Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-described drawbacks of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a light guide mounting structure for a vehicle lamp, which is simple in structure and reliable in connection.
In order to achieve the above object, the invention provides a light guide mounting structure for a car lamp, comprising a mounting bracket and a light guide body, wherein an LED component is arranged at one end of the light guide body, a light guide groove is arranged on the mounting bracket, the light guide body is arranged in the light guide groove, a first flanging and a second flanging are respectively arranged on two side surfaces of the light guide body, a first step surface and a second step surface are respectively arranged on two side walls of the light guide groove, and the first flanging and the second flanging are respectively connected with the first step surface and the second step surface; the first flange is provided with a first welding rib welded with the first step surface, and the second flange is provided with a second welding rib welded with the second step surface; the LED lamp is characterized in that a first positioning notch and a second positioning notch are respectively arranged at one end, close to the LED component, of the first flanging and the second flanging, a first positioning rib and a second positioning rib are respectively arranged on two side walls of the light guide groove, and the first positioning rib and the second positioning rib are respectively clamped in the first positioning notch and the second positioning notch.
Preferably, the first welding rib and the second welding rib are made of plastic materials, and the first welding rib and the second welding rib are welded on the first step surface and the second step surface respectively in a laser welding mode.
Preferably, one end of the light guide body far away from the LED component is fixed on the mounting bracket through a connecting buckle.
Preferably, a gap is provided between the light guide body and the bottom of the light guide groove.
Preferably, a plurality of sections of first welding ribs are distributed at equal intervals along the length direction of the first flanging, and a plurality of sections of second welding ribs are distributed at equal intervals along the length direction of the second flanging.
Preferably, the first flange and the second flange are respectively arranged at the middle positions of the two side surfaces of the light guide body.
Preferably, the inner wall of the light guide groove is coated with a white paint film.
Preferably, the LED assembly comprises an LED circuit board and a radiator, the LED circuit board and the radiator are bonded together through heat conducting glue, and the LED circuit board is in contact with the end part of the mounting bracket.
Preferably, the light guide body is internally provided with light guide teeth which are spiral along the length direction of the light guide body.
Preferably, a reflecting surface is arranged on one end, close to the LED assembly, of the light guide body.
As described above, the light guide mounting structure for a vehicle lamp according to the present invention has the following advantageous effects: the two side surfaces of the light guide body are respectively provided with a first flanging and a second flanging, the two side walls of the light guide groove are respectively provided with a first step surface and a second step surface, and the first flanging and the second flanging are respectively connected with the first step surface and the second step surface; a first positioning notch and a second positioning notch are respectively arranged at one end, close to the LED component, of the first flanging and the second flanging, a first positioning rib and a second positioning rib are respectively arranged on two side walls of the light guide groove, and the first positioning rib and the second positioning rib are respectively clamped in the first positioning notch and the second positioning notch; like this, the light guide body just can be fixed a position relative the light guide groove at length direction, be equipped with on the first turn-ups with first step face welded connection's first welding muscle, be equipped with on the second turn-ups with second step face welded connection's second welding muscle, like this, the light guide body just can fix on the installing support reliably. Therefore, the light guide mounting structure for the car lamp can reliably fix the light guide body and the mounting bracket, and is simple in structure and reliable in connection.

