Abstract
本发明公开了一种板材涂胶机构,它包括机架(1),机架(1)内设置有多个上料板(2),每个上料板(2)上均安装有输送辊(3);每个上料板(2)一端均连接有引导架(4),引导架(4)一端连接有两个辊架(5),两个辊架(5)之间连接有弹簧(6);辊架(5)上设置有多个上胶辊(7),每个上胶辊(7)一端连接有上胶管(8),另一端连接有回收槽(9);上胶管(8)一端连接有胶水箱(10),胶水箱(10)与回收槽(9)连接。本发明不仅能提高涂胶均匀性、提高效率和利用率,还具有适用范围广的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种木材行业的一种板材涂胶机构。
背景技术
目前,市场上的木门由多层木板上胶压合而成,而木板的涂胶一般采用人工用刷子涂抹,涂抹时受到技术水平的限制,涂抹在板材上的胶水不均匀,致使板材在粘接时粘接强度低;而一个成品的板材需要多块不同的板材拼接粘合而成,拼接用的板材除了上下两块的外侧面不需要涂胶水,其他面均需要上胶,一块板材刷完一面胶后再翻过来刷另一面,效率较低。因此,现有的木板在涂胶时存在涂胶不均匀和效率较低的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种板材涂胶机构。本发明不仅能提高涂胶均匀性,还具有效率高的优点。
本发明的技术方案:一种板材涂胶机构,包括机架,机架内设置有多个上料板,每个上料板上均安装有输送辊;每个上料板一端均连接有引导架,引导架一端连接有两个辊架,两个辊架之间连接有弹簧;辊架上设置有多个上胶辊,每个上胶辊一端连接有上胶管,另一端连接有回收槽;上胶管一端连接有胶水箱,胶水箱与回收槽连接,胶水箱内壁涂有防滑材料,防滑材料能够使胶水不会黏在胶水箱内。
前述的一种板材涂胶机构中,所述引导架包括两根斜杆,每根斜杆上均连接有横杆,两根斜杆之间和斜杆与横杆之间均连接有栓,两根斜杆之间和两根横杆之间均连接有弹簧。
前述的一种板材涂胶机构中,所述多个上胶辊均包括中空轴,多根中空轴排成一列,最外侧的中空轴上连接有皮带a,皮带a上连接有电机,所有中空轴上均连接有皮带b;每个中空轴上均设有通孔,中空轴外连接有海绵层。
前述的一种板材涂胶机构中,所述上胶管上设有多个分流口。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过在引导架一端设置有多个上胶辊,每个上胶辊均可以对板材的同一面进行涂胶,多个上胶辊即可对板材多次进行涂胶,涂胶的均匀性较好;通过设有多个上料板,每个上料板均可上料一块板材进行涂胶,且可以同时进行工作,提高了效率;在上胶辊两端分别连接有上胶管和回收槽,且上胶管和回收槽均与胶水箱连接,胶水箱的胶水通过上胶管输送到上胶辊对板材进行涂胶,通过回收槽把未涂在板材上的胶水进行回收到胶水箱上再回收使用,提高了胶水的利用率。此外,本发明还通过设置引导架将上料板中的板材引导到上胶辊上,而引导架包括两根斜杆和两根横杆,两根斜杆之间和斜杆与横杆之间均连接有栓,两根斜杆之间和两根横杆之间均连接有弹簧,栓和弹簧可以使引导架变宽和变窄,使用于对不同厚度的板材的涂胶,提高了适用范围;通过在上胶辊上的中空轴设置多个通孔,通孔可以使上胶管流入中空轴的胶水通过通孔和中空轴的转动均匀的涂抹到板材中,进一步提高了涂胶的均匀性。因此,本发明不仅能提高涂胶均匀性、提高效率和利用率,还具有适用范围广的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例。一种板材涂胶机构,构成如图1至5所示,包括机架1,机架1内设置有多个上料板2,每个上料板2上均安装有输送辊3;每个上料板2一端均连接有引导架4,引导架4一端连接有两个辊架5,两个辊架5之间连接有弹簧6;辊架5上设置有多个上胶辊7,每个上胶辊7一端连接有上胶管8,另一端连接有回收槽9;上胶管8一端连接有胶水箱10,胶水箱10与回收槽9连接,胶水箱10内壁涂有防滑材料,防滑材料能够使胶水不会黏在胶水箱内。
