本发明公开了一种无线监控一体化LED智慧路灯,包括路灯主体,所述路灯主体由底部的底座及底座顶部的集中箱构成,所述路灯主体的一侧设有连接杆,所述连接杆的顶部设有连接轴,且所述连接轴与连接杆焊接,所述连接杆的侧面设有固定套,且所述固定套与连接杆焊接,所述固定套的一侧安装有LED灯座,该种无线监控一体化LED智慧路灯顶部设有太阳能电板,能够对路灯主体进行供电,做到了节能环保,符合现代化建设的要求,底座内部安装有蓄电池,避免了发电不足时的供电问题,该种无线监控一体化LED智慧路灯的灯杆采用底部灯杆和伸缩灯杆进行套接,使灯杆能够适应不同高度的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及智慧路灯技术领域,具体为一种无线监控一体化LED智慧路灯。
背景技术
所谓智慧路灯,当然是指能够起到照明作用的产品,自中国2012年启动的智慧城市试点建设开始,中国智慧城市正在加速发展,智慧城市是继工业化、电气化、信息化之后,当今世界城市发展的新趋势,在中国经济发展进入新常态的新形势下,建设智慧城市既是主动适应经济新常态,提升城市承载能力的现实需要,也是积极引领经济新常态,协同推进新型工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化和绿色节能化的战略抉择。而在这其中,智慧路灯或道路照明灯杆的综合利用,正是发展智慧城市的重中之重,随着科学技术的发展,智慧路灯也越来越多,而且功能也越来越强大,其中无线监控一体化LED智慧路灯也较多。
但现有的无线监控一体化LED智慧路灯没有设置太阳能电板,耗能高,不符合节能需求,对于灯组的控制不够精细,灯杆高度不能够进行调节,适应性差。
所以,如何设计一种无线监控一体化LED智慧路灯,成为我们当前要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无线监控一体化LED智慧路灯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种无线监控一体化LED智慧路灯,包括路灯主体,所述路灯主体由底部的底座及底座顶部的集中箱构成,所述路灯主体的一侧设有连接杆,所述连接杆的顶部设有连接轴,且所述连接轴与连接杆焊接,所述连接杆的侧面设有固定套,且所述固定套与连接杆焊接,所述固定套的一侧安装有LED灯座,且所述LED灯座与固定套通过螺丝固定连接,所述LED灯座的侧面安装有LED灯组,且所述LED灯组与LED灯座电性连接,所述底座的底部设有固定件,且所述固定件与底座焊接,所述底座的顶部安装有底部灯杆,且所述底部灯杆与底座焊接,所述底部灯杆的侧面设有升降旋钮,且所述升降旋钮与底部灯杆活动连接,所述底部灯杆的顶部安装有伸缩灯杆,所述伸缩灯杆的顶部安装有顶部安装板,且所述顶部安装板与伸缩灯杆焊接,所述顶部安装板的顶部设有集中箱,且所述集中箱与顶部安装板通过螺丝固定连接,所述顶部安装板的顶部设有活动轴,且所述活动轴与顶部安装板焊接,所述集中箱的内部设有电力猫,且所述电力猫与集中箱通过螺丝固定连接,所述电力猫的侧面安装有逆变器,且所述逆变器与路灯主体电性连接,所述逆变器的一侧设有单灯控制器组,且所述单灯控制器组与LED灯组信号连接,所述逆变器的内部设有i5-7500处理器,所述i5-7500处理器的一侧设有XYC-PTLQ580AC光敏传感器和可编程程序控制器,所述i5-7500处理器的侧面设有信号发射模块和信号接收模块。
进一步的,所述连接轴的顶部安装有太阳能电板,且所述太阳能电板与路灯主体电性连接。
进一步的,所述底座的内部设有蓄电池,且所述蓄电池与路灯主体电性连接。
进一步的,所述活动轴的顶部设有监控摄像头,且所述监控摄像头与活动轴通过螺丝固定连接。
进一步的,所述电力猫的一侧设有存储器,且所述存储器与集中箱通过螺丝固定连接。