As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the invention provides a light guide mounting structure for a car lamp, which comprises a mounting bracket 1 and a light guide body 2, wherein an LED component is arranged at one end of the light guide body 2, a light guide groove 3 is arranged on the mounting bracket 1, the light guide body 2 is mounted in the light guide groove 3, a first flanging 4 and a second flanging 5 are respectively arranged on two side surfaces of the light guide body 2, a first step surface 6 and a second step surface 7 are respectively arranged on two side walls of the light guide groove 3, and the first flanging 4 and the second flanging 5 are respectively connected with the first step surface 6 and the second step surface 7; the first flanging 4 is provided with a first welding rib 8 welded with the first step surface 6, and the second flanging 5 is provided with a second welding rib 9 welded with the second step surface 7; as shown in fig. 3 to 5, a first positioning notch 10 and a second positioning notch 11 are respectively arranged at one end, close to the LED assembly, of the first flange 4 and the second flange 5, a first positioning rib 12 and a second positioning rib 13 are respectively arranged on two side walls of the light guide groove 3, and the first positioning rib 12 and the second positioning rib 13 are respectively clamped in the first positioning notch 10 and the second positioning notch 11. Because the first flanging 4 and the second flanging 5 on the two side surfaces of the light guide body 2 are respectively connected with the first step surface 6 and the second step surface 7, a first positioning notch 10 and a second positioning notch 11 are respectively arranged at one end, close to the LED component, of the first flanging 4 and the second flanging 5, a first positioning rib 12 and a second positioning rib 13 are respectively arranged on the two side walls of the light guide groove 3, and the first positioning rib 12 and the second positioning rib 13 are respectively clamped in the first positioning notch 10 and the second positioning notch 11; thus, the light guide body 2 can be positioned relative to the light guide groove 3 in the length direction, the first flange 4 is provided with the first welding rib 8 welded with the first step surface 6, the second flange 5 is provided with the second welding rib 9 welded with the second step surface 7, and thus, the light guide body 2 can be reliably fixed on the mounting bracket 1. Therefore, the light guide mounting structure for the car lamp can reliably fix the light guide body 2 and the mounting bracket 1, and is simple in structure and reliable in connection.
In the light guide mounting structure for a vehicle lamp of the present invention, generally, the mounting bracket 1 and the light guide body 2 are made of plastic members, the first welding rib 8 and the second welding rib 9 are made of plastic materials, preferably, the first welding rib 8 and the second welding rib 9 are welded on the first step surface 6 and the second step surface 7 respectively by means of laser welding, and the first welding rib 8 and the second welding rib 9 are heated by the laser and melted into a whole with the mounting bracket 1. The light guide body 2 and the mounting bracket 1 are fused and welded together by adopting a laser welding technology, so that the laser welding reliability is high, the welding slag is less, the optical performance of the light guide body 2 cannot be influenced, the light guide is suitable for mounting a novel light guide, and the diversified design of the light guide is facilitated to be promoted.
In the light guide mounting structure for the car lamp, one end of the light guide body 2 close to the LED assembly is respectively positioned by the first positioning notch 10 and the second positioning notch 11 and the first positioning rib 12 and the second positioning rib 13 on the mounting bracket 1, and the light guide body 2 is welded with the first step surface 6 by the first welding rib 8 and is welded with the second step surface 7 by the second welding rib 9, so that the light guide body 2 is reliably connected with the mounting. In order to make the connection between the light guide body 2 and the mounting bracket 1 stronger, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the end of the light guide body 2 away from the LED assembly is fixed on the mounting bracket 1 through a connecting buckle 14. The connecting buckle 14 may take the form of a snap-fit connection of the prior art, which is not illustrated here.
In the light guide mounting structure for the vehicle lamp, in order to prevent the first flange 4 and the second flange 5 on the light guide body 2 from being capable of being attached to the first step surface 6 and the second step surface 7 due to the interference of the light guide body 2 with the bottom surface of the light guide groove 3, preferably, a gap is formed between the light guide body 2 and the bottom surface of the light guide groove 3, so that even if the light guide body 2 is expanded by heating during laser welding, the bottom of the light guide body 2 is not in interference with the bottom of the light guide groove 3, and therefore, the first welding rib 8 is not in interference with the first step surface 6, the second welding rib 9 is not in interference with the second step surface 7, and the false welding or the off-welding is not caused. In order to make the connection between the light guide body 2 and the mounting bracket 1 firm, preferably, the first welding ribs 8 are distributed at equal intervals along the length direction of the first flange 4, the second welding ribs 9 are distributed at equal intervals along the length direction of the second flange 5, and because the first welding ribs 8 and the second welding ribs 9 are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the light guide body 2, the welding stress between the first welding ribs 8 and the second welding ribs 9 and the mounting bracket 1 is relatively uniform, the whole light guide body 2 and the mounting bracket is not easy to deform, and the optical performance of the light guide body 2 can be well ensured. In the light guide mounting structure for a vehicle lamp of the present invention, preferably, four first welding ribs 8 are distributed at equal intervals along the length direction of the first flange 4, and four second welding ribs 9 are distributed at equal intervals along the length direction of the second flange 5. As shown in fig. 2, the cross section of the light guide body 2 is square, the first flange 4 and the second flange 5 are respectively arranged at the middle positions of two side surfaces of the light guide body 2, the side surfaces of the light guide body 2 below the first flange 4 and the second flange 5 are matched with the side wall of the light guide groove 3, and a gap is formed between the bottom of the light guide body 2 and the bottom surface of the light guide groove 3; as shown in fig. 4, one end of the light guide body 2, which is close to the LED assembly, is contacted with the mounting bracket 1 to ensure that the light guide body 2 is limited along the length direction thereof, and the first flange 4 and the second flange 5 are arranged on the light guide body 2. Preferably, the first flange 4 and the second flange 5 extend around the side of the light guide body 2, the first flange 4 and the second flange 5 being joined end to end into a complete flange around the side of the light guide body 2.
