Abstract
本发明公开了一种刺穿即配式分配瓶盖,其包括内盖、密封连接于内盖上侧形成储料仓的帽体,所述内盖包括环座、与环座二次注塑成型为一体而作为储料仓的下端面的软胶隔膜,所述帽体的顶部为受力向内陷入的压陷部,压陷部的内顶壁设置有竖向设置并指向软胶隔膜的击穿体,压陷部被按压收缩时击穿体朝向软胶隔膜运动以刺穿软胶隔膜。冲泡前,压陷部受力产生向下形变,击穿体竖向位移,将软胶隔膜击破,饮品调料落入饮料瓶中,现饮现泡,简单方便。软胶隔膜无需环座那样的强度和硬度,便于力气少小的人士也可以比较轻松地击穿储料仓,进行即泡饮料的调配。本发明还公开一种易于击穿隔膜即时冲泡的即配式饮料瓶。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及饮料包装领域,尤其涉及一种分装水液和配料的即配式饮料瓶,以及一种刺穿即配式分配瓶盖。
背景技术
目前,随着人们对于饮料追求的多样化,即配式瓶装饮料受到消费者的追捧。例如蜂蜜的等饮品不易长期泡于水中,易变质,应该即冲即饮。可以将蜂蜜等不便于预先与水或溶液混合的配料与液体分隔分别盛装,喝之前即使调配饮用。即配式饮料包括饮料瓶瓶体以及具有储料仓的瓶盖组件,瓶体用于容纳水或预调配液体,瓶盖组件用于盖住瓶体的瓶口并容纳配料。瓶盖组件的储料仓底部设有阻隔件将储料仓与瓶体分隔,饮用时即时调配,而后饮用。阻隔件通常是薄膜或与瓶盖的盖本体一次成型的厚度减薄的片体。薄膜贴装于储料仓管件的底部,包括铝箔、锡纸等,具有一定的脆性,容易击破连通使储料仓内的物料落入饮料瓶中,但是由于其脆性使得调配前的运输过程容易意外破裂。由于瓶盖组件中的本体盖的材质所需硬度有一定要求,韧性比较大,用来进行封闭阻隔的这种阻隔片体即使很薄依然难以击穿撕裂,即使击穿了,也会在两侧夹紧穿刺片,需后续使用顶开片将已刺破的多片阻隔单体片分别顶开,才可以提供通道给储料仓的物料落入瓶体内,这无疑增加了打通储料仓与瓶体内部进行饮料混配的难度,也就是一体一次性成型的软胶隔膜硬度和韧性都比较大,所需刺穿按压力大,击破比较吃力,力气小的女士和小孩无法独立完成调配饮料的过程。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种刺穿力小的可轻松击破阻隔即时进行饮料调配的刺穿即配式分配瓶盖,以及对应的一种即配式饮料瓶。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种刺穿即配式分配瓶盖,其包括内盖、密封连接于内盖上侧形成储料仓的帽体,所述内盖包括环座、与环座二次注塑成型为一体而作为储料仓的下端面的软胶隔膜,所述帽体的顶部为受力向内陷入的压陷部,压陷部的内顶壁设置有竖向设置并指向软胶隔膜的击穿体,压陷部被按压收缩时击穿体朝向软胶隔膜运动以刺穿软胶隔膜。
作为本发明刺穿即配式分配瓶盖的技术方案的一种改进,所述软胶隔膜是易撕裂柔软胶膜。
作为本发明刺穿即配式分配瓶盖的技术方案的一种改进,所述软胶隔膜是硅胶膜或TPE膜。
作为本发明刺穿即配式分配瓶盖的技术方案的一种改进,所述击穿体的横截面为放射状或环形。
作为本发明刺穿即配式分配瓶盖的技术方案的一种改进,所述击穿体的放射状横截面为多极星形,多极星形包括米字形和十字形。
作为本发明刺穿即配式分配瓶盖的技术方案的一种改进,所述击穿体的底端形成有尖刺部。
作为本发明刺穿即配式分配瓶盖的技术方案的一种改进,所述软胶隔膜包括一体连接的结合环和间隔片,间隔片位于结合环内侧,结合环与间隔片之间设有连续延伸或断续延伸的环形撕裂槽。
作为本发明刺穿即配式分配瓶盖的技术方案的一种改进,所述结合环与所述环座相互嵌合连接。
作为本发明刺穿即配式分配瓶盖的技术方案的一种改进,所述内盖和帽体的***设有外盖,所述外盖的内顶壁设置有用于按压所述压陷部的按压件,所述内盖的外壁设置有沿纵向方向设置的止转导槽,所述外盖的内壁设置有导向片,所述导向片嵌设于所述止转导槽使外盖能够相对内盖沿轴向移动且外盖与内盖转动同步。
