In the present embodiment, the third abutting portion 134 includes a third abutting portion body 1342 and a third connecting portion 1344, one end of the third connecting portion 1344 is connected to one end of the needle-threading column 130 away from the working portion 136, and the other end is connected to the third abutting portion body 1342. The third abutting portion body 1342 abuts against one side of the acetabulum.
In this embodiment, the third supporting portion body 1342 is a plurality of protrusions, the third connecting portion 1344 is provided with a third mounting hole 1346, the third mounting hole 1346 is communicated with the through hole, and the guide needle 200 is matched with the second mounting hole 1362, the through hole and the third mounting hole 1346.
The rotation works to move the penetration pole 130 relative to the connection rod 120, and in this embodiment, the penetration pole 130 moves in a direction approaching or moving away from the fixing portion 110. With continued reference to fig. 2, the resetting device 140 includes a fixing sleeve 142, a supporting member 144, a fixing member 146 and a locking member 148, wherein the fixing sleeve 142 is sleeved on the connecting rod 120, and the supporting member 144 is selectively disposed in the fixing sleeve 142 and movably connected with the fixing sleeve 142. The fixing member 146 cooperates with the abutting member 144 and the fixing sleeve 142, and the fixing member 146 moves relative to the fixing sleeve 142 to move the abutting member 144 relative to the fixing sleeve 142. Retaining member 148 is movably coupled to retaining sleeve 142.
In this embodiment, the fixing sleeve 142 is sleeved on the first connecting plate 1228, and can move relative to the first connecting plate 1228 in a direction away from or towards the fixing portion 110.
In the present embodiment, the abutment 144 is perpendicular to the connecting rod 120 and is movable in a direction perpendicular to the connecting rod 120. Against the posterior acetabular column medial surface in a direction perpendicular to the needle-threading column 130.
In the present embodiment, the propping member 144 includes a first propping member 1442 and a second propping member 1444, and the first propping member 1442 and the second propping member 1444 mutually prop against each other. The fixing member 146 moves relative to the fixing sleeve 142, so that the first supporting member 1442 and the second supporting member 1444 move relative to the fixing sleeve 142, the first supporting member 1442 and the second supporting member 1444 are separated from the fixing sleeve 142, and one end of the second supporting member 1444 away from the first supporting member 1442 supports against the acetabulum.
In the present embodiment, the propping member 144 includes the first propping member 1442 and the second propping member 1444, but not limited thereto, and in other embodiments of the present invention, the propping member 144 may include only the first propping member 1442 or only the second propping member 1444, the propping member 144 includes the first propping member 1442, and an end of the first propping member 1442 away from the fixing member 146 directly butts against the acetabulum. The abutment 144 includes a second abutment 1444, and an end of the second abutment 1444 remote from the acetabulum is directly connected with the fixing piece 146. The equivalent schemes of the embodiment can achieve the effects of the embodiment, and are all within the protection scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 8, in the present embodiment, the first supporting member 1442 includes a first mounting portion 14422, a first connecting portion 14424 and a first supporting portion 14426, the first mounting portion 14422 is movably connected to the fixing sleeve 142, the first supporting portion 14426 is matched with the second supporting member 1444, one end of the first mounting portion 14422 is connected to the first connecting portion 14424, and one end of the first connecting portion 14424 away from the first mounting portion 14422 is matched with the first supporting member 1442. The end of the first mounting portion 14422 remote from the first connecting portion 14424 mates with the securing member 146.
In the present embodiment, the first mounting portion 14422 is threadedly coupled to the retainer 146. The fixing member 146 is provided with external threads, the first mounting portion 14422 is provided with internal threads, and the first mounting portion 14422 is engaged with the fixing member 146 by the internal threads and the external threads.
In the present embodiment, the first mounting portion 14422 and the fixing piece 146 are connected by screw threads. However, in other embodiments of the present invention, the first attachment portion 14422 and the fixing member 146 may be engaged by other means, and the same scheme as that of the present embodiment can achieve the effects of the present embodiment, which is within the scope of the present invention.
In the present embodiment, the first mounting portion 14422 is screwed to the fixing sleeve 142. The outer surface of the first mounting portion 14422 is provided with external threads, the fixing sleeve 142 is internally provided with internal threads, and the first mounting portion 14422 is matched with the fixing sleeve 142 through the internal threads and the external threads.
In the present embodiment, the first attachment portion 14422 and the fixing sleeve 142 are screwed together. However, in other embodiments of the present invention, the first attachment portion 14422 and the fixing sleeve 142 may be engaged by other means, and the same or equivalent to the present embodiment can achieve the effects of the present embodiment, which is within the scope of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the fixing member 146 is screwed to the fixing sleeve 142.
In the present embodiment, the fixing member 146 is screwed with the first abutment member 1442. The fixing member 146 is rotated, and the fixing member 146 drives the first supporting member 1442 to rotate relative to the fixing sleeve 142 and move in a direction away from the fixing sleeve 142, so that the first supporting member 1442 is separated from the fixing sleeve 142.