进一步的,所述单灯控制器组的一侧设有集中控制器组,且所述集中控制器组与LED灯组信号连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该种无线监控一体化LED智慧路灯顶部设有太阳能电板,能够对路灯主体进行供电,做到了节能环保,符合现代化建设的要求,底座内部安装有蓄电池,避免了发电不足时的供电问题,该种无线监控一体化LED智慧路灯的灯杆采用底部灯杆和伸缩灯杆进行套接,使灯杆能够适应不同高度的需求,该种无线监控一体化LED智慧路灯还设有单灯控制器组合集中控制器组,能够对LED灯组进行精细的控制,能够避免LED灯组出现部分故障时影响整体工作,提高了该种无线监控一体化LED智慧路灯的实用性。

请参阅图1-5,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种无线监控一体化LED智慧路灯,包括路灯主体1,所述路灯主体1由底部的底座13及底座13顶部的集中箱11构成,所述路灯主体1的一侧设有连接杆2,所述连接杆2的顶部设有连接轴4,且所述连接轴4与连接杆2焊接,所述连接杆2的侧面设有固定套5,且所述固定套5与连接杆2焊接,所述固定套5的一侧安装有LED灯座6,且所述LED灯座6与固定套5通过螺丝固定连接,所述LED灯座6的侧面安装有LED灯组7,且所述LED灯组7与LED灯座6电性连接,所述底座13的底部设有固定件12,且所述固定件12与底座13焊接,所述底座13的顶部安装有底部灯杆10,且所述底部灯杆10与底座13焊接,所述底部灯杆10的侧面设有升降旋钮9,且所述升降旋钮9与底部灯杆10活动连接,所述底部灯杆10的顶部安装有伸缩灯杆14,所述伸缩灯杆14的顶部安装有顶部安装板15,且所述顶部安装板15与伸缩灯杆14焊接,所述顶部安装板15的顶部设有集中箱11,且所述集中箱11与顶部安装板15通过螺丝固定连接,所述顶部安装板15的顶部设有活动轴17,且所述活动轴17与顶部安装板15焊接,所述集中箱11的内部设有电力猫18,且所述电力猫18与集中箱11通过螺丝固定连接,所述电力猫18的侧面安装有逆变器20,且所述逆变器20与路灯主体1电性连接,所述逆变器20的一侧设有单灯控制器组21,且所述单灯控制器组21与LED灯组7信号连接,所述逆变器20的内部设有i5-7500处理器27,所述i5-7500处理器27的一侧设有XYC-PTLQ580AC光敏传感器23和可编程程序控制器24,所述i5-7500处理器27的侧面设有信号发射模块26和信号接收模块25。
进一步的,所述连接轴4的顶部安装有太阳能电板3,且所述太阳能电板3与路灯主体1电性连接,所述太阳能电板3能够为路灯主体1提供电能,提高了产品的实用性。
进一步的,所述底座13的内部设有蓄电池8,且所述蓄电池8与路灯主体1电性连接,所述蓄电池8能够存储电能,为产品的正常工作提供了保障。
进一步的,所述活动轴17的顶部设有监控摄像头16,且所述监控摄像头16与活动轴17通过螺丝固定连接,所述安装监控摄像头16能够使产品具备无线监控能力。
进一步的,所述电力猫18的一侧设有存储器19,且所述存储器19与集中箱11通过螺丝固定连接,所述存储器19能够为产品提供信息存储能力。
进一步的,所述单灯控制器组21的一侧设有集中控制器组22,且所述集中控制器组22与LED灯组7信号连接,所述集中控制器组22能够对LED灯组7起到控制作用,增强了LED灯组7的工作效率。
工作原理:首先,该种无线监控一体化LED智慧路灯通过底座13底部的固定件12安装在适当位置,启动该种无线监控一体化LED智慧路灯,连接杆2顶部的太阳能电板3发电,对LED灯组7和监控摄像头16进行供电,监控摄像头16录制的信息自动存储到存储器19内,用户可以根据需要通过升降旋钮9对伸缩灯杆14的高度进行调节,信号发射模块26将存储器19内部的信息发送至终端,信号接收模块25会接受终端发送的控制信号,然后通过i5-7500处理器27对控制信号进行处理,这里要说明的是LED灯座6通过连接杆2与该种无线监控一体化LED智慧路灯进行连接,方便用户对LED灯座6的角度进行调整,LED灯组7由单灯控制器组21和集中控制器组22进行控制,避免LED灯组7出现故障影响照明。
