The invention is shown in figures 1-8, and comprises a pair of anchor ear assemblies and a supporting assembly 1, wherein the anchor ear assemblies are respectively connected to a pair of electric poles 2, and the supporting assembly 1 is connected between the anchor ear assemblies;

Two ends of each brace rod are respectively provided with a connecting plate 7, threaded holes are formed in the connecting plates, and a pair of brace rods are connected through bolts; through bolted connection, convenient operation.
The rollers 34 are connected to the telescopic mechanism through brackets 36, and a pair of rollers 34 incline inwards respectively; when the hoop component climbs the pole, the pair of rollers incline and move in opposite directions, and the pole climbs reliably.
The telescopic mechanism 33 is hinged to the upright rod, so that the telescopic mechanism can rotate and can be adapted reliably when the spring expands and contracts.
The telescopic mechanism 33 is a hydraulic cylinder, an air cylinder or a telescopic rod, and is convenient to select according to processing requirements.
The second supporting rod 13 is a telescopic rod, is convenient to stretch and retract, is convenient to assemble and disassemble, and is used for being connected between the supporting rods which are oppositely arranged in the pair of hoop assemblies.
