Abstract

本发明公开了一种蜡蚧菌与百部碱的复配杀虫剂及其应用。该复配杀虫剂由主剂和辅剂组成,按质量百分比计,主剂为10~30%,辅剂为70~90%;所述主剂为蜡蚧菌和百部碱的混合物,蜡蚧菌∶百部碱的质量比为10∶1。本发明的复配杀虫剂可加工成可湿性粉剂,该复配杀虫剂对害虫粉虱和蚜虫有高效的防治效果。

蜡蚧菌与百部碱的复配杀虫剂
技术领域
本发明属农药技术领域,涉及一种对环境友好的蜡蚧菌与百部碱的复配杀虫剂。
背景技术
蜡蚧菌(曾用名:蜡蚧轮枝菌,拉丁学名为Lecanicillium lecanii)是一种昆虫病原真菌,作为一种活体生物农药,具有不同于化学杀虫剂的全新的作用机理、对环境友好的特征,可以作为防治一些对化学杀虫剂产生抗药性的害虫的替代防治药物,开发利用蜡蚧菌具有重要的经济意义。蜡蚧菌地理分布广泛,可以用于防治介壳虫、粉虱、蚜虫等多种重要害虫,其中最著名的是防治温室大棚中的粉虱和蚜虫,具有良好的应用效果。科学研究表明,不同地理种群或不同株系的蜡蚧菌对害虫的毒力存在较大的差异,即使同一株系的蜡蚧菌对不同种类害虫的毒力也不相同,因此在应用真菌进行生物防治的过程中针对不同种类的害虫经常要筛选高毒力菌株。蜡蚧菌与其它虫生真菌一样,也存在击倒害虫时间长、杀虫速度慢、受环境影响较大等弊端,尤其当虫口密度较大时,不能及时地压低虫口。
百部碱(Stemonine),分子式是C23H31NO6,棕黄色粉末,存在于百部科植物直立百部、蔓生百部等的干根茎。百部碱的利用历史久远,常用作中药,能降低呼吸中枢兴奋性,抑制咳嗽反射,而奏止咳之效,对支气管痉挛有松弛作用,对体虱、阴虱皆有杀灭作用。在农业应用中,百部碱属于接触杀虫剂,对蝇蛆、孑孓、臭虫、柑桔蚜、烟螟、地老虎等10余种昆虫有毒杀作用。
蜡蚧菌与百部碱复配使用可在农业生产实际中显著减少百部碱的用量,延缓害虫对百部碱产生抗性的进程,亚剂量的百部碱与蜡蚧菌混合也可有效提高真菌杀虫剂的速效性,不仅降低农药使用成本,同时还保护了生态环境。因此,筛选蜡蚧菌和百部碱的最佳的复配比例,具有重要的应用意义。目前国内外未见蜡蚧菌和百部碱复配的杀虫剂的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种对环境友好的蜡蚧菌与百部碱的复配杀虫剂。
本发明另一目的是提供所述复配杀虫剂的应用。
本发明上述目的通过以下技术方案实现:
本发明提供了一种蜡蚧菌与百部碱的复配杀虫剂,由主剂和辅剂组成,按质量百分比计,主剂为10~30%,辅剂为70~90%;所述主剂为蜡蚧菌和百部碱的混合物,蜡蚧菌∶百部碱的质量比为50∶1~10。
所述的蜡蚧菌菌株GLLE0906,分离于河北廊坊地区被侵染的粉虱虫体上,菌株保藏号为CCMCC No.8453,2013年11月11日在中国微生物菌种保藏管理委员会普通微生物中心保藏。蜡蚧菌菌株GLLE0906是从众多同类菌株中筛选出来、专门用于防治粉虱等害虫的蜡蚧菌优势种菌株,具有毒力强、杀虫速度快、对环境友好等特点,并获得了国家授权的发明专利(ZL201310560723.2)。
为了更好地实现本发明,所述蜡蚧菌与百部碱的质量比优选为50∶2~6。
作为一种优选,所述蜡蚧菌为蜡蚧菌分生孢子粉。
所述辅剂为稳定剂、助剂和填料,按质量百分比计,稳定剂占复配杀虫剂1~10%,助剂占复配杀虫剂1~20%,填料占复配杀虫剂40~88%。
所述稳定剂为葡萄糖(粉末)和淀粉一种或两种的混合物;所述助剂为洗衣粉、十二烷基磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钠、月桂醇基硫酸钠、烷基磺酸盐、湿润剂BENOL790A、分散剂BD55中的一种或两种以上混合物;所述填料为白炭黑、滑石粉、陶土、硅藻土、高岭土或粘土。
本发明所述复配杀虫剂可以加工成可湿性粉剂。
本发明同时提供所述复配杀虫剂在防治害虫粉虱和蚜虫中的应用。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下优点和有益效果:
本发明使用的菌株是从河北廊坊地区被侵染的粉虱虫体上分离获得,为中国本土的菌株,并非从国外引进,能很好地适应本地的自然环境。本发明适应了有机食品生产的需求,对环境无污染、无残留,有利于延缓害虫抗药性产生。本发明复配杀虫剂具有显著的增效作用,对害虫的防治效果优于单一种药剂的防治效果,对害虫粉虱和蚜虫有很好的防治效果。
具体实施方式
发明人通过大量的室内筛选试验,发现蜡蚧菌和百部碱的混配对害虫粉虱和蚜虫具有协同增效作用。为了更好的理解发明的实质,下面结合实例对本发明的技术内容作详细的说明,但本发明的内容并不局限如此,不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。
以下实施例中所述百分比均为质量百分比。所述的蜡蚧菌菌株为GLLE0906,菌株保藏号为CCMCC No.8453,2013年11月11日在中国微生物菌种保藏管理委员会普通微生物中心保藏。
实施例1:蜡蚧菌和百部碱混配比例筛选
试验对象为烟粉虱(Bemisia tabaci)二龄若虫,试验药剂为蜡蚧菌、百部碱及蜡蚧菌和百部碱的混配制剂。蜡蚧菌为100亿孢子/克的纯孢粉,百部碱为含量30%的粉末。
试验方法参照中华人民共和国农业行业标准《农药室内生物测定试验准则》杀虫剂NY/T 1154.9-2008,试验采用喷雾处理法。将系列浓度的蜡蚧菌孢子悬浮液、百部碱及蜡蚧菌和百部碱的混配制剂用小型喷雾器喷在带有烟粉虱二龄若虫的黄瓜叶片上,对照为无菌水,自然晾干。每处理为3片叶,每叶100头若虫,3次重复。将植物置于透明的保鲜袋中,再放入24 ± 1℃的光照培养箱中(L∶D=16∶8),第7天记录死亡的虫数。用DPS数据处理软件进行统计分析,计算各药剂的LC50,以此来评价供试药剂的活性。
混剂的共毒系数(CTC值)按下列公式计算:
ATI = S / M × 100
式中:ATI为混剂实测毒力指数;S为标准杀虫剂的LC50,单位为mg/L;M为混剂的LC50,单位为mg/L。
TTI = TIA × PA + TIB × PB
式中:TTI为混剂理论毒力指数;TIA为A药剂毒力指数;PA为A药剂在混剂中的百分含量,单位为百分率;TIB为B药剂毒力指数;PB为B药剂在混剂中的百分含量,单位为百分率。
CTC = ATI / TTI × 100
式中:CTC为共毒系数;ATI为混剂实测毒力指数;TTI为混剂理论毒力指数。
CTC ≥ 120 表现为增效作用;CTC ≤ 80 表现为拮抗作用;80 < CTC < 120 表现为相加作用。

