本发明涉及深基坑软土地基施工,尤其涉及深基坑软土地基人工挖孔桩施工。
背景技术
在软土地基深基坑工程中,桩基的应用较为广泛,但在此类区域进行桩基施工时,采用普通管桩或钻孔灌注桩由于其直径较小,因承重要求需要设置的桩基的数量及长度比较大,而且软土地基工程性能差,普通桩基设备施工受限,施工难度较高。如果在开挖后的软基深基坑内补桩更加困难。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种深基坑软土地基钢护筒人工挖孔桩施工方法。本发明的方法能形成桩基底部带有扩大端的桩基,使其承重能力得到有效改善,保证施工期间的安全及周边环境不受影响。
本发明一种深基坑软土地基钢护筒人工挖孔桩施工方法,它包括:
步骤一,制作外部大直径钢护筒及带有扩大端的内部钢套筒的钢筋笼;
步骤二,振动锤或钢板桩机械手振动沉设外部钢护筒;
步骤三,设置钢护筒内底部碎石垫层;
步骤四,安装带有扩大端与内部钢套筒的钢筋笼;
步骤五,一次浇筑底部砼;
步骤六,二次浇筑上部砼;
步骤七,外钢护筒与内刚套筒间回填土;
步骤八,拔除内钢套筒和外钢护筒;
步骤九,桩尖钢筋清理与基础底钢筋板连接后正常进行结构施工。
本发明能形成桩基底部带有扩大端的桩基,使其承重能力得到有效改善,减少软土地基桩基用量。本发明工艺原理简单,安全可靠,对周边环境影响小,便于操作。本发明的钢套筒可重复周转使用,有利于降低成本。
具体实施方式
本发明一种深基坑软土地基钢护筒人工挖孔桩施工方法,先将大直径的钢护筒(外护筒)利用振动锤或钢板桩机械手振动沉设至预定位置,然后用人工、小型机械配合等措施将钢护筒内的土方挖除,挖除时钢护筒底端的土方应预留一定的厚度,保证钢护筒内底部的土体稳定,然后铺设碎石垫层;再将制作好的带有扩大端(钢筋笼下端)与钢套筒(内套筒)的钢筋笼安装至大直径钢护筒内,然后浇筑一次钢筋笼下端(扩大端)的砼;待一次浇筑砼初凝时二次浇筑钢套筒(内套筒)内的砼;浇筑砼完成后在外钢护筒与内钢套筒间回填土;拔除内部钢套筒;拔除外部钢护筒。这样就会形成桩基底部带有扩大端的桩基,使其承重能力得到有效改善,保证施工期间的安全及周边环境不受影响。

步骤一,制作外部大直径钢护筒及带有扩大端的内部钢套筒的钢筋笼;
步骤二,振动锤或钢板桩机械手振动沉设外部钢护筒;
步骤三,设置钢护筒内底部碎石垫层;
步骤四,安装带有扩大端与内部钢套筒的钢筋笼;
步骤五,一次浇筑底部砼;
步骤六,二次浇筑上部砼;
步骤七,外钢护筒与内刚套筒间回填土;
步骤八,拔除内钢套筒和外钢护筒;
步骤九,桩尖钢筋清理与基础底钢筋板连接后正常进行结构施工。
