Abstract
本发明公开了一种负载四氧化三铁生物质碳基磁性生物肥料,由以下重量份原料组成:小麦秸秆14‑23,甘蔗渣11‑20,三氯化铁13‑22,氢氧化钠2‑7,蒸馏水适量,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮34‑47,司盘80 2‑4,无水氯化钙4‑11,酵母废液21‑32,糠醛渣12‑19,尿素6‑13,磷酸一铵4‑10,硫酸钾3‑11。本发明制备了具有磁性的Fe3O4并将其包埋在生物碳结构中,之后使用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮对其进行包裹,获得磁性凝胶颗粒,将磁化技术引入生物肥的生产中,使肥料施用效果达到最佳,使凝胶颗粒具有良好吸附性能,对于土壤中的农药残留等具有较好的吸附效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种农用肥料及制备方法,具体涉及一种负载四氧化三铁生物质碳基磁性生物肥料及其制备方法。
背景技术
近二三十年来,磁性肥料有了长足发展,但于目前的行业接受来说仍属于新型肥料,因为它很少在市面上出现。磁性肥料涉及有机肥、生物肥、复混肥,其特有的磁特性能明显地相对于没有磁特性的肥料具有优越性,它能明显地改善农作物性状,提高产量和品质。
李丁、马友华等人在其《缓释磁化复混肥料研制及肥效研究与应用》一文中, 选取铁尾矿、废钢渣、粉煤灰等为磁化材料,与尿素、磷酸铵、氯化钾、氯化铵等无机肥复配制得缓释磁化复混肥料,肥料的缓释作用对控制土壤中氮磷钾养分流失有明显作用,在土壤沙柱中养分流失控制率为54%以上,有效提高了肥料的养分利用率。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种负载四氧化三铁生物质碳基磁性生物肥料及其制备方法。
一种负载四氧化三铁生物质碳基磁性生物肥料,由以下重量份原料组成:小麦秸秆14-23份,甘蔗渣11-20份,三氯化铁13-22份,氢氧化钠2-7份,蒸馏水适量,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮34-47份,司盘80 2-4份,无水氯化钙4-11份,酵母废液21-32份,糠醛渣12-19份,尿素6-13份,磷酸一铵4-10份,硫酸钾3-11份。
具体步骤如下:
(1)生物质混合粉末的制备:
将小麦秸秆、甘蔗渣晾晒干燥,至含水量小于 5%,之后用锤片式粉碎机粉碎至20-60目,干燥,得到生物质混合粉末;
(2)负载Fe3O4生物质碳基磁性材料的制备:
①、将步骤(1)干燥的生物质混合粉末加入到浓度为0.2-1 mol/L的三氯化铁溶液中,充分混匀后超声处理 0.5 -2小时,之后加入氢氧化钠并剧烈搅拌混匀,得到生物质分散液;
②、将上述生物质分散液转移至不锈钢高压反应釜中,在200-250℃温度条件下,密封反应6-9小时,过滤,用蒸馏水充分洗涤后干燥,得到负载Fe3O4生物质碳基磁性材料;
(3)称取聚乙烯吡咯烷酮加入到蒸馏水中,在搅拌条件下加热至70-80℃直到完全溶解,得到均一透明状的 15-20%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮水溶液,滴加含司盘80的环己烷溶液,搅拌25-55分钟,加入步骤(2)负载Fe3O4生物质碳基磁性材料并搅拌1-2小时,得到预分散的磁载悬浮液,加入无水氯化钙搅拌45-65分钟,静置分层,离心过滤,真空干燥得到磁性凝胶颗粒;
(4)将酵母废液与糠醛渣、尿素进行混合配入双轴搅拌机,搅拌均匀后得到含水量为25-30%的发酵物料,将发酵物料发酵10-15天,堆内温度超过65℃时,进行翻堆,堆置发酵期间翻堆 2-4 次;
(5)将上述发酵好的物料与步骤(3)磁性凝胶颗粒、磷酸一铵、硫酸钾搅拌掺混均匀后装袋或送入造粒机进行造粒,即得所述磁性生物肥料。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明通过超声处理的方法促进三价铁离子在生物质结构内的渗入和沉积,然后经碳化处理形成具有磁性的Fe3O4并包埋在生物碳结构中,将磁化技术引入生物肥的生产中,使肥料中的有机养分、微生物、磁性促长综合技术性能达到最佳,使肥料施用效果达到最佳。
