When the master user equipment receives the capability information of the slave user equipment, the capability information of the master user equipment and the capability information of the slave user equipment may be combined and directly sent to the network equipment, or the capability information of the master user equipment and the capability information of the slave user equipment may be screened to obtain a first capability information set, and the first capability set is sent to the network equipment.
Optionally, the master user equipment may extract capability information required by the master user equipment from the capability information of the slave user equipment, and combine the extracted capability information with the capability information of the master user equipment to obtain the first capability information set; or, according to the capability information reported by the network device, extracting, from the capability information of the secondary user device, capability information required by the primary user device and reported by the network device, and combining the extracted capability information with the capability information of the primary user device to obtain the first capability information set.
The capability required by the primary user equipment may be a capability that the primary user equipment does not have, for example, when the primary user equipment only has a capability of connecting to a 3G network but does not have a capability of connecting to a 4G network, the capability of connecting to the 4G network by the secondary user equipment is required. The capability required by the master user equipment may also be a capability that the master user equipment has but is not currently used, for example, the master user equipment has a data transmission rate of 150Mbit/s (megabits/second), but needs to use the data transmission rate of the slave user equipment when the data transmission function is turned off in the power saving mode. The required capability of the primary user equipment may also be a capability that the primary user equipment is not enough to support the current communication service, for example, when the primary user equipment is configured with 4 antennas, but 8 antennas are required for communication, 4 antennas of the secondary user equipment are required.
In the embodiment of the present invention, for different types of communication systems, the capability information reported by the network device is also different, the capability information reported by the user equipment specified by the network device may be determined according to a corresponding wireless communication technology standard, for example, the capability information reported by the user equipment specified by an LTE (Long Term Evolution) System may be determined according to a 3GPP TS 36.331 standard, and the capability information reported by the user equipment specified by a UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunications System) may be determined according to a TS 25.331 standard, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In the foregoing step, the master user equipment may interact with the slave user equipment first to determine the available slave user equipment, and then acquire the capability information of the available slave user equipment, or may acquire the capability information of the slave user equipment while interacting with the slave user equipment, and select the available capability information from the capability information of the plurality of slave user equipments, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
When the master user equipment acquires the capability information of the plurality of slave user equipments, it may appropriately select and convert the capability information according to the repeated or similar capability information of each slave user equipment, and the conditions of configuration parameters, constraints of signaling length, network conditions, and weights of each slave user equipment, so as to finally determine an available capability information set. In this process, the master user device may perform various types of processing such as gathering, superimposing, selecting, deduplication, discarding, and the like on multiple items of capability information, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
406. The primary user device sends the first set of capability information to the network device.
And after the primary user equipment determines the first capability information set, sending the first capability information set to the network equipment.
Optionally, if the primary user equipment has received the capability query message of the network equipment, when the primary user equipment determines the first capability information set, a response message is sent to the network equipment, where the response message carries the first capability information set. For example, if the primary user equipment receives a UE capability information message, the UE capability information message is sent to the network equipment as a response message, where the UE capability information message carries the first capability information set determined by the primary user equipment.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the primary user equipment is exemplified by sending the first capability information set to the network equipment when determining the first capability information set, and in an actual application process, to avoid resource waste caused by uploading the same capability information, when determining the first capability information set, the primary user equipment may further first determine whether the first capability information set is the same as a capability information set sent to the network equipment last time, if the first capability information set is the same as a capability information set sent to the network equipment last time, it is not necessary to send the first capability information set to the network equipment again, if the first capability information set is different from a capability information set sent to the network equipment last time, the first capability information set is sent to the network equipment, or, and acquiring a difference capability information set between the first capability information set and the capability information set sent to the network equipment last time, and sending the difference capability information set to the network equipment.
