Abstract
本发明提供了一种抗雾霾的组合新材料,该抗雾霾的组合新材料的主要组成按重量比是:纳米级硅藻土30‑40%,高岭土20‑30%,火山岩石粉5‑10%,寒冰石粉5‑10%,珊瑚石粉5‑10%,贝壳粉5‑10%,远红外粉3‑5%,负离子粉2‑5%。可用于室内墙壁涂层、室外涂层添加剂、各种造型涂层等。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化领域,尤其是一种抗雾霾的组合新材料。
背景技术
雾霾是气象学中的一种天气现象,是指随着工业化的高速发展,空气中产生了大量的灰尘、有机碳化合物、酸类等极细微的干尘粒子均匀的浮游在空中,使空气混浊,视野模糊并导致能见度恶化的现象。雾霾天气中大气气溶胶大部分均可被人体呼吸道吸入,长期处于这种环境下,对身体会造成严重危害,而且雾霾还可影响心理健康,易使人产生悲观情绪。
目前如何抗雾霾是比较热门的研究课题,比如市面上产生了一些防雾霾的口罩、防雾霾纱窗等。这些产品,只能针对个人,不适用于公众场合。全球知名建筑和设计杂志Dezeen网站报道,把一些铜线圈埋置在城市公园的草坪等场所地下,通电后形成一个弱静电场。借助这一静电场,飘浮的一些雾霾颗粒将被吸落至地面,从而在空中辟出一片“空气清新”的区域。同时,落至地面的颗粒物易于收集清扫。这种需要预先在地下埋置铜线圈和通电,成本高,安全难有保障,不适合用于公众场合。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗雾霾的组合新材料及其制法,可用于室内墙壁涂层、室外涂层添加剂、各种造型涂层等。
为了达到上述的目的,本发明提供了一种抗雾霾的组合新材料。
该抗雾霾的组合新材料的主要组成按重量比是:纳米级硅藻土30-40%,高岭土20-30%,火山岩石粉5-10%,寒冰石粉5-10%,珊瑚石粉5-10%,贝壳粉5-10%,远红外粉3-5%,负离子粉2-5%。
本发明的另一个目的是这样实现的,该抗雾霾的组合新材料按照:纳米级硅藻土30-40%,高岭土20-30%,火山岩石粉5-10%,寒冰石粉5-10%,珊瑚石粉5-10%,贝壳粉5-10%,远红外粉3-5%,负离子粉2-5%的重量比例配好,放入球磨罐中充分研磨2小时后倒出,然后放入容器中的进入窑炉烧制4小时,分初结和凝结两步烧制,其中:
初结烧制温度400-600℃,采用梯度升温烧制,烧制时间2小时,自然降温;
凝结烧制温度400-850℃,采用梯度升温烧制,烧制时间2小时,其中烧制温度400-600℃,烧制时间1.5小时;烧制温度600-850℃,烧制时间0.5小时。
降至室温后装入袋中真空密封。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做详尽的描述,但不是用于限制本发明。
按重量比:纳米级硅藻土35%,高岭土30%,火山岩石粉10%,寒冰石粉10%,珊瑚石粉5%,贝壳粉5%,远红外粉3%,负离子粉2%的比例配好,放入球磨罐中充分研磨2小时后倒出,然后放入容器中的进入窑炉烧制4小时,分初结和凝结两步烧制,其中:
初结烧制温度400-600℃,采用梯度升温烧制,烧制时间2小时,自然降温;
凝结烧制温度400-850℃,采用梯度升温烧制,烧制时间2小时,其中烧制温度400-600℃,烧制时间1.5小时;烧制温度600-850℃,烧制时间0.5小时。

1.一种抗雾霾的组合新材料,其特征是:该抗雾霾的组合新材料的主要组成按重量比是:纳米级硅藻土30-40%,高岭土20-30%,火山岩石粉5-10%,寒冰石粉5-10%,珊瑚石粉5-10%,贝壳粉5-10%,远红外粉3-5%,负离子粉2-5%。
2.按照权利要求1所述的抗雾霾的组合新材料,其特征是:该抗雾霾的组合新材料的主要组成按重量比:纳米级硅藻土35%,高岭土30%,火山岩石粉10%,寒冰石粉10%,珊瑚石粉5%,贝壳粉5%,远红外粉3%,负离子粉2%。
3.一种抗雾霾的组合新材料的制做方法,其特征是:该抗雾霾的组合新材料按权利要求2所述的比例配好,放入球磨罐中充分研磨2小时后倒出,然后放入容器中的进入窑炉烧制4小时,分初结和凝结两步烧制,其中:
初结烧制温度400-600℃,采用梯度升温烧制,烧制时间2小时,自然降温;
凝结烧制温度400-850℃,采用梯度升温烧制,烧制时间2小时,其中烧制温度400-600℃,烧制时间1.5小时;烧制温度600-850℃,烧制时间0.5小时。
降至室温后装入袋中真空密封。
