Abstract

The invention provides a propeller for use with an injection tube having a sealed cavity containing a medical fluid, the propeller comprising: the placeholder is provided with a front-end outer protruding part which can be matched with the front-end inner wall of the injection tube, and the placeholder is arranged in the sealing cavity in a sealing way; a propulsion assembly coupled to the placeholder; the placeholder can move from the rear end of the sealing cavity to the front end of the sealing cavity under the action of the pushing assembly until the front end outer protruding part abuts against the front end inner wall of the injection tube. The propeller disclosed by the invention can be matched with a syringe for use, can effectively seal the syringe, can effectively ensure that the liquid medicine in the syringe is completely extruded and ejected through the placeholder of the propeller, and avoids the situation of liquid medicine waste, and has the advantages of simple structure and convenience in operation.

The present invention relates to a propeller, and more particularly, to a propeller used in the field of medical devices.
Background
The disposable filling and sealing injector used at present integrates the functions of storage and injection, and mainly consists of a needle head, a protective sleeve and a propelling barrel for containing liquid medicine, which are connected in sequence, wherein the propelling barrel is corrugated and can be axially compressed, and when injection is carried out, the propelling barrel is pressed against the direction of the needle head, so that the aim of extruding the liquid medicine in the propelling barrel out of the needle head is fulfilled.
Along with the popularization and the use of the disposable filling and sealing injector, the disposable filling and sealing injector is found to have the following defects:
1) Because a section of sheath tube exists between the inner cavity of the pushing cylinder and the needle head, after the pushing cylinder is completely compressed, the liquid medicine in the pushing cylinder can not be completely extruded and ejected from the needle head, and the problem of liquid medicine waste exists;
2) When injection is carried out, the pushing cylinder is made of plastic materials and has certain softness, so that the pushing cylinder has the problem of shaking left and right in the process of pushing the pushing cylinder towards the needle head, and the position of the needle head is unstable when injection is carried out, so that pain is brought to a patient.
Accordingly, there is a need to provide a new propeller to overcome the above-mentioned problems.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the seal scraping member is composed of a plurality of seal rings sleeved outside the rear end seal portion.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the seal scraping member is composed of a seal ring fitted around the rear end seal portion and a plurality of ring ribs protruding from the seal ring.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 13, the present invention provides a propeller 3 for use with a syringe 2, the syringe 2 having a sealed cavity 22 containing a medical fluid, the propeller 3 comprising a spacer 31 and a propulsion assembly 32, wherein: the placeholder 31 is provided with a front-end outer protruding part 311 which can be matched with the front-end inner wall 24 of the injection tube 2, and the placeholder 31 is arranged in the sealing cavity 22 in a sealing way; a propulsion assembly 32 is connected to the placeholder 31; the placeholder 31 can move from the rear end of the sealing cavity 22 to the front end of the sealing cavity 22 under the action of the pushing assembly 32 until the front end outer flange 311 abuts against the front end inner wall 24 of the injection tube 2.
The propeller 3 can be matched with the injection tube 2 for use, can effectively seal the injection tube 2, can effectively ensure that the liquid medicine in the injection tube 2 is completely extruded and ejected through the placeholder 31 of the propeller 3, avoids the situation of liquid medicine waste, and has simple structure and convenient operation.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the pusher 3 is disposed at a rear end 23 of the syringe 2, and a needle 1 is connected to a front end 21 of the syringe 2. The propeller 3 has a spacer 31 and a propulsion assembly 32 connected to the spacer 31, the propulsion assembly 32 being connectable to the spacer 31, for example by means of a welded connection; wherein the placeholder 31 is positioned in the sealing cavity 22, and the sealing cavity 22 is formed by surrounding a sealing membrane 252 arranged at the front end 21 of the injection tube 2, the placeholder 31 and the tube wall of the injection tube 2. In the present invention, the syringe 2 may be a disposable syringe.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the spacer 31 has a front outer protruding portion 311, and the front outer protruding portion 311 can be matched with the front inner wall 24 of the syringe 2 to ensure that the spacer 31 can completely push out the liquid medicine in the syringe 2; in the present embodiment, the front outer protruding portion 311 of the placeholder 31 may have a truncated cone shape, a hemispherical shape or a conical shape, and of course, in other embodiments, the shape of the front outer protruding portion 311 of the placeholder 31 may be changed according to the shape of the front inner wall 24 of the syringe 2, so long as the front outer protruding portion 311 of the placeholder 31 is completely attached to the front inner wall 24 of the syringe 2. Further, the spacer 31 further has a rear end sealing portion 312, the rear end sealing portion 312 is connected to the front end outer flange 311, and in this embodiment, the rear end sealing portion 312 is integrally formed with the front end outer flange 311, and the propulsion assembly 32 is connected to the rear end sealing portion 312. The placeholder 31 integrally formed by the front-end outer flange 311 and the rear-end sealing portion 312 may be of a solid structure; or may be hollow, which saves material.
