一种具有快速冷却功能的塑胶机加热装置,包括料筒、挤出螺杆、电磁感应加热器和加热线圈,所述挤出螺杆位于料筒内,料筒的外侧壁上缠绕有冷却管道;所述冷却管道的外部套设有绝热层,所述绝热层由外层和内层组成,所述外层和内层之间组成真空内腔;所述外层外侧设有加热线圈,加热线圈采用筒式分段加热。本发明的有益效果是打开电磁阀,向冷却管道内注入冷却水对料筒进行降温冷却,其冷却时间短,降温速度快;由于真空内腔的设置,使得热量流失减缓,提高了节能率,降低生产成本;通过加热线圈的分段加热,使得料筒内各部分的温度均匀,提高产品质量。

Description

一种具有快速冷却功能的塑胶机加热装置
技术领域
本发明涉及塑胶机技术领域,具体涉及一种具有快速冷却功能的塑胶机加热装置。
背景技术
目前,塑料品行业使用远红外线电加热方式和电磁加热方式为塑胶机进行加热。但是由于远红外线电加热装置是一种电阻热的加热方式,其发热效率较低,现今各大商家基本上都使用电磁加热方式为塑胶机加热。普遍采用电磁加热装置,每组电感应加热线圈输出最大功率只能达到1.5KW,长度只能达到80mm,远不能满足塑料机械和橡胶机械的使用要求,如果进行多组(需达到12-13组)线圈组合,显著降低了节能效果;在加热过程中,很多热量流失,造成较大的浪费;且塑胶机需要降温时,其散热缓慢,需要较长的时间。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有快速冷却功能的塑胶机加热装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种具有快速冷却功能的塑胶机加热装置,包括料筒、挤出螺杆、电磁感应加热器和加热线圈,所述挤出螺杆位于料筒内,料筒的外侧壁上缠绕有冷却管道;所述冷却管道的外部套设有绝热层,所述绝热层由外层和内层组成,所述外层和内层之间组成真空内腔;所述外层外侧设有加热线圈,加热线圈采用筒式分段加热。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述冷却管道的进水端连接有电磁阀。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述冷却管道为铝制金属制成。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述加热线圈均与电磁感应加热器电连接。
本发明的有益效果是打开电磁阀,向冷却管道内注入冷却水对料筒进行降温冷却,其冷却时间短,降温速度快;由于真空内腔的设置,使得热量流失减缓,提高了节能率,降低生产成本;通过加热线圈的分段加热,使得料筒内各部分的温度均匀,提高产品质量。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例中,一种具有快速冷却功能的塑胶机加热装置,包括料筒2、挤出螺杆1、电磁感应加热器6和加热线圈5,所述挤出螺杆1位于料筒2内,料筒2的外侧壁上缠绕有冷却管道3,所述冷却管道3的进水端连接有电磁阀,当需要降温时,打开电磁阀,向冷却管道3内注入冷却水对料筒2进行降温冷却,其冷却时间短,降温速度快;
所述冷却管道3的外部套设有绝热层4,所述绝热层4由外层41和内层42组成,所述外层41和内层42之间组成真空内腔43,由于真空内腔43的设置,使得热量流失减缓,提高了节能率,降低生产成本;
所述外层41外侧设有加热线圈5,加热线圈5采用筒式分段加热,通过加热线圈5的分段加热,使得料筒2内各部分的温度均匀,提高产品质量。
所述冷却管道3为铝制金属制成。
所述加热线圈5均与电磁感应加热器6电连接。
本发明的工作过程是:当需要降温时,打开电磁阀,向冷却管道3内注入冷却水对料筒2进行降温冷却,其冷却时间短,降温速度快;由于真空内腔43的设置,使得热量流失减缓,提高了节能率,降低生产成本;通过加热线圈5的分段加热,使得料筒2内各部分的温度均匀,提高产品质量。

1.一种具有快速冷却功能的塑胶机加热装置,包括料筒、挤出螺杆、电磁感应加热器和加热线圈,其特征在于,所述挤出螺杆位于料筒内,料筒的外侧壁上缠绕有冷却管道;所述冷却管道的外部套设有绝热层,所述绝热层由外层和内层组成,所述外层和内层之间组成真空内腔;所述外层外侧设有加热线圈,加热线圈采用筒式分段加热。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有快速冷却功能的塑胶机加热装置,其特征在于,所述冷却管道的进水端连接有电磁阀。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有快速冷却功能的塑胶机加热装置,其特征在于,所述冷却管道为铝制金属制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有快速冷却功能的塑胶机加热装置,其特征在于,所述加热线圈均与电磁感应加热器电连接。