407. And when the network equipment receives the first capability information set, configuring resources for the main user equipment according to the first capability information set.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the network device may include a plurality of network nodes, and the reporting, transmission, and synchronization processes of the capability information set may be performed among the plurality of network nodes, for example, the reporting and synchronization of the capability information may be performed by related network nodes between the access network and the core network, so that the plurality of network nodes cooperate with each other to configure resources for the primary user device. The configured resources may include radio resources, transmission resources, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
408. The network equipment sends resource configuration information to the main user equipment according to the configured resources, and the main user equipment receives the resource configuration information.
When the network device receives the first capability information set reported by the primary user device, the network device may use the first capability information set as the capability information possessed by the primary user device, configure resources for the primary user device according to the first capability information set, and send resource configuration information to the primary user device according to the configured resources.
In another embodiment, when the network device receives the difference capability information set reported by the primary user device, the difference capability information set is combined with the currently stored capability information set of the primary user device to obtain a new capability information set.
For each index, if the capability information of the index in the currently stored capability information set is different from the capability information of the index in the difference capability information set, replacing the currently stored capability information of the index with the capability information of the index in the difference capability information set.
In the embodiment of the invention, under the technical background of the cooperative action of devices such as a mobile phone and a computer and wearable devices such as an intelligent bracelet, a capability information reporting mode under the scene of capability change of user equipment is effectively designed according to the related flow of the communication technology, so that the network equipment can still accurately and timely make related decisions and processes under the condition of dynamic capability of the user equipment.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the master user equipment is in aid of the capability of the slave user equipment, the capability information of the master user equipment and the capability information of the slave user equipment are screened to obtain the first capability information set, and the first capability information set is sent to the network equipment, so that the network equipment can accurately acquire the capability of the current user equipment, and the accuracy of resource configuration is improved when the master user equipment is configured with resources according to the first capability set.
In the above embodiment, the master user device filters the capability information of the master user device and the capability information of the slave user device to obtain a first capability information set, and sends the first capability information set to the network device, and the master user device may reserve corresponding resources according to the first capability information set, so that when the network device configures resources for the master user device subsequently, the master user device may interact with the network device based on the reserved resources. If the capability required by the resource configured by the network device for the primary user device is smaller than the capability included in the first capability information set, the primary user device may still reserve resources according to the first capability information set, which may cause unnecessary waste of resources and affect the throughput of the primary user device.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a capability information reporting method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 5, an interaction subject according to an embodiment of the present invention is a primary user equipment and a network equipment, where the method includes:
501. the primary user equipment sends the determined first set of capability information to the network equipment.
502. And when the network equipment receives the first capability information set, configuring resources for the main user equipment according to the first capability information set.
503. And the network equipment sends resource configuration information to the main user equipment according to the configured resources.
When the network device receives the first capability information set reported by the primary user device, the network device can acquire the capability of the primary user device, and then the network device configures resources for the primary user device according to the first capability information set and sends resource configuration information to the primary user device according to the configured resources.
504. And when the primary user equipment receives the resource configuration information, determining a currently used second capability information set according to the resource configuration information and the first capability information set.
When the primary user equipment receives the resource configuration information, it may activate or reconfigure a related reserved resource according to the resource configured by the network equipment, and at this time, the capability used by the primary user equipment may be different from the capability in the first capability set, and then the primary user equipment may obtain a second capability information set according to the capability used in the current year, and send the second capability information set to the network equipment.
505. The primary user device sends the second set of capability information to the network device.
506. And when the network equipment receives the second capability information set, storing the second capability information set.
When the network device receives the second capability information set, it may acquire the capability currently used by the primary user device, and at this time, the network device may store the second capability information set, so that the service of the primary user device may be processed according to the second capability information set in a subsequent process.
In practical applications, the network device may store the second capability information set and delete the previously stored first capability information set when receiving the second capability information set, so as to update the stored capability information set, that is, the network device only stores one capability information set for the primary user device at a time. Or, the network device may also store the first capability information set and the second capability information set, use the second capability information set as a capability information set currently used by the primary user device, use the first capability information set as a standby capability information set of the primary user device, and process the service of the current cell according to the second capability information set. In the subsequent process, if the network device receives the capability information set of the primary user device again, the second capability information set may be updated.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the second capability information set refers to not only the capability information set reported by the primary user equipment for the second time, but also the capability information set currently used by the primary user equipment. The network device may store multiple capability information sets of the primary user device, or store different capability information sets under multiple conditions, and the capability information set currently used by the primary user device may be any one of the multiple capability information sets.