为了解决现有技术问题,本发明所采用的饮料瓶技术方案是:一种即配式饮料瓶,其包括瓶体、前述任意一项技术方案所述的刺穿即配式分配瓶盖,所述瓶体设有瓶颈,瓶颈上端具有瓶口,所述环座与瓶颈螺纹连接使内盖封闭所述瓶口。
本发明的有益效果在于:饮料调配冲泡前,需将储料仓底部的软胶隔膜击破,储料仓内的饮品调料落入与之配套的储水的饮料瓶中,现饮现泡,简单方便。压陷部受力产生形变向下压缩,将击穿体竖向推动产生竖向位移,击刺软胶隔膜,二次注塑成型的软胶隔膜无需环座那样的强度和硬度,而可以设置为相对容易击穿的软胶隔膜,并牢固地与环座连接为一体,便于力气少小的人士也可以比较轻松地击穿储料仓,进行即泡饮料的调配。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来进一步说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1~图6所示,本发明一种刺穿即配式分配瓶盖,其包括内盖2、密封连接于内盖上侧形成储料仓的帽体3,所述内盖2包括环座22、与环座22二次注塑成型为一体而作为储料仓的下端面的软胶隔膜21,所述帽体3的顶部为受力向内陷入的压陷部31,压陷部31的内顶壁设置有竖向设置并指向软胶隔膜21的击穿体4,压陷部31被按压收缩时击穿体4朝向软胶隔膜21运动以刺穿软胶隔膜21。帽体3是具有容纳腔的倒置的杯体,注入配料后与内盖上侧密封连接为一体形成储料仓,一般通过超声波焊接或类似的工艺方式密封连接。饮料调配冲泡前,需将储料仓底部的软胶隔膜21击破,储料仓内的饮品调料落入与之配套的储水的饮料瓶6中,现饮现泡,简单方便。压陷部31受力产生形变向下压缩,将击穿体4竖向推动产生竖向位移,击刺软胶隔膜21,二次注塑成型的软胶隔膜21无需环座22那样的强度和硬度,而可以设置为相对容易击穿的软胶隔膜21,并牢固地与环座22连接为一体,便于力气少小的人士也可以比较轻松地击穿储料仓,进行即泡饮料的调配。软胶隔膜21被击穿后颠倒摇晃饮料瓶使饮料水分或其他液体可以进入储料仓冲刷,将调料带入饮料瓶中,混合更加充分。环座22设有螺牙与饮料瓶6配合。环座设有密封环与饮料瓶6的瓶口配合密封。
软胶隔膜21具有微弹性,使其可以缓冲内部少量压力冲击,不至于像铝箔等类似粘贴的薄膜在内部液体受挤压或晃动冲击而震破,或者在密封连接帽体3与内盖构建储料仓使操作震动而破裂。铝箔最后粘接则会存在粘胶污染内部储存配料的可能。
其中,所述软胶隔膜21是易撕裂柔软胶膜,软胶隔膜21比硬胶一体一次成型的薄片硬胶隔膜更易于被击穿并撕裂,其易撕裂性能是相对硬质塑胶而言的;如果选择薄片硬胶隔膜则要受限于硬胶成型需要一定厚度,面积比例较大的情况下更需保持厚度,这是造成与环座同一硬胶材料成型的隔膜难以击穿的主要原因。具体地,所述软胶隔膜21是硅胶膜或TPE膜或其他类似物理性能的软胶膜,具有与硬胶接近的厚度,容易产生初始形变即具有微量弹性,击穿体的前端易于产生一定距离的位移从而使软胶膜达到极限形变量,击穿体继续前进即可将软胶隔膜21刺穿撕裂。
更佳地,所述击穿体4的横截面为放射状(多极星形,如图4所示的米字形,又如图5所示的十字形)或环形。如图4所示的放射状击穿体4不易积聚蜂蜜等粘性大的调料,并且其击穿片43分散布置,可以提供多点同时顶推刺穿软胶隔膜21,逐步撕裂软胶隔膜21从而打开穿孔式开口。图6、图7所示的环形击穿体则可沿着靠近硬胶质的环座22内侧周边进行刺穿和撕裂,刺穿撕裂的形变极限尺寸更小,即更易于撕裂。由于隔膜无需整体完全撕裂,击穿体4的环形无需封闭环形,即开放式的C形,方便调料流出方便水分进入其内部进行冲刷,内部可以设置顶片41推动软胶隔膜21向下打开,顶片41选择径向和轴向组合布置为更佳,更便于撕裂隔膜。
