背景技术
通常,药品包装构件由透明的且可容易打开的材料制成,使得药品包装构件中的药品可被看到并且可容易地接近。这种材料的实例包括羊皮纸、玻璃纸以及聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯PET。玻璃纸具有高透明性、高可切割性以及低价格的优势,但是具有低可包装性的缺点。例如,玻璃纸易受湿气的影响并且可能容易起褶皱。同时,与玻璃纸相反,羊皮纸具有低透明性和高价格的缺点。
同时,PET(即,聚酯)具有与玻璃纸相似的透明性,但是比玻璃纸相对更便宜。因此,PET被广泛用作药品包装材料。然而,与玻璃纸和羊皮纸相比,PET具有相对低的可切割性。因此,需要PET药品包装构件具有切割线以提高可切割性。PET药品包装构件的切割线通常由配备有相应刀片的一对辊形成。

包装单元10包括与布置在其间的药品包装构件P一起旋转的一对包装辊14。在旋转的同时,包装辊抵靠配对辊挤压药品包装构件,由此通过热结合(thermal bonding)形成隔离区域11。包装辊14中的每个辊包括第一挤压部分15、第二挤压部分16以及包装部分17。包装辊具有彼此相同的构造。
具体地,每个包装辊14在包装辊的纵向方向上的相对端部设置有在辊轴的径向方向上突出的相应第一挤压部分15。两个包装辊的第一挤压部分彼此挤压,其中在其间布置有药品包装构件P,由此形成药品包装构件P第一结合区域12。此外,一对包装辊14中的每个包装辊设置有在辊轴的纵向方向上延伸的第二挤压部分16。两个包装辊的在纵向方向上延伸的第二挤压部分彼此挤压,其中在其间布置有药品包装构件P,由此形成第二结合区域13。除了第一挤压部分15和第二挤压部分16以外,包装辊14中的每一个还包括包装部分17,以便在药品包装构件P中形成药品容纳部分S。两个包装辊的包装部分彼此间隔。包装辊14中的每一个进一步包括安装在包装辊内部的加热单元。因此,当一对包装辊旋转时,两个包装辊的第一挤压部分15在其间带有药品包装构件的情况下彼此挤压,由此形成第一结合区域12。此外,当一对包装辊14旋转时,两个包装辊14的第二挤压部分在其间带有药品包装构件的情况下彼此挤压,由此形成第二结合区域13。
切割单元20在药品包装构件P的隔离区域11中形成非连续切割线21。具体地,切割单元20在药品包装构件P的隔离区域11的第二结合区域13内形成非连续切割线21。非连续切割线21具有峰状切口和谷状切***替布置的总体锯齿图案。非连续切割线21进一步包括形成在峰状切口与谷状切口之间的多个未切割部分。非连续切割线21的每个未切割部分设置在连接峰状切口与谷状切口的直线的中间部分处。
如图3所示,切割单元20包括切割突起22和非切割凹部23。
如图4所示,切割突起22设置于一对包装辊14的至少一个辊。在本实施方式中,存在一对切割突起。切割突起22安装在形成于包装辊14中的相应安装凹部18中。具体地,切割突起22设置于包装辊14的第二挤压部分16,使得包装辊14的切割突起沿着包装辊的纵向方向彼此接合。如图3所示,切割突起22具有包括布置为锯齿图案的峰状刀片部分和谷状刀片部分的齿状刀片24,由此在药品包装构件P中形成由峰状切口和谷状切口组成的锯齿切割线21。
非切割凹部23形成为在切割突起22内在包装辊14的径向方向上凹进。非切割凹部23在切割突起22的横向方向上布置在齿状刀片24的中间部分处。由于非切割凹部23,如图2所示,在药品包装构件P中形成由交替布置且通过未切割部分彼此断开连接的峰状切口和谷状切口组成的非连续锯齿切割线21。
接下来,将参考图1至图4描述通过具有上述结构的药品包装装置1执行的药品包装方法。
如图1所示,当药品包装构件P穿过包装单元10的包装辊14之间时,药品包装构件P被挤压在包装辊14的第一挤压部分15之间以及包装辊的第二挤压部分16之间,使得药品包装构件P设置有如图2所示的由第一结合部分12和第二结合部分13组成的隔离区域11。在该点处,如图4所示,切割突起22的安装在一对包装辊14中的任一个包装辊的安装凹部18中的齿状刀片24在药品包装构件P的第二结合区域13中形成非连续切割线21。在该点处,如图3所示,由于切割突起22中的非切割凹部23,未切割部分设置在在药品包装构件P中布置为锯齿图案的峰状切口与谷状切口之间的中间部分处,以便形成如图2所示的非连续锯齿切割线21。