In addition, it should be further noted that the foregoing embodiment may be applied to a scenario where the master user equipment accesses the network equipment, after the master user equipment is powered on, in a process where the master user equipment accesses the network equipment, the master user equipment sends a first capability information set to the network equipment, and the network equipment performs, according to the first capability information set sent by the master user equipment, issuing of relevant configuration, and sends resource configuration information to the master user equipment. The primary user equipment sends a second capability information set used currently to the network equipment, and the network equipment stores the second capability information set.
For example, when the primary user equipment sends a first capability information set to the network equipment during accessing the network equipment, the first capability information set indicates that the primary user equipment has a capability of supporting a downlink transmission mode TM9 (maximum capable of supporting 8-stream transmission), the access capability level is set to 8 levels, and the primary user equipment also reserves relevant resources for the access process, at this time, all radio frequency channels and antenna resources of the primary user equipment and the secondary user equipment are used, which means that the primary user equipment cannot support concurrency and offloading in other systems under the condition of supporting TM 9. However, after the access process is completed, if the downlink transmission mode configured by the network device for the primary user device is TM7 (the user device only needs to support 1-2 streams), if the primary user device continues to maintain the access capability level of level 8 and reserves related resources, unnecessary waste of resources is caused, and the throughput of the primary user device is affected. Therefore, the master user equipment sends the capability information of the currently configured downlink transmission mode TM7 to the network equipment, and resources other than the resources required for supporting the TM7 can be used for performing concurrency and offloading in other systems, thereby improving the throughput of the master user equipment.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the set of standby capability information stored by the network device for the primary user device may also be used in a scenario of cell handover, and the specific process is described in the following embodiment.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a capability information reporting method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 6, an interaction subject in the embodiment of the present invention is a network device and a target network device, where the method includes:
601. when the network equipment needs to switch the main user equipment to the target network equipment, acquiring a standby capability information set of the main user equipment.
602. The network device sends a switching request message to the target network device, wherein the switching request message carries the standby capability information set.
In the prior art, when a source network device sends a handover request message to a target network device, the handover request message generally carries a capability information set currently used by a user equipment. In the embodiment of the present invention, the capability information used by the primary user equipment has the characteristics of dynamic and combinative features, and if the handover request message sent by the network equipment still carries the capability information set currently used by the primary user equipment, problems such as incorrect configuration and the like may be caused because the network equipment and the target network equipment are configured differently. For this purpose, the handover request message sent by the network device carries the spare capability information set, which is different from the capability information set currently being used by the primary user equipment.
For example, the primary user equipment reports the TM9 supporting capability for the first time, and reports the TM7 supporting capability in the case that the current cell only supports TM7, and the network device performs related configuration and processing according to the TM7 supporting capability of the primary user equipment. When a cell is handed over, although the network device only supports TM7, the target network device may support TM9, and if the handover request message sent by the network device to the target network device carries the TM7 support capability of the main user device, the target network device may consider that the main user device only can support TM7, and may easily make an erroneous decision and configuration, and cannot configure the downlink transmission mode of the main user device as TM 9. If the handover request message sent by the network device to the target network device carries the TM9 capability supported by the primary user device, the target network device can accurately acquire the capability of the primary user device, thereby making a correct decision and configuration.
It should be noted that the spare capability information set may include a capability information set under various conditions, and the target network device may acquire capabilities of the primary user device under different conditions.
603. And when the target network equipment receives the switching request message, configuring resources for the main user equipment according to the standby capability information set.
When the target network device receives the handover request message, the target network device performs related processing, such as an admission control process or a configuration process of related resources, on the primary user device according to the set of standby capability information of the primary user device.