所述引导架4包括两根斜杆11,每根斜杆11上均连接有横杆12,两根斜杆11之间和斜杆11与横杆12之间均连接有栓13,两根斜杆11之间和两根横杆12之间均连接有弹簧6;所述多个上胶辊7均包括中空轴14,多根中空轴14排成一列,最外侧的中空轴14上连接有皮带a15,皮带a15上连接有电机16,所有中空轴14上均连接有皮带b17;每个中空轴14上均设有通孔18,中空轴14外连接有海绵层19;所述上胶管8上设有多个分流口20。
工作原理:板材输送到机架1内的上料板2上,通过输送辊3的转动带动板材向右输送到引导架4上,通过引导架4上两根斜杆11之间和斜杆11与横杆12之间连接的栓13,使斜杆11和横杆12可以活动,而两根斜杆11之间和两根横杆12之间均连接有弹簧6,弹簧6又使斜杆11之间和两根横杆12受到限制,因此引导架4可以变宽变窄,可以使不同厚度的板材通过引导架4;板材通过引导架4被输送到辊架5中的上胶辊7上,电机16的顺时针转动带动皮带a15顺时针转动,再带动最外侧的中空轴14顺时针转动,中空轴14通过皮带b17与其他所有的中空轴14连接,因而最外侧的中空轴14的顺时针转动带动了所有的中空轴14顺时针转动,从而带动上胶辊7顺时针转动,而胶水箱10中的胶水通过上胶管8中的分流口20输入到上胶辊7中的中空轴14上,中空轴14内设有的通孔18使胶水在上胶辊7的顺时针转动中均匀的进入和通孔18相连的海绵层19上,海绵层19吸收胶水并涂抹到板材上,而未被海绵层19吸收的胶水通过中空轴14的另一端流入到回收槽9内,回收槽9与胶水箱10相连,回收槽9内的胶水被回收到胶水箱10中,再被输送到上胶管8中被重复利用,当板材通过多根上胶辊7被海绵层19多次的涂抹胶水后,板材被均匀的涂抹后,工作完成。
Claims (4)
1.一种板材涂胶机构,其特征在于:包括机架(1),机架(1)内设置有多个上料板(2),每个上料板(2)上均安装有输送辊(3);每个上料板(2)一端均连接有引导架(4),引导架(4)一端连接有两个辊架(5),两个辊架(5)之间连接有弹簧(6);辊架(5)上设置有多个上胶辊(7),每个上胶辊(7)一端连接有上胶管(8),另一端连接有回收槽(9);上胶管(8)一端连接有胶水箱(10),胶水箱(10)与回收槽(9)连接,胶水箱(10)内壁涂有防滑材料,防滑材料能够使胶水不会黏在胶水箱内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种板材涂胶机构,其特征在于:所述引导架(4)包括两根斜杆(11),每根斜杆(11)上均连接有横杆(12),两根斜杆(11)之间和斜杆(11)与横杆(12)之间均连接有栓(13),两根斜杆(11)之间和两根横杆(12)之间均连接有弹簧(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种板材涂胶机构,其特征在于:所述多个上胶辊(7)均包括中空轴(14),多根中空轴(14)排成一列,最外侧的中空轴(14)上连接有皮带a(15),皮带a(15)上连接有电机(16),所有中空轴(14)上均连接有皮带b(17);每个中空轴(14)上均设有通孔(18),中空轴(14)外连接有海绵层(19)。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种板材涂胶机构,其特征在于:所述上胶管(8)上设有多个分流口(20)。