尽管已描述了本发明的优选实施方式以用于说明性目的,但本领域技术人员将理解,在不背离如所附权利要求中公开的本发明的范围和精神的情况下,各种修改、添加和替换是可能的。
工业实用性
本发明可应用于用于在医院、药店或家庭中使用的药品包装装置。
Claims (10)
1.一种药品包装装置,包括:
包装单元,包括在其间布置有药品包装构件的情况下彼此挤压的一对包装辊,所述包装单元通过在所述药品包装构件中形成规则间隔的隔离区域而形成容纳药品的至少一个药品容纳部分;以及
切割单元,形成非连续锯齿切割线,峰状切口和谷状切***替出现在所述非连续锯齿切割线中并且通过多个未切割部分彼此分离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药品包装装置,其中,所述未切割部分形成在连接所述峰状切口与所述谷状切口的直线的中间部分处。
3.根据权利要求2所述的药品包装装置,其中,所述切割单元包括:
切割突起,设置于所述一对包装辊中的至少一个包装辊并且被构造为在所述非连续锯齿切割线中形成所述峰状切口和所述谷状切口;以及
非切割凹部,形成在所述切割突起中并且被构造为在所述非连续锯齿切割线中形成所述未切割部分。
4.根据权利要求3所述的药品包装装置,其中,所述切割突起包括具有锯齿图案的齿状刀片,并且所述非切割凹部在所述切割突起的横向方向上设置在所述齿状刀片的中间部分处。
5.根据权利要求3所述的药品包装装置,其中,所述药品包装构件设置为使得一个药品包装薄片折叠为部分重叠或者多个药品包装薄片布置为分层,
所述一对包装辊在所述包装辊之间布置有所述药品包装构件的情况下旋转并彼此挤压,由此形成作为热结合区域的所述隔离区域,
所述隔离区域包括在所述药品包装构件的纵向方向上延伸的第一结合区域以及在所述药品包装构件的横向方向上延伸的第二结合区域,并且
所述包装辊包括:
相应的第一挤压部分,在所述包装辊的径向方向上彼此挤压以形成所述第一结合区域;
相应的第二挤压部分,在所述包装辊的纵向方向上延伸且彼此挤压以形成所述第二结合区域;以及
相应的包装部分,彼此间隔以在其间形成所述药品容纳部分。
6.根据权利要求5所述的药品包装装置,其中,所述切割突起设置于所述一对包装辊的所述第二挤压部分中的至少一个第二挤压部分,所述切割突起被构造为在所述包装辊的纵向方向上延伸,且设置有具有锯齿形式的齿状刀片;并且
所述非切割凹部形成为在所述一对包装辊的径向方向上在一对所述切割突起中凹进,且在一对所述切割突起的横向方向上设置在所述齿状刀片的中间部分处。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的药品包装装置,其中,所述药品包装构件由聚酯(PET)制成。
8.一种药品包装装置,包括:
一对包装辊,用于制造药品包装构件,所述药品包装构件具有在所述药品包装构件的纵向方向上延伸的第一结合区域以及在所述药品包装构件的横向方向上延伸的第二结合区域;以及
切割单元,分别***所述一对包装辊中,由此在所述第二结合区域中形成非连续锯齿切割线,所述非连续锯齿切割线包括交替布置且通过多个未切割部分彼此分离的峰状切口和谷状切口,
其中,所述一对包装辊旋转且彼此挤压,由此形成所述第一结合区域和所述第二结合区域,
其中,所述一对包装辊中的每个包装辊包括:
第一挤压部分,在所述药品包装构件的纵向方向上设置在上端和下端以形成所述第一结合区域、布置为面向彼此、且具有盘形形状,以使得所述第一挤压部分彼此挤压;
第二挤压部分,用于形成所述第二结合区域,所述第二挤压部分具有矩形板形状并且将所述第一挤压部分连接至彼此,其中,当所述包装辊旋转180°的角度时,所述包装辊的所述第二挤压部分彼此挤压。
9.根据权利要求8所述的药品包装装置,其中,所述切割单元进一步包括从所述第二挤压部分突出的刀片,并且
其中,所述刀片包括:
齿状的切割突起,具有峰部和谷部交替布置的锯齿形式;以及
非切割凹部,在所述切割突起中凹进以使所述非连续锯齿切割线具有未切割部分。
10.根据权利要求9所述的药品包装装置,其中,所述非切割凹部形成在连接所述峰部与所述谷部的直线的中间部分处。