结果如表1所示,室内毒力测定结果表明,蜡蚧菌和百部碱对烟粉虱二龄若虫7天的LC50分别为9.50mg/L和1.36mg/L。蜡蚧菌∶百部碱质量比为20~5∶1时(即蜡蚧菌分生孢子个数与百部碱克数比为2000~500亿∶1时),共毒系数(CTC)均大于120,说明各配比均具有增效作用,尤其是蜡蚧菌∶百部碱质量比为10∶1(即蜡蚧菌分生孢子个数与百部碱克数比为1000亿∶1时),共毒系数(CTC)大于200,增效作用显著。
实施例2:11%蜡蚧菌百部碱可湿性粉剂及其对温室黄瓜上烟粉虱的防效
蜡蚧菌纯孢粉(100亿孢子/克)10%,百部碱(30%粉末)1%,淀粉3%,分散剂烷基磺酸盐3%、木质素磺酸钠3%、高岭土补至100%,制得11%蜡蚧菌百部碱可湿性粉剂。混配制剂加水3000倍稀释,喷雾防治温室黄瓜上烟粉虱(Bemisia tabaci),当温室室内温度为24℃,相对湿度85%时,7天的累计防治效果可达到91.2%。
实施例3:11%蜡蚧菌百部碱可湿性粉剂及其对温室黄瓜上棉蚜的防效
蜡蚧菌纯孢粉(100亿孢子/克)10%,百部碱(30%粉末)1%,淀粉3%,分散剂烷基磺酸盐3%、木质素磺酸钠3%、白炭黑补至100%,制得11%蜡蚧菌百部碱可湿性粉剂。混配制剂加水3000倍稀释,喷雾防治温室黄瓜上棉蚜(Aphis gossypii),当温室室内温度为24℃,相对湿度85%时,7天的累计防治效果可达到95.4%。

1.一种蜡蚧菌与百部碱的复配杀虫剂,其特征在于,所述复配杀虫剂为可湿性粉剂,由主剂和辅剂组成,按质量百分比计,主剂为10~30%,辅剂为70~90%;
所述主剂为蜡蚧菌和百部碱的混合物,蜡蚧菌∶百部碱的质量比为10∶1;
所述的蜡蚧菌为菌株GLLE0906,菌株保藏号为CCMCC No.8453,2013年11月11日在中国微生物菌种保藏管理委员会普通微生物中心保藏。