The invention relates to a light guide mounting structure for a car lamp, which can be used for mounting a light guide body 2 of an automobile lighting lamp such as a brake lamp or a steering lamp of an automobile, wherein when the light guide body is used in specific application, one end of the light guide body 2 is provided with an LED component, generally, the LED component comprises parts such as an LED circuit board, a radiator, a decorative ring and the like, and the decorative ring is fixed with a mounting bracket 1 through screws and uniformly distributed buckles; the LED circuit board is adhered to the radiator through heat conducting glue, the LED circuit board is contacted with the end part of the mounting bracket 1, the LED circuit board is contacted through a top rib (not shown in the figure) at the end part of the mounting bracket 1 to ensure the distance between the LED light source and the light guide, a reflecting surface 16 is further arranged at one end, close to the LED assembly, of the light guide body 2, light emitted by the LED light source is reflected to the light guide teeth 15 in the light guide body 2 through the reflecting surface 16 to conduct, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the light guide teeth 15 which are spiral along the length direction of the light guide body 2 are arranged in the light guide body 2, the boundary of the light guide teeth 15 is in a spiral shape, and the light is conducted along the spiral teeth 15 which are similar to the shape of DNA, so that a spiral pattern similar to the shape is presented, and the light guide body has a very strong spatial third dimension. In order to make the light transmission high, the inner wall of the light guiding groove 3 is coated with a white paint film.
A method of mounting a light guide mounting structure for a vehicle lamp according to the present invention will be described below. The installation method of the light guide installation structure for the car lamp comprises the following steps: placing the light guide body 2 in the light guide groove 3 on the mounting bracket 1, and enabling a first positioning rib 12 and a second positioning rib 13, which are close to one end of the LED component, of the mounting bracket 1 to be respectively clamped in a first positioning notch 10 and a second positioning notch 11 on the light guide body 2, wherein the first positioning rib 12 and the second positioning rib 13 are propped against a positioning surface 17 on the first positioning notch 10 and the second positioning notch 11; then connecting the connecting buckle 14 on the end of the light guide body 2 far away from the LED assembly with the mounting bracket 1, so that the end of the light guide body 2 far away from the LED assembly is fixed with the mounting; then the mounting bracket 1 is placed in a fixture to be fixed for preparing for laser welding, when the laser welding is carried out, the laser scans and heats the first welding rib 8 or the second welding rib 9 one by one along the length direction of the first flanging 4 or the second flanging 5, so that the first welding rib 8 or the second welding rib 9 and the mounting bracket 1 are fused into a whole, the melting amount of the first welding rib 8 or the second welding rib 9 can be kept by controlling the laser, and the position of the light guide on the mounting bracket 1 is ensured; after the light guide body 2 and the mounting bracket 1 are mounted, the LED assembly comprising parts such as an LED circuit board, a radiator and the like is positioned through a positioning pin on one side of the mounting bracket 1, then the LED assembly is fixed on the mounting bracket 1 through a screw, and a positioning rib structure for positioning is arranged between the mounting bracket 1 and the LED circuit board, so that the distance between the LED assembly and the light guide body 2 is ensured.
In summary, the present invention effectively overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art and has high industrial utility value.