(2)本发明使用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮对负载Fe3O4生物质碳基磁性材料进行包裹,获得磁性凝胶颗粒,使凝胶颗粒具有良好吸附性能,对于土壤中的农药残留等具有较好的吸附效果,对土壤具有一定的修复效果。
具体实施方式
一种负载四氧化三铁生物质碳基磁性生物肥料,由以下重量份原料组成:小麦秸秆21份,甘蔗渣17份,三氯化铁18份,氢氧化钠4份,蒸馏水适量,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮43份,司盘80 3份,无水氯化钙8份,酵母废液28份,糠醛渣17份,尿素9份,磷酸一铵7份,硫酸钾8份。
具体步骤如下:
(1)生物质混合粉末的制备:
将小麦秸秆、甘蔗渣晾晒干燥,至含水量小于 5%,之后用锤片式粉碎机粉碎至30目,干燥,得到生物质混合粉末;
(2)负载Fe3O4生物质碳基磁性材料的制备:
①、将步骤(1)干燥的生物质混合粉末加入到浓度为0.5 mol/L的三氯化铁溶液中,充分混匀后超声处理1小时,之后加入氢氧化钠并剧烈搅拌混匀,得到生物质分散液;
②、将上述生物质分散液转移至不锈钢高压反应釜中,在230℃温度条件下,密封反应8小时,过滤,用蒸馏水充分洗涤后干燥,得到负载Fe3O4生物质碳基磁性材料;
(3)称取聚乙烯吡咯烷酮加入到蒸馏水中,在搅拌条件下加热至75℃直到完全溶解,得到均一透明状的 18%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮水溶液,滴加含司盘80的环己烷溶液,搅拌45分钟,加入步骤(2)负载Fe3O4生物质碳基磁性材料并搅拌1.5小时,得到预分散的磁载悬浮液,加入无水氯化钙搅拌55分钟,静置分层,离心过滤,真空干燥得到磁性凝胶颗粒;
(4)将酵母废液与糠醛渣、尿素进行混合配入双轴搅拌机,搅拌均匀后得到含水量为25-30%的发酵物料,将发酵物料发酵13天,堆内温度超过65℃时,进行翻堆,堆置发酵期间翻堆3 次;
(5)将上述发酵好的物料与步骤(3)磁性凝胶颗粒、磷酸一铵、硫酸钾搅拌掺混均匀后装袋或送入造粒机进行造粒,即得所述磁性生物肥料。

1.一种负载四氧化三铁生物质碳基磁性生物肥料,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:小麦秸秆14-23份,甘蔗渣11-20份,三氯化铁13-22份,氢氧化钠2-7份,蒸馏水适量,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮34-47份,司盘80 2-4份,无水氯化钙4-11份,酵母废液21-32份,糠醛渣12-19份,尿素6-13份,磷酸一铵4-10份,硫酸钾3-11份。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的一种负载四氧化三铁生物质碳基磁性生物肥料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
(1)生物质混合粉末的制备:
将小麦秸秆、甘蔗渣晾晒干燥,至含水量小于 5%,之后用锤片式粉碎机粉碎至20-60目,干燥,得到生物质混合粉末;
(2)负载Fe3O4生物质碳基磁性材料的制备:
①、将步骤(1)干燥的生物质混合粉末加入到浓度为0.2-1 mol/L的三氯化铁溶液中,充分混匀后超声处理 0.5 -2小时,之后加入氢氧化钠并剧烈搅拌混匀,得到生物质分散液;
②、将上述生物质分散液转移至不锈钢高压反应釜中,在200-250℃温度条件下,密封反应6-9小时,过滤,用蒸馏水充分洗涤后干燥,得到负载Fe3O4生物质碳基磁性材料;
(3)称取聚乙烯吡咯烷酮加入到蒸馏水中,在搅拌条件下加热至70-80℃直到完全溶解,得到均一透明状的 15-20%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮水溶液,滴加含司盘80的环己烷溶液,搅拌25-55分钟,加入步骤(2)负载Fe3O4生物质碳基磁性材料并搅拌1-2小时,得到预分散的磁载悬浮液,加入无水氯化钙搅拌45-65分钟,静置分层,离心过滤,真空干燥得到磁性凝胶颗粒;
(4)将酵母废液与糠醛渣、尿素进行混合配入双轴搅拌机,搅拌均匀后得到含水量为25-30%的发酵物料,将发酵物料发酵10-15天,堆内温度超过65℃时,进行翻堆,堆置发酵期间翻堆 2-4 次;
(5)将上述发酵好的物料与步骤(3)磁性凝胶颗粒、磷酸一铵、硫酸钾搅拌掺混均匀后装袋或送入造粒机进行造粒,即得所述磁性生物肥料。
