本发明提供一种玻璃钢管在制造液氮自增压容器中的应用,其中液氮自增压容器包括内胆、外胆、密封盖塞和颈管,内胆位于外胆内并与外胆之间形成真空绝缘腔体,外胆和和内胆均设有一开口端,颈管两端分别与所述内胆的开口端和外胆的开口端密封连接,密封盖塞密封设置在所述颈管的外端,所述颈管为玻璃钢管,颈管与所述内胆螺接后胶接;颈管采用导热率极低的颈管,使本发明对液氮的保存效果明显增加,提高液氮的保存时间减少挥发,相对有效容量为35L的液氮自增压容器,日损耗降为232L;在真空绝缘腔体内填充多层绝热体,有良好冷藏保温性能。

玻璃钢管在制造液氮自增压容器中的应用
技术领域
本发明涉及液氮储存技术领域,具体涉及玻璃钢管在制造液氮自增压容器中的应用。
背景技术
液氮罐在储存液氮时,需要液氮罐的保温效果比较好。液氮罐的罐体一般包括内胆和外胆,内胆和外胆之间间隔设置形成真空的密封腔,通过真空腔以降低外界热量与内胆之间的传递;在内胆的开口端和外胆的开口端设置有颈管,颈管具有减少液氮蒸发和固定内胆的双重作用,目前颈管多采用不锈钢材料,但不锈钢材料保温效果不好,使液氮蒸发较快。
而自增压液氮罐由优质不锈钢制造,容器配有升压***,能自身产生压力连续排液。由控制***和罐体组成,控制***主要由:进/排液阀、增压阀、放空阀、双安全阀、液位计、压力表及4只独立刹车的脚轮组成。以下为自增压液氮罐规格参数表:
现有技术中,有效容量为30L的液氮自增压容器,颈管采用不锈钢材料,日蒸损耗率为2.7%,即日损耗为0.81L;而有效容量为50L的液氮自增压容器,颈管采用不锈钢材料,日蒸损耗率为1.8%,即日损耗为0.9L。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种玻璃钢管在制造液氮自增压容器中的应用,减少液氮的蒸发率,使本发明对液氮的储存时间更长。
玻璃钢管在制造液氮自增压容器中的应用,所述液氮自增压容器包括内胆、外胆、密封盖塞和颈管,所述内胆位于所述外胆内并与所述外胆之间形成真空绝缘腔体,所述外胆和内胆均设有一开口端,所述颈管两端分别与所述内胆的开口端和所述外胆的开口端密封连接,所述密封盖塞密封设置在所述颈管的外端,所述颈管为玻璃钢管,所述颈管与所述内胆螺接后胶接;玻璃钢具有极低的热导率,可把从颈管进入的外部热量控制在最低限度。
为更好实现本发明,可进一步为,所述内胆上装设有液面提示器、排流阀和安全阀,在所述内胆和外胆之间设有增压阀,所述液面提示器的显示端位于所述密封盖塞上,所述液面提示器的检测端穿过所述密封盖塞并延伸至所述内胆底部;所述排流阀的开关位于所述外胆外部,所述排流阀的管路从所述颈管处伸入所述内胆底部;所述安全阀与所述颈管相通;所述增压阀的开关位于所述外胆外部,所述增压阀的管路穿过所述外胆并延伸至所述内胆底部且与所述内胆的底部连通;增压方式有两种,一种是通过液氮的自挥发后,增加内胆内的压力;二是通过增压阀对内胆内的液氮进行加压,然后,打开排流阀,液氮则可以通过排流阀自动流出。
为更好实现本发明,可进一步为:所述内胆和外胆均呈圆柱状,空间利用率大。
为更好实现本发明,可进一步为:所述外胆还设有一提手,便于移动本发明。
为更好实现本发明,可进一步为:所述真空绝缘腔体内填充有多层绝热体。
为更好实现本发明,可进一步为:在所述外胆的开口端和所述颈管处安装有真空封口接头。
本发明的有益效果:颈管采用导热率极低的颈管,使本发明对液氮的保存效果明显增加,提高液氮的保存时间减少挥发,相对有效容量为35L的液氮自增压容器,日损耗降为232L;通过增压阀对内胆内的液氮进行加压,然后,打开排流阀,液氮则可以通过排流阀自动流出,结构简单易实现,且采用这种结构能较好地提取液氮;在真空绝缘腔体内填充多层绝热体,有良好冷藏保温性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做详细说明。
如图1所示:玻璃钢管在制造液氮自增压容器中的应用,其中液氮自增压容器包括内胆、外胆、密封盖塞和颈管,所述内胆和外胆均呈圆柱状,所述内胆位于所述外胆内并与所述外胆之间形成真空绝缘腔体,在所述真空绝缘腔体内填充有多层绝热体;所述外胆和内胆均设有一开口端,所述颈管两端分别与所述内胆的开口端和所述外胆的开口端密封连接,所述密封盖塞密封设置在所述颈管的外端,所述颈管为玻璃钢管,所述颈管与所述内胆螺接后胶接;玻璃钢具有极低的热导率,可把从颈管进入的外部热量控制在最低限度,在所述外胆的开口端和所述颈管处安装有真空封口接头,在所述外胆设有一提手。
所述内胆上装设有液面提示器、排流阀、排气阀、压力计和安全阀,在所述内胆和外胆之间设有增压阀,所述液面提示器的显示端位于所述密封盖塞上,所述液面提示器的检测端穿过所述密封盖塞并延伸至所述内胆底部;所述排流阀的开关位于所述外胆外部,所述排流阀的管路从所述颈管处伸入所述内胆底部;所述安全阀和排气阀均与所述颈管相通,在所述排气阀的管路上还装设有所述压力计;所述增压阀的开关位于所述外胆外部,所述增压阀的管路穿过所述外胆并延伸至所述内胆底部且与所述内胆的底部连通;通过增压阀对内胆内的液氮进行加压,然后,打开排流阀,液氮则可以通过排流阀自动流出。
本发明的有益效果:颈管采用导热率极低的颈管,使本发明对液氮的保存效果明显增加,提高液氮的保存时间减少挥发,相对有效容量为30L的液氮自增压容器,日损耗降为0.223L;相对有效容量为35L的液氮自增压容器,日损耗降为0.232L;相对有效容量为50L的液氮自增压容器,日损耗降为0.249L;通过增压阀对内胆内的液氮进行加压,然后,打开排流阀,液氮则可以通过排流阀自动流出,结构简单易实现,且采用这种结构能较好地提取液氮;在真空绝缘腔体内填充多层绝热体,有良好冷藏保温性能。
