The safety design of the product is carried out according to strict standards in the design stage, and a safety protection control system is synchronously designed for the product with a larger risk source, so that the safety of operators can be ensured even if the operators make mistakes or have mechanical faults. Currently, the personnel who can design the mechanical safety protection control system are mostly obtained by practice in the working practice. As a main place for higher talents culture, colleges and universities become the mastery of enterprises for designing and researching products, and college students neglect the method for designing the safety of mechanical products when learning the design of the mechanical products and do not have the consciousness of designing the mechanical safety; meanwhile, some primary research and development personnel also need to have a safe design concept when designing products; although some safety devices such as safety controllers and safety light curtains are widely used in the field of device manufacturing, these devices can only meet specific production requirements, and at present, there is no laboratory bench which can be arbitrarily combined and adjusted to be specially used for safety training.
And the existing safety controller is generally arranged in a control cabinet, each safety component is connected to an input port and an output port of the safety controller, and the wiring mode of the safety protection control system with a fixed function is fixed. If the function of the safety protection control system needs to be changed, and safety components need to be increased or decreased, the wiring mode needs to be changed, and for the safety protection control system which finishes the wiring work, changing the wiring mode again takes time and labor, and easily causes errors.

When the grabbing robot works, the power main switch 19 is turned on, the power indicator lamp 21 is turned on, the indicator lamp on the reset button 12 flickers, the grabbing robot 1 is started, and the reset button 12 is pressed. The indicator light of the reset button 12 is turned off, all products are in a normal state, the green light of the multilayer warning light 15 is on, and the experiment table can be normally used. The workpiece 6 is placed on the sliding table 8, and the sliding table 8 is in an initial working position. The start button 11 is pressed, and the workpiece 6 is transported and moved by the timing belt 7 to the position below the gripping arm of the gripping robot 1.