更佳地,所述击穿体4的底端形成有尖刺部42,即低端倾斜,局部位置先接触软胶隔膜21将其刺穿,按压力初期集中到尖端,便于刺穿,然后其余部分不断撕裂而将打开软胶隔膜21形成开口使储料仓与瓶体连通。
更佳地,所述软胶隔膜21包括一体连接的结合环26和间隔片25,间隔片25位于结合环26内侧,结合环26与间隔片25之间设有连续延伸或断续延伸的环形撕裂槽28,使得软胶隔膜21本身具有易于击穿撕裂的连接脆弱位置,在击穿体的攻击下,沿着撕裂槽可以比较轻松地将结合环与间隔片整齐地割裂分离,同时可以减少击穿撕裂所需的按压力。
更佳地,所述结合环26与所述环座22相互嵌合连接,使得软胶隔膜21与环座22连接更加牢固,密封性更好,撕裂时结合环可以咬紧环座22,更便于保持撕裂路径的整齐。
更佳地,如图2、图8所示,所述内盖2和帽体3的***设有外盖1,外盖1用于罩住内盖2和帽体3以及其储料仓,所述外盖1的内顶壁设置有用于按压所述压陷部31的按压件,所述内盖2的外壁设置有沿纵向方向设置的止转导槽29,所述外盖1的内壁设置有导向片11,所述导向片11嵌设于所述止转导槽29使外盖1能够相对内盖2沿轴向移动且外盖1与内盖2转动同步,从而使外盖1能够相对内盖2沿纵向方向移动,推压外盖1纵向移动的同时按压件顶压压陷部31使其凹陷变形并推动击穿体4纵向移动进行击穿撕裂动作,并且外盖1转动时可以带动内盖2转动从而外盖1和内盖2整体一起打开,饮用饮料。
如图1所示,上述实施例中的分配瓶盖配上一个饮料瓶体6,组成一种即配式饮料瓶,其包括瓶体6、上述实施例中的刺穿即配式分配瓶盖,所述瓶体6设有瓶颈,瓶颈上端具有瓶口,所述环座22与瓶颈螺纹连接使内盖2封闭所述瓶口,瓶体容纳饮料调配前的水分,瓶盖分配容纳饮料调料。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明申请专利范围所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

1.一种刺穿即配式分配瓶盖,其特征在于:包括内盖、密封连接于内盖上侧形成储料仓的帽体,所述内盖包括环座、与环座二次注塑成型为一体而作为储料仓的下端面的软胶隔膜,所述帽体的顶部为受力向内陷入的压陷部,压陷部的内顶壁设置有竖向设置并指向软胶隔膜的击穿体,压陷部被按压收缩时击穿体朝向软胶隔膜运动以刺穿软胶隔膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刺穿即配式分配瓶盖,其特征在于:所述软胶隔膜是易撕裂胶膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的刺穿即配式分配瓶盖,其特征在于:所述软胶隔膜是硅胶膜或TPE膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的刺穿即配式分配瓶盖,其特征在于:所述击穿体的横截面为放射状或环形。
5.根据权利要求4所述的刺穿即配式分配瓶盖,其特征在于:所述击穿体的放射状横截面为多极星形,多极星形包括米字形和十字形。
6.根据权利要求1或4所述的刺穿即配式分配瓶盖,其特征在于:所述击穿体的底端形成有尖刺部。
7.根据权利要求1所述的刺穿即配式分配瓶盖,其特征在于:所述软胶隔膜包括一体连接的结合环和间隔片,间隔片位于结合环内侧,结合环与间隔片之间设有连续延伸或断续延伸的环形撕裂槽。
8.根据权利要求7所述的刺穿即配式分配瓶盖,其特征在于:所述结合环与所述环座相互嵌合连接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的刺穿即配式分配瓶盖,其特征在于:所述内盖和帽体的***设有外盖,所述外盖的内顶壁设置有用于按压所述压陷部的按压件,所述内盖的外壁设置有沿纵向方向设置的止转导槽,所述外盖的内壁设置有导向片,所述导向片嵌设于所述止转导槽使外盖能够相对内盖沿轴向移动且外盖与内盖转动同步。
