Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a concealed slide fastener includes two fastener stringers (not shown) provided with fastener elements, and a slider 10 for use with the fastener stringers. The zipper slider 10 effects opening and closing of the two zipper chains.
The slider 10 includes a lower plate 11, left and right side plates 12 respectively provided on opposite sides of the lower plate 11, a guide 13 provided between the left and right side plates 12, a hook 14 provided on the guide 13, and a pull tab (not shown) provided with a pull rod portion. Alternatively, the lower board 11, the side wing plates 12 and the guide members 13 are fixedly connected or integrally formed, but the invention is not limited thereto.
Each of the side wing plates 12 includes a side wall 121 and a blocking wall 122, the side wall 121 is vertically connected to one side of the lower board 10, the blocking wall 122 is formed by extending from the top of the side wall 121 toward the direction of the guide 13, and the blocking wall 122 is arranged in parallel with the lower board 11.
Further, between the side wings 12 and the guide member 13, a side wall 121 of each of the side wings 12 is disposed at an interval opposite to the guide member 13 and forms a chain passage 101 of the fastener chain therebetween; and the blocking wall 122 of each side wing plate 12 is used for limiting the zipper chain in the chain channel 101, thereby ensuring the reliability and stability of the zipper chain closing and opening operation.
It should be understood that, in order to ensure the limit effect of the blocking wall 122 on the zipper chain, one end of the blocking wall 122 facing the guide 13 may be in contact with or spaced apart from the guide 13. If the blocking wall 122 is disposed at a distance from the guide 13, the distance therebetween should be not greater than the width of the fastener element.
The guide member 13 includes a first end 131 and a second end 132 opposite to each other, and a positioning groove 20 is formed on a top surface of the first end 131. Moreover, a receiving groove 102 is formed between the first end 131 and the second end 132. Further, the width of the guide 13 decreases from the introduction port to the coupling exit port of the slide fastener slider.
In this embodiment, the first end 131 is disposed near an entrance of the zipper slider, and the second end 132 is disposed near an engagement exit of the zipper slider. Of course, without being limited to this embodiment, in other alternative embodiments, the first end 131 is disposed proximate to the engagement exit of the zipper pull and the second end 132 is disposed proximate to the introduction opening of the zipper pull.
The positioning groove 20 extends along the moving direction of the zipper chain, two opposite side walls (not labeled) of the positioning groove 20 are respectively provided with a clamping and embedding channel 201, one end of the positioning groove 20 is provided with a baffle 202 to form a blocking end 21, and the other end of the positioning groove 20 faces the assembling direction of the horse hook 14 and is opened to form an opening end 22.
In addition, the positioning groove 20 is further extended outward at the open end 22 to form an extension 23, and the extension 23 is used for riveting and positioning the horse hook 14.
One end of the horse hook 14 is embedded in the positioning groove 20 of the first end 131, and the other end abuts against the second end 132. Specifically, a clamping and embedding portion 141 is formed at one end of the hook 14 corresponding to the positioning groove 20, and a clamping and embedding protrusion 142 is disposed on a side surface of the clamping and embedding portion 141 corresponding to the clamping and embedding passage 201.
When assembling, the embedded part 141 of the horse hook 14 is embedded into the opening end 22, the embedded protrusion 142 is embedded into the embedded channel 201 and moves along the embedded channel 201, and the embedded part 141 finally abuts against the baffle 202 of the blocking end 21;
after the engaging portion 141 is inserted into the positioning groove 20, the extending portion 23 is bent to make the extending portion 23 abut against the engaging portion 141, so that the engaging portion 141 is fixed in the positioning groove 20.
In addition, the horse hook 14 is spanned on the top of the receiving groove 102 and is matched with the receiving groove 102 to form a receiving channel of the pull rod part of the pull tab.
When the slider 10 is assembled, a plurality of shapes of the hooks can be selected according to the requirements of customers, so that the diversification of hook fittings of the slider can be realized; and the mold structure of the slider 10 is simple, and the production cost can be reduced.

1. A zipper pull, comprising: the device comprises a lower ship plate, a left side wing plate and a right side wing plate which are respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the lower ship plate, a guide piece arranged between the left side wing plate and the right side wing plate, and a horse hook arranged on the guide piece;
each side wing plate comprises a side wall and a blocking wall, the side wall is vertically connected with one side of the lower ship plate, the blocking wall extends from the top of the side wall to the direction of the guide piece, the blocking wall and the lower ship plate are arranged in parallel relatively, the side wall of each side wing plate and the guide piece are arranged at intervals relatively, and a chain channel of a zipper chain is formed between the side wall and the guide piece;
the guide piece comprises a first end part and a second end part which are oppositely arranged, the top surface of the first end part is provided with a positioning groove, one end of the horse hook is embedded in the positioning groove, and the other end of the horse hook is abutted against the second end part;
two opposite side walls of the positioning groove are respectively provided with a clamping and embedding channel, one end of the positioning groove is provided with a baffle plate to form a blocking end, and the other end of the positioning groove is opened towards the hook assembling direction to form an opening end;
a clamping and embedding part is formed at one end of the hook corresponding to the positioning groove, and a clamping and embedding bulge is arranged on the side surface of the clamping and embedding part corresponding to the clamping and embedding channel;
during assembly, the clamping and embedding part of the horse hook is embedded into the opening end, the clamping and embedding bulge is embedded into the clamping and embedding channel and moves along the clamping and embedding channel, and the clamping and embedding part is finally abutted against the baffle plate at the blocking end;
the positioning groove is further provided with an extending part which extends outwards at the opening end, and after the clamping and embedding part is embedded in the positioning groove, the extending part is bent, and the extending part is abutted against the clamping and embedding part, so that the clamping and embedding part is fixed in the positioning groove;

4. An invisible zipper, which is characterized in that: two zipper stringers and a zipper slider for enabling opening and closing of the two zipper stringers, the zipper slider being as claimed in any one of claims 1-3.