In the present embodiment, one end of the first abutment 14426 is a protrusion, and when the abutment 144 includes only the first abutment 1442, the first abutment 14426 directly abuts against the acetabulum. One end of the first propping part 14426 propping against the acetabulum is a bulge, so that the first propping part 14426 can be in single-point contact with the acetabulum, and the fixing effect of the acetabulum is ensured.
Referring to fig. 9, the second supporting member 1444 includes a second mounting portion 14442, a second connecting portion 14444 and a second supporting portion 14446, one end of the second connecting portion 14444 is connected to the second mounting portion 14442, the other end is connected to the second supporting portion 14446, the second mounting portion 14442 is matched with the first supporting member 1442, and the second connecting portion 14444 is movably connected to the fixing sleeve 142. The second abutment 14446 selectively abuts the acetabulum.
In this embodiment, the second mounting portion 14442 is movably connected to the fixing sleeve 142 by threads. The outer surface of the second mounting portion 14442 is provided with external threads, and is engaged with the internal threads of the fixing sleeve 142, thereby achieving movable connection with the fixing sleeve 142.
In the present embodiment, the second mounting portion 14442 is movably connected to the fixing sleeve 142 by threads. But is not limited thereto, in other embodiments of the present invention, the second mounting portion 14442 and the fixed sleeve 142 may be movably coupled in other manners. The equivalent schemes of the embodiment can achieve the effects of the embodiment, and are all within the protection scope of the invention.
In the present embodiment, the second attachment portion 14442 is engaged with the first abutment 14426 near one end of the first abutment 1442.
In this embodiment, the second abutment 14446 is a plurality of protrusions, and the plurality of protrusions selectively interfere with the acetabulum. The protrusions are in contact with the acetabulum, so that the contact area between the second supporting portion 14446 and the acetabulum can be increased, and the fixing effect of the resetting device 140 on the acetabulum is improved.
In this embodiment, the fixing member 146 is rotated, so that the first supporting member 1442 and the second supporting member 1444 rotate relative to the fixing sleeve 142 and move in a direction away from the fixing sleeve 142, the first supporting member 1442 and the second supporting member 1444 are separated from the fixing sleeve 142 by rotating the fixing member 146, the second supporting portion 14446 supports the acetabulum from the direction perpendicular to the connecting rod 120, supports the acetabulum from the side surface of the acetabulum, and fixes the acetabulum from different directions of the acetabulum, thereby improving the fixing effect of the acetabular nail navigator 100 on the acetabulum.
The locking member 148 is movably connected with the fixing sleeve 142, and the locking member 148 selectively abuts against the connecting rod 120.
In this embodiment, the fixing sleeve 142 is movable on the connecting rod 120, and the locking member 148 is used to fix the fixing sleeve 142 relative to the connecting rod 120.
When the fixing sleeve 142 is fixed, the locking member 148 is pressed to abut the locking member 148 against the connecting rod 120, thereby fixing the fixing sleeve 142.
One end of the holding portion 150 is connected to one end of the connecting rod 120 near the needle penetrating post 130, and in this embodiment, the holding portion 150 is connected to a side of the third mounting portion 126 away from the connecting rod body 122.
Referring to fig. 10, in the present embodiment, the hand-holding portion 150 includes a hand-holding portion body 152 and a fourth mounting portion 154, the fourth mounting portion 154 is connected to the hand-holding portion body 152, the fourth mounting portion 154 is connected to the third mounting portion 126, a fourth mounting hole 1542 is provided on the fourth mounting portion 154, and the fourth mounting hole 1542 communicates with the third mounting hole 1346. The post body 132 mates with the third 1346 and fourth 1542 mounting holes.
The working principle of the acetabular nail navigator 100 and the acetabular nail navigator 10 provided by the present embodiment: in this embodiment, the first, second and third jaw portions 1122, 1124, 1126 secure the posterior acetabular post ischial spines. The working portion 136 is turned to move the needle passing column 130 in a direction approaching the fixing portion 110, and the third abutting portion body 1342 abuts against the other side of the acetabulum to clamp the acetabulum between the fixing portion 110 and the needle passing column 130. The reduction device 140 abuts the acetabulum from a direction perpendicular to the connecting rod 120. The fixing member 146 is rotated to move the first and second abutment members 1442 and 1444 in a direction approaching the acetabulum, and the second abutment 14446 abuts the acetabulum from the side of the acetabulum. After the acetabular posterior column is fixed, the guide needle 200 passes through the acetabulum to be matched with the accommodating hole 1142, and a nail hole is formed on the acetabular posterior column.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the acetabulum nail guide 100 and the acetabulum nail guide 10 are provided, and the acetabulum is clamped between the fixing portion 110 and the needle passing column 130 to fix the acetabulum. In this embodiment, the reset device 140 is perpendicular to the connecting rod 120, so that the reset device 140 abuts against the inner side surface of the acetabular posterior column from the direction perpendicular to the penetrating needle column 130 and the fixing portion 110, thereby improving the fixing effect of the acetabular nail navigator 100 on the acetabulum, and further ensuring the working effect of the acetabular nail navigator 100.