In the invention, the outer wall of the rear end sealing part 312 is provided with a sealing scraping piece 313, the outer diameter of the sealing scraping piece 313 is larger than the outer diameter of the rear end sealing part 312, the sealing scraping piece 313 is used for sealing the sealing cavity 22 of the injection tube 2, and meanwhile, the sealing scraping piece 313 can play a role in scraping the inner wall of the injection tube 2 under the state that the rear end of the placeholder 31 moves from the sealing cavity 22 to the front end of the sealing cavity 22, so that the liquid medicine in the injection tube 2 is completely extruded, and the waste is avoided.
In a possible embodiment, the seal scraping member 313 may be composed of a plurality of seal rings (not shown) sleeved outside the rear end sealing portion 312; alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, in another possible embodiment, the seal scraping member 313 may be composed of a seal ring 3131 sleeved outside the rear end sealing portion 312 and a plurality of ring ribs 3132 protruding on the seal ring 3131, for example, a ring groove 3121 may be provided on an outer wall of the rear end sealing portion 312, and the seal ring 3131 is embedded in the ring groove 3121. The sealing rings or annular ribs 3132 not only can play a role in sealing the sealing cavity 22 of the syringe 2, but also can play a role in scraping the inner wall of the syringe 2 in the process that the placeholder 31 moves from the rear end 23 of the syringe 2 to the front end 21 of the syringe 2 in the sealing cavity 22 of the syringe 2, so that the liquid medicine in the syringe 2 is fully extruded, and waste is avoided.
The propulsion component 32 of the propeller 3 comprises a propulsion tube 321 and a push rod 322 positioned in the propulsion tube 321, wherein the push rod 322 can be clamped with the propulsion tube 321, and the front end of the propulsion tube 321 is connected with the placeholder 31. In the present invention, the front end of the push tube 321 may be connected to the placeholder 31 by, for example, a welded connection; further, a locking concave portion 3211 is provided on a side wall of the pushing tube 321, a locking convex portion 3221 is provided at a front end of the push rod 322, and the push rod 322 is locked to the pushing tube 321 in a state where the locking convex portion 3221 is engaged with the locking concave portion 3211.
Specifically, in one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the pushing tube 321 is generally rectangular and has a rectangular inner channel 3212, the inner channel 3212 is used for placing the generally rectangular push rod 322 shown in fig. 9 and 10, two opposite side walls of the pushing tube 321 are respectively provided with a clamping concave portion 3211, the clamping concave portion 3211 may be a through hole arranged on two opposite side walls of the pushing tube 321, further, a clamping block 3213 may be arranged in the clamping concave portion 3211, and the clamping block 3213 is convexly arranged towards the inner channel 3212 so as to be in snap fit with a clamping convex portion 3221 at the front end of the push rod 322 shown in fig. 9 and 10, and the clamping convex portion 3221 is a rectangular flange convexly arranged at the front end of the push rod 322; further, the rear end of the push rod 322 in this embodiment may be integrally formed with a grip rod 3222, which is convenient for a person to hold. Claims (7)

1. A propeller for use with a syringe having a sealed cavity containing a medical fluid, the propeller comprising:
the placeholder is provided with a front-end outer protruding part which can be matched with the front-end inner wall of the injection tube, and the placeholder is arranged in the sealing cavity in a sealing way;
a propulsion assembly coupled to the placeholder;
the placeholder can move from the rear end of the sealing cavity to the front end of the sealing cavity under the action of the pushing assembly until the front end outer convex part abuts against the front end inner wall of the injection tube;
the space occupying device is provided with a rear end sealing part, a sealing scraping piece is arranged on the outer wall of the rear end sealing part, the sealing scraping piece consists of a sealing ring sleeved on the outer side of the rear end sealing part and a plurality of ring ribs convexly arranged on the sealing ring, and the outer diameter of the sealing scraping piece is larger than that of the rear end sealing part;
the propulsion assembly comprises a propulsion pipe and a push rod positioned in the propulsion pipe, wherein the front end of the push rod is provided with a clamping convex part, the front end of the propulsion pipe is provided with a limit groove, the push rod is clamped in the propulsion pipe in a state that the clamping convex part is matched with the limit groove, and the push rod stretches into the propulsion pipe.
