Abstract

The bead wire 43 is made of a steel wire with a relatively high hardness, the bead wire 43 includes a bead section 431, a climbing section 432, a transition section 433 and a vertical section 434, which are connected in sequence, the bead section 431 is suspended in the accommodating cavity of the container 41, the climbing section 432 is spirally arranged in the accommodating cavity of the container 41 around the axis of the isolation tube 42, so that beads can climb easily, the transition section 433 is suspended and horizontally erected above the isolation tube 42, the transition section 433 is arranged to avoid the situation that the beads are blocked due to a small turning radius, and also avoid the deformation of the vertical section 434 after being stressed, the vertical section 434 penetrates through the isolation tube 42 and extends downwards, wherein the bead section 431 is close to the bottom of the container 41, so that the beads can be continuously and stably strung on the bead section 431 when the number of the beads in the container 41 is small, and the climbing section 432 extends spirally from low to high along the rotation direction of the container 41, so that the gradient of the beads can be slowed down, and the climbing process is easy.
The upper part of the container 41 is provided with a motor 2, the motor 2 drives the container 41 to rotate, and the bead wire 43 is still.
The container 41 is in a totally-enclosed transparent state, so that the beads are prevented from jumping out when rotating at a high speed in the container 41; when the container 41 rotates at a low speed, the container 41 may be a cylindrical body or a disk body having an open upper end.
By adopting the structure, the bead stringing device 4 has simple structure, can greatly reduce the volume of the bead stringing device 4, and has more flexible installation position.
The bead stringing method comprises the following steps: because the bead wire 43 is stationary when the container 41 rotates, the bead wire 43 makes a circular motion relative to the container 41, beads in the container 41 will rotate along the container 41 under the action of friction force, the beads will be stationary relative to the container 41, and then the bead wire 43 makes a relative motion relative to the beads, so that a certain probability of beads will pass through the bead section 431, the beads in the container 41 will extrude or apply friction force to the beads that have passed through the bead section 431 during rotation, the beads will continue to climb along the climbing section 432 after translating by the guiding action of the bead section 431, will leave the embroidery bead layer and enter the air layer after climbing a distance, the continuous rotation of the container 41 will form a section of beads on the climbing section 432, which is beneficial to storing beads, and the continuous operation of the embroidery bead machine will make the beads translate along the transition section 433 when climbing to the top end of the climbing section 432, and then the beads will freely fall down along the vertical section 434 by self gravity.

As shown in fig. 5, a bead embroidering machine comprises at least one bead stringing device 4, a frame 1, and a transmission mechanism 3, a discharging device 5, and a bead feeding mechanism 6 which are arranged on the frame 1, wherein the motor 2 drives a container 41 of the bead stringing device 4 to rotate through the transmission mechanism 3 to perform bead stringing, and the other end of a bead stringing wire 43 of the bead stringing device 4 passes through the discharging device 5 and extends into a bead guide pipe 61 of the bead feeding mechanism 6.
The feeding device 5 is provided with a positioning mechanism, the positioning mechanism is used for keeping the bead wires 43 stationary and enabling the beads to fall down one by one, wherein the positioning mechanism comprises a driving wheel 51 and a pair of driven wheels 52 which are arranged in a triangular shape, the driving wheel 51 is fixedly connected with an output shaft of another motor 2, the driving wheel 51 is positioned on one side of an S section 435 connected with a vertical section 434 of the bead wires 43, the pair of driven wheels 52 is positioned on the other side of the S section 435 connected with the vertical section 434 of the bead wires 43, one driven wheel 52 is positioned above the driving wheel 51 and is arranged opposite to the driving wheel 51, the other driven wheel 52 is positioned on the right side of the driving wheel 51 and is arranged opposite to the driving wheel 51, a certain gap is reserved between the outer peripheral surface of the driving wheel 51 and the outer peripheral surface of the driven wheel 52, the gap is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the beads, the driving wheel 51 can drive the beads to enter a gap between the driving wheel 51 and the driven wheel 52 when rolling, due to the friction force between the beads and the driven wheel 52, the beads can drive the beads 52 and the driven wheel 51 to move opposite to further drive the beads to fall down from one side to the other side, the bead guiding section of the driving wheel 51 and the bead guiding tube 436, the bead wires 51 and the bead falling down, the bead guiding tube 61, and the bead falling tube are connected with the bead guiding tube 436, and the bead falling tube 61, and the bead falling tube.