After the primary user equipment accesses the target network equipment, the used capability information may not be the capability in the standby capability information set, at this time, the primary user equipment may obtain the currently used capability information set and send the currently used capability information set to the target network equipment, and the target network equipment stores the standby capability set and the currently used capability information set of the primary user equipment.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the master user equipment is in aid of the capability of the slave user equipment, the capability information of the master user equipment and the capability information of the slave user equipment are screened to obtain the first capability information set, and the first capability information set is sent to the network equipment, so that the network equipment can accurately acquire the capability of the current user equipment, and the accuracy of resource configuration is improved when the master user equipment is configured with resources according to the first capability set. The network device may store a plurality of capability information sets of the master user device, determine a spare capability information set, and send the spare capability information set to the target network device in a handover scenario, so that the target network device accurately learns the capability of the master user device.
The above embodiment may be applied to a cellular network or a star network, and the like, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a capability information reporting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 7, the apparatus includes:
a capability information obtaining module 701, configured to obtain capability information of a master user device and capability information of a slave user device;
a processing module 702, configured to filter capability information of the master user equipment and capability information of the slave user equipment to obtain a first capability information set;
a sending module 703 is configured to send the first capability information set to a network device.
The device provided by the embodiment of the invention screens the capability information of the master user equipment and the capability information of the slave user equipment by means of the capability of the slave user equipment to obtain the first capability information set, and sends the first capability information set to the network equipment, so that the network equipment can accurately acquire the capability of the current user equipment, and the accuracy of resource configuration is improved when the master user equipment is configured with resources according to the first capability set.
Optionally, the processing module 702 includes:
a first processing unit, configured to extract capability information required by the master user equipment from the capability information of the slave user equipment, and combine the extracted capability information with the capability information of the master user equipment to obtain the first capability information set; or,
a second processing unit, configured to extract, according to capability information that is specified and reported by the network device, capability information that is specified and reported by the network device and is required by the primary user device from the capability information of the secondary user device, and combine the extracted capability information with the capability information of the primary user device to obtain the first capability information set.
Optionally, the capability information obtaining module 701 is configured to, when receiving a capability information query message of the network device, obtain capability information of the master user device and capability information of the slave user device, where the capability information query message is used to indicate query capability information; or, when receiving a configuration change message of the network device, acquiring capability information of the master user device and capability information of the slave user device, where the configuration change message is used to indicate that a resource configuration of the network device changes; or, periodically acquiring the capability information of the master user equipment and the capability information of the slave user equipment; or, when detecting that a preset event occurs to the slave user equipment, acquiring the capability information of the master user equipment and the capability information of the slave user equipment.
Optionally, the capability information obtaining module 701 is configured to obtain capability information of the primary user equipment according to preset configuration information; sending a capability information combination request, wherein the capability information combination request carries an appointed characteristic identifier; and receiving a capability information response message returned by the slave user equipment based on the specified characteristic identification, wherein the capability information response message carries the capability information of the slave user equipment.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
the judging module is used for judging whether the first capability information set is the same as the capability information set sent to the network equipment at the last time;
the sending module 703 is further configured to send the first capability information set to the network device when the first capability information set is different from the capability information set sent to the network device last time;
alternatively, the processing module 702 is further configured to, when the first set of capability information is different from the set of capability information last sent to the network device, obtain a difference set of capability information between the first set of capability information and the set of capability information last sent to the network device, and then the sending module is further configured to send the difference set of capability information to the network device.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
a receiving module, configured to receive resource configuration information issued by the network device;
the capacity information determining module is used for determining a second capacity information set used currently according to the resource configuration information and the first capacity information set;

a receiving module 801, configured to receive a first capability information set sent by a master user equipment, where the first capability information set is obtained by screening, by the master user equipment, capability information of the master user equipment and capability information of slave user equipment;
a configuration module 802, configured to configure resources for the primary user equipment according to the first capability information set;
a sending module 803, configured to send resource configuration information to the primary user equipment according to the configured resource.
