Abstract
本发明涉及一种具有吸油功能的油烟机，包括油烟机本体，所述油烟机本体包括壳体和风轮，所述风轮连接一过滤装置，所述壳体上设有与过滤装置对应的集油槽，所述过滤装置包括连接在风轮端部的金属网和固定与金属网上的纤维过滤网，所述金属网的外边缘置于所述集油槽的上方。本发明解决了油烟机滤油效果不理想的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及油烟机技术领域，特别涉及一种具有吸油功能的油烟机。
背景技术
根据国家权威机构的测量，在城市雾霾的源头上，厨房产生的油烟占有较重的比例。随着国家环保治理进程的深入和国民环保意识的提升，吸油烟机对油烟过滤的性能成为重要性能指标。目前市场上的吸油烟机只是简单的依靠油网进行过滤，过滤效果不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有吸油功能的油烟机，解决了油烟机滤油效果不理想的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种具有吸油功能的油烟机，包括油烟机本体，所述油烟机本体包括壳体和风轮，所述风轮连接一过滤装置，所述壳体上设有与过滤装置对应的集油槽，所述过滤装置包括连接在风轮端部的金属网和固定与金属网上的纤维过滤网，所述金属网的外边缘置于所述集油槽的上方。
进一步的，所述集油槽上通过一下凹的出油口连接一与壳体可拆卸连接的集油箱。
与现有技术相比，本发明存在以下技术效果：
本发明提供一种具有吸油功能的油烟机，采用纤维过滤网进行吸油，风轮高速旋转时，油渍在离心力的作用下顺着金属网向外圈流动，在金属网的外边缘处滴入集油槽，再通过集油槽中的出油口进入集油箱，从而实现了吸油过程，净化了油烟。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图，举一具体实施例加以详细说明。
如图1和图2所示，一种具有吸油功能的油烟机，包括油烟机本体，所述油烟机本体包括壳体1和风轮2，由于风轮2和壳体1为现有技术，本申请不作赘述。所述风轮2连接一过滤装置，所述壳体1上设有与过滤装置对应的集油槽33，所述过滤装置包括连接在风轮2端部的金属网32和固定与金属网32上的纤维过滤网31，所述金属网32的外边缘置于所述集油槽33的上方。纤维过滤网31用于吸收油烟中的油渍，金属网32的内边缘固定在风轮2的端部，并随着风轮2一起转动，金属网32的外圈位于集油槽33的正上方，便于油渍进入集油槽33。使用过程中，风轮2高速旋转，纤维过滤网31将油烟中的油渍吸收，并在离心力的作用下顺着金属网32流动到其边缘处，然后滴入集油槽33中。集油槽33环绕壳体1一周，并在底部形成一个下凹形的出油口，油渍通过出油口进入一个集油箱34。集油箱34通过一对卡接块35与壳体1可拆卸连接。
本发明涉及的具有吸油功能的油烟机，采用纤维过滤网31进行吸油，风轮2高速旋转时，油渍在离心力的作用下顺着金属网32向外圈流动，在金属网32的外边缘处滴入集油槽33，再通过集油槽33中的出油口进入集油箱34，从而实现了吸油过程，净化了油烟。

1.一种具有吸油功能的油烟机，包括油烟机本体，所述油烟机本体包括壳体和风轮，其特征在于，所述风轮连接一过滤装置，所述壳体上设有与过滤装置对应的集油槽，
所述过滤装置包括连接在风轮端部的金属网和固定与金属网上的纤维过滤网，所述金属网的外边缘置于所述集油槽的上方。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有吸油功能的油烟机，其特征在于，所述集油槽上通过一下凹的出油口连接一与壳体可拆卸连接的集油箱。