Claims (9)

1. The acetabulum nail placement navigator is used for resetting and fixing an acetabulum rear column and is characterized by comprising a fixing part, a connecting rod and a needle penetrating column, wherein the fixing part is connected with one end of the connecting rod, the needle penetrating column is movably connected with the other end of the connecting rod, so that the needle penetrating column can move towards the fixing part to clamp the acetabulum rear column between the fixing part and the needle penetrating column, and the needle penetrating column is used for allowing a guide needle to pass through;
the acetabulum nail placement navigator further comprises a resetting device which is arranged on the connecting rod and is movably connected with the connecting rod, and the resetting device moves along the direction perpendicular to the connecting rod so as to prop against the acetabulum;
the resetting device comprises a fixed sleeve, a supporting piece, a fixed piece and a locking piece, wherein the fixed sleeve is sleeved on the connecting rod, and the supporting piece is selectively arranged in the fixed sleeve and is movably connected with the fixed sleeve; the locking piece is movably connected with the fixed sleeve;
the propping piece comprises a first propping piece and/or a second propping piece;
the first supporting part comprises a first mounting part, a first connecting part and a first supporting part, wherein the first mounting part is movably connected with the fixed sleeve, one end of the first mounting part is connected with the first connecting part, one end of the first connecting part, which is far away from the first mounting part, is matched with the first supporting part, one end of the first mounting part, which is far away from the first connecting part, is matched with the fixed part, one end of the first supporting part is a bulge, and the first supporting part is used for supporting with the acetabulum or is matched with the second supporting part;
the second supporting piece comprises a second installation part, a second connection part and a second supporting part, one end of the second connection part is connected with the second installation part, the other end of the second connection part is connected with the second supporting part, the second installation part is matched with the first supporting piece, the second connection part is movably connected with the fixed sleeve, and the second supporting part selectively supports the acetabulum.

The acetabular nailing navigator of claim 1, wherein the fixation portion includes a fixation portion body and a third connection portion, the third connection portion being connected with one end of the connecting rod, the fixation portion body being disposed at one end of the third connection portion remote from the connecting rod.

The acetabular nail navigator according to claim 2, wherein the fixed portion body includes a first claw portion, a second claw portion and a third claw portion, the first claw portion, the second claw portion and the third claw portion are all connected to one end of the third connecting portion away from the connecting rod.
4. The acetabular nail navigator of claim 3, wherein the first jaw, the second jaw and the third jaw are distributed in a semicircle on the third connecting portion.
5. The acetabular nail navigator according to claim 2, wherein a receiving hole is provided on the third connecting portion, the receiving hole being coaxially provided with the needle-threading column.

The acetabular nail navigator according to claim 1, wherein the connecting rod comprises a connecting rod body and a hook-shaped portion, one end of the connecting rod body is connected with one end of the hook-shaped portion, one end of the connecting rod body away from the hook-shaped portion is connected with the needle-threading column, and one end of the hook-shaped portion away from the connecting rod body is connected with the fixing portion.
7. The acetabular nailing navigator of claim 1, further comprising a handheld portion having one end connected to one end of the connecting rod proximate to the needle passing post.
8. The acetabular nailing navigator of claim 7, wherein the needle threading column is movably connected with the handpiece.
9. An acetabular nailing device comprising a guide needle and an acetabular nailing navigator according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein a through hole is provided in the penetrating needle post, and the guide needle is engaged with the through hole.
