhauling and resetting the elevator and a resetting switch AK electrically connected with the resetting circuit, and the elevator enters an overhauling and resetting state by actuating the resetting switch AK. The communication device is electrically connected with the elevator main control board (not shown in the figure) and the control device respectively, the real-time running state and the floor where the elevator is located are obtained from the elevator main control board, when the elevator is in a normal state and is not located at the bottommost floor, the communication device controls the control device to act, and specifically, the first relay J1 is controlled to be attracted, so that the first control switch K1 is closed, the second relay J2 is not attracted under the opening state of the bottommost door of the elevator, the second control switch K2 is in a closed state, and the alarm device gives an alarm.
In another embodiment of the vertical elevator pit inspection resetting device, the vertical elevator pit inspection resetting device further comprises a power supply device and a safety device. And the safety device is used for detecting the opening and closing state of the bottommost door of the elevator, and comprises a door lock switch MJS which is connected between the control device and the reset switch in series in the embodiment.
In this embodiment, the reset switch AK includes four groups of switch points (or multiple groups of switch points as needed), which are the first switch points 1 and 2, the second switch points 3 and 4, the third switch points 5 and 6, and the fourth switch points 7 and 8, respectively. The reset circuit is connected with the third switch point and the fourth switch point, and the reset circuit is started when the reset switch AK acts. The first switch point positions 1 and 2 are arranged between the second relay J2 and the power supply, and the second switch point positions 3 and 4 are arranged between the second relay J2 and the door lock switch MJS. In the present embodiment, the specific connection manner of the first relay J1 and the second relay J2 is as follows: one power end of the first relay J1 is connected with a negative electrode VCC-of the power supply device, the other power end of the first relay J1 is electrically connected with a positive electrode VCC + of the power supply device through an electronic switch KM, and the electronic switch KM is electrically connected with the communication device and controlled by the communication device; one power end of the second relay J2 is electrically connected to the negative electrode VCC-of the power supply device, the other power end of the second relay J2 is electrically connected to the first switch point 1 and the second switch point 4 of the reset switch AK, the first switch point 2 is electrically connected to the positive electrode VCC + of the power supply device, the second switch point 3 is electrically connected to the positive electrode VCC + of the power supply device through the door lock switch MJS, the first switch points 1 and 2 are normally open, and the second switches 3 and 4 are normally closed.
When the elevator is in a normal state and is not at the bottommost floor, the communication device controls the electronic switch KM to be closed, the first relay J1 is electrified to be attracted, and therefore the first control switch K1 is closed. At the moment, if the lowest door of the elevator is opened, the door lock switch MJS is in an open state, the reset switch AK does not act, the first switch point positions 1 and 2 are in an open state, the second switch point positions 3 and 4 are in a closed state, the second relay J2 is not electrified and does not attract, so that the second control switch K2 is kept in the closed state, and further, the current loop of the alarm device is conducted to send an alarm signal. When an alarm signal is sent out, the elevator is reset by the action reset switch AK to enter a maintenance state, the first switch point positions 1 and 2 are closed, the second switch point positions 3 and 4 are opened, the second relay J2 is electrified and attracted, and therefore the second control switch K2 is changed from closed to open, the current loop of the alarm device is disconnected, and the alarm is finished.
When the elevator is in a normal state and is not at the bottommost floor, the communication device controls the electronic switch KM to be closed, the first relay J1 is electrified to be attracted, and therefore the first control switch K1 is closed. At the moment, if the bottommost door of the elevator is not opened, the door lock switch MJS is in a closed state, the second relay J2 is electrified and attracted no matter whether the reset switch AK is operated or not, so that the second control switch K2 is changed from closed to open, and the alarm device does not give an alarm.
When the elevator is in a fault state, the communication device controls the electronic switch KM to be in an open state, the first relay J1 is not attracted, the first control switch K1 is in the open state, and the alarm device cannot give an alarm.
When the elevator is in a normal state and the elevator is at the bottommost layer, no potential safety hazard exists, so the communication device controls the electronic switch KM to be in an open state, the first relay J1 is not attracted, the first control switch K1 is in a card punching state, and the alarm device cannot give an alarm.
When the reset switch AK is in an action state and the bottommost door of the elevator is opened, the door lock switch MJS is disconnected, the first switch point positions 1 and 2 are changed into closed by opening, the second switch point positions 3 and 4 are changed into open by closing, the second relay J2 is electrified and sucked, and the second control switch K2 is changed into open by closing, so that the current loop of the alarm device is disconnected, and the condition of false alarm cannot occur.
In order to avoid false alarm caused by short circuit of the first control switch K1 under the condition of no potential safety hazard, the control device of the vertical elevator pit maintenance resetting device in another embodiment of the invention also comprises a third control switch K3 which is connected with the second switch point 3 and 4 in series and connected with the door lock switch MJS in parallel, namely one end of the third control switch K3 is connected with the anode VCC + of a power supply device, the other end is connected between the door lock switch MJS and the second switch point 3, and the third control switch K3 is controlled by the first relay J1 and is a normally closed switch. Under the condition that there is not the potential safety hazard, also need not to trigger alarm device under the condition that does not have action elevator reset switch AK when opening elevator bottommost layer door, lock switch MJS opens this moment, electronic switch KM opens, first switch point location 1, 2 are opened, second switch point location 3, 4 are closed, but if first control switch K1 short circuit also probably will cause alarm device's spurious triggering this moment, because third control switch K3 is the type switch that closes, consequently lead to second relay J2 to get electric actuation under this kind of condition, and then second control switch K2 becomes to open by the closure, alarm device's current loop is broken off, has avoided spurious triggering.
In another preferred embodiment of the pit overhauling and resetting device of the vertical elevator, the communication device comprises an MODBUS communication module, the precision is high, the matching performance is good, the power supply device adopts a switching power supply of the elevator, no additional power supply is needed, and the production cost is saved.