According to the device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the master user equipment screens the capability information of the master user equipment and the capability information of the slave user equipment to obtain the first capability information set when the master user equipment is in aid of the capability of the slave user equipment, so that the network equipment can accurately acquire the capability of the current user equipment, and the accuracy of resource configuration is improved when the master user equipment is configured with resources according to the first capability set.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
the receiving module 801 is further configured to receive a second capability information set currently used by the primary user equipment, where the second capability information set is determined by the primary user equipment according to the resource configuration information and the first capability information set;
a storage module, configured to store the second capability information set;
and the standby module is used for taking the first capability information set as a standby capability information set.
Optionally, the sending module 803 is further configured to send a handover request message to a target network device, where the handover request message carries the set of standby capability information, and the target network device is configured to configure resources for the primary user device according to the set of standby capability information.

It should be noted that: the capability information reporting apparatus provided in the foregoing embodiment only exemplifies the division of the functional modules when reporting the capability information, and in practical applications, the function allocation may be completed by different functional modules as needed, that is, the internal structures of the user equipment and the network device are divided into different functional modules, so as to complete all or part of the functions described above. In addition, the capability information reporting apparatus and the capability information reporting method provided in the above embodiments belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes thereof are detailed in the method embodiments and will not be described herein again.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a user equipment according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 9, the user equipment includes: a receiver 901, a transmitter 902, a memory 903 and a processor 904, wherein the receiver 901, the transmitter 902 and the memory 903 are respectively connected to the processor 904, the memory 903 stores a program code, and the processor 904 is configured to call the program code and perform the following operations:
acquiring the capability information of master user equipment and the capability information of slave user equipment;
screening the capability information of the master user equipment and the capability information of the slave user equipment to obtain a first capability information set;
the first set of capability information is sent to a network device.
Optionally, the processor 904 is further configured to invoke the program code to perform the following operations:
extracting capability information required by the master user equipment from the capability information of the slave user equipment, and combining the extracted capability information with the capability information of the master user equipment to obtain a first capability information set; or,
and extracting the capability information required by the primary user equipment and reported by the network equipment according to the capability information reported by the network equipment, and combining the extracted capability information with the capability information of the primary user equipment to obtain the first capability information set.

Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a user equipment according to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 10, including: a receiver 1001, a transmitter 1002, a memory 1003 and a processor 1004, wherein the receiver 1001, the transmitter 1002 and the memory 1003 are respectively connected to the processor 1004, the memory 1003 stores a program code, and the processor 1004 is configured to call the program code to perform the following operations:
receiving a first capability information set sent by a master user device, wherein the first capability information set is obtained by screening capability information of the master user device and capability information of slave user devices by the master user device;
configuring resources for the primary user equipment according to the first capability information set;
and sending resource configuration information to the main user equipment according to the configured resources.
Optionally, the processor 904 is further configured to invoke the program code to perform the following operations:
receiving a second capability information set currently used by the primary user equipment, wherein the second capability information set is determined by the primary user equipment according to the resource configuration information and the first capability information set;
storing the second set of capability information;
the first capability information set is taken as a spare capability information set.
Optionally, the processor 904 is further configured to invoke the program code to perform the following operations:
and sending a switching request message to a target network device, wherein the switching request message carries the standby capability information set, and the target network device is used for configuring resources for the main user device according to the standby capability information set.

Claims (18)

1. A method for reporting capability information is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring the capability information of master user equipment and the capability information of slave user equipment;
extracting capability information required by the master user equipment from the capability information of the slave user equipment, and combining the extracted capability information with the capability information of the master user equipment to obtain a first capability information set, wherein the capability information required by the master user equipment is the capability information which is not possessed by the master user equipment; or,
extracting capability information required by the master user equipment and reported by the network equipment according to the capability information reported by the network equipment, and combining the extracted capability information with the capability information of the master user equipment to obtain the first capability information set;
and sending the first capability information set to a network device.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining capability information of the primary user equipment and capability information of the secondary user equipment comprises:
when receiving a capability information query message of the network device, acquiring capability information of the master user device and capability information of the slave user device, wherein the capability information query message is used for indicating query capability information; or,
when receiving a configuration change message of the network device, acquiring capability information of the master user device and capability information of the slave user device, wherein the configuration change message is used for indicating that resource configuration of the network device changes; or,
periodically acquiring the capability information of the master user equipment and the capability information of the slave user equipment; or,
and when the fact that the preset event occurs to the slave user equipment is detected, acquiring the capability information of the master user equipment and the capability information of the slave user equipment.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining capability information of the primary user equipment and capability information of the secondary user equipment comprises:
acquiring the capability information of the master user equipment according to preset configuration information;
sending a capability information combination request, wherein the capability information combination request carries an appointed characteristic identifier;
and receiving a capability information response message returned by the slave user equipment based on the specified characteristic identification, wherein the capability information response message carries the capability information of the slave user equipment.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after obtaining the first set of capability information, the method further comprises:
judging whether the first capability information set is the same as the capability information set sent to the network equipment last time;
when the first capability information set is different from the capability information set sent to the network equipment last time, sending the first capability information set to the network equipment; or,
when the first capability information set is different from the capability information set sent to the network equipment last time, acquiring a difference capability information set between the first capability information set and the capability information set sent to the network equipment last time, and sending the difference capability information set to the network equipment.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after sending the set of capability information to a network device, the method further comprises:
receiving resource configuration information issued by the network equipment;
determining a second capability information set used currently according to the resource configuration information and the first capability information set;
and sending the second capability information set to the network equipment, wherein the network equipment is used for storing the second capability information set.
6. A method for reporting capability information is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a first capability information set sent by a master user device, wherein the first capability information set is obtained by combining extracted capability information and capability information of the master user device by the master user device, the extracted capability information is obtained by extracting capability information required by the master user device based on the capability information of the slave user device, or the extracted capability information is obtained by extracting capability information required by the master user device and reported by the network device from the capability information of the slave user device according to the capability information reported by the master user device according to the network device specification, wherein the capability information required by the master user device is the capability information which is not possessed by the master user device;
configuring resources for the main user equipment according to the first capability information set;
and sending resource configuration information to the master user equipment according to the configured resources.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein after the sending resource configuration information to the primary user equipment according to the configured resource, the method further comprises:
receiving a second capability information set currently used by the master user equipment, wherein the second capability information set is determined by the master user equipment according to the resource configuration information and the first capability information set;
storing the second set of capability information;
and taking the first capability information set as a standby capability information set.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
and sending a switching request message to a target network device, wherein the switching request message carries the standby capability information set, and the target network device is used for configuring resources for the main user device according to the standby capability information set.
9. A capability reporting apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the capability information acquisition module is used for acquiring capability information of the master user equipment and capability information of the slave user equipment;
a processing module, comprising:
the first processing unit is used for extracting capability information required by the master user equipment from the capability information of the slave user equipment, and combining the extracted capability information with the capability information of the master user equipment to obtain a first capability information set, wherein the capability information required by the master user equipment is the capability information which is not possessed by the master user equipment; or,
a second processing unit, configured to extract, according to capability information reported by a network device rule, capability information required by the master user device and reported by the network device rule from capability information of the slave user device, and combine the extracted capability information with the capability information of the master user device to obtain the first capability information set;
a sending module, configured to send the first capability information set to a network device.
10. The apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the capability information obtaining module is configured to obtain the capability information of the primary user equipment and the capability information of the secondary user equipment when receiving a capability information query message of the network equipment, where the capability information query message is used to indicate query capability information; or, when receiving a configuration change message of the network device, acquiring capability information of the master user device and capability information of the slave user device, where the configuration change message is used to indicate that a resource configuration of the network device changes; or periodically acquiring the capability information of the master user equipment and the capability information of the slave user equipment; or when detecting that the preset event occurs in the slave user equipment, acquiring the capability information of the master user equipment and the capability information of the slave user equipment.

The apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the capability information obtaining module is configured to obtain capability information of the primary user equipment according to preset configuration information; sending a capability information combination request, wherein the capability information combination request carries an appointed characteristic identifier; and receiving a capability information response message returned by the slave user equipment based on the specified characteristic identification, wherein the capability information response message carries the capability information of the slave user equipment.
12. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
a judging module, configured to judge whether the first capability information set is the same as a capability information set that was last sent to the network device;
the sending module is further configured to send the first capability information set to the network device when the first capability information set is different from the capability information set sent to the network device last time;
or, when the first set of capability information is different from the set of capability information last sent to the network device, the processing module is further configured to obtain a difference set of capability information between the first set of capability information and the set of capability information last sent to the network device, and the sending module is further configured to send the difference set of capability information to the network device.
13. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
a receiving module, configured to receive resource configuration information issued by the network device;
the capacity information determining module is used for determining a second capacity information set used currently according to the resource configuration information and the first capacity information set;
the sending module is further configured to send the second capability information set to the network device, where the network device is configured to store the second capability information set.
14. An apparatus for reporting capability information, the apparatus comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a first capability information set sent by a master user device, wherein the first capability information set is obtained by combining extracted capability information and capability information of the master user device by the master user device, the extracted capability information is obtained by extracting capability information required by the master user device based on the capability information of the slave user device, or the extracted capability information is obtained by extracting capability information required by the master user device and reported by the network device from the capability information of the slave user device according to the capability information reported by the master user device according to the network device specification, wherein the capability information required by the master user device is the capability information which the master user device does not have;
the configuration module is used for configuring resources for the main user equipment according to the first capability information set;
and the sending module is used for sending resource configuration information to the main user equipment according to the configured resources.
15. The apparatus of claim 14, further comprising:
the receiving module is further configured to receive a second capability information set currently used by the primary user equipment, where the second capability information set is determined by the primary user equipment according to the resource configuration information and the first capability information set;
a storage module, configured to store the second set of capability information;
and the standby module is used for taking the first capability information set as a standby capability information set.
16. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein the sending module is further configured to send a handover request message to a target network device, the handover request message carrying the set of standby capability information, and the target network device is configured to configure resources for the primary user device according to the set of standby capability information.
17. A primary user device, the primary user device comprising: the receiver, the transmitter, the memory and the processor are respectively connected with the processor, the memory stores program codes, and the processor is used for calling the program codes and executing the following operations:
acquiring the capability information of the master user equipment and the capability information of the slave user equipment of the master user equipment;
extracting capability information required by the master user equipment from the capability information of the slave user equipment, and combining the extracted capability information with the capability information of the master user equipment to obtain a first capability information set, wherein the capability information required by the master user equipment is the capability information which is not possessed by the master user equipment; or,
extracting capability information required by the master user equipment and reported by the network equipment according to the capability information reported by the network equipment, and combining the extracted capability information with the capability information of the master user equipment to obtain the first capability information set;
and sending the first capability information set to a network device.
18. A network device, characterized in that the network device comprises: the receiver, the transmitter, the memory and the processor are respectively connected with the processor, the memory stores program codes, and the processor is used for calling the program codes and executing the following operations:
receiving a first capability information set sent by a master user device, wherein the first capability information set is obtained by combining extracted capability information and capability information of the master user device by the master user device, the extracted capability information is obtained by extracting capability information required by the master user device based on the capability information of the slave user device, or the extracted capability information is obtained by extracting capability information required by the master user device and reported by the network device from the capability information of the slave user device according to the capability information reported by the master user device according to the network device specification, wherein the capability information required by the master user device is the capability information which is not possessed by the master user device;
configuring resources for the main user equipment according to the first capability information set;
and sending resource configuration information to the master user equipment according to the configured resources.
