Abstract
本发明公开了一种养殖水循环处理***,包括旋流式蛋白质分离器、气浮器、生物机械分离器、消毒处理器、生态综合处理池,养殖池产生的含有饵料、粪便和颗粒物的水依次经过蛋白质分离器、气浮器、生物机械分离器、消毒处理器、生态综合处理池进行处理,处理后的水回用到养殖池。该***适用于工厂化养殖,对养殖池产生的含有饵料、粪便和颗粒物的水进行组合工艺处理,处理后的水能够达到养殖水的需求,可以循环利用,大大提高了水的利用率,减少了水的补充,保护了生态环境,降低了养殖成本。

技术领域
本发明属于水产养殖技术领域,具体地,涉及一种养殖水循环处理***。
背景技术
当前水产养殖主要以大量消耗资源、牺牲环境利益为代价,其中对水资源的浪费尤为严重,养殖过程中需要不断补充大量的新鲜水来满足养殖的需要,同时也产生了大量高污染的养殖废水。处理这些废水需要耗费大量的人力、物力、财力,如果不妥善处理则会对水环境甚至整个生态***造成严重的破坏。水资源的浪费是水利用率低的表现,目前的养殖模式与国家发展循环经济、生态经济的建设不符。
如何提高水产养殖的水利用率,减少水的使用量和排放的废水量,不但是对水资源的保护,同时也会降低养殖成本,具有非常重要的生态意义和经济效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种养殖水循环处理***。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现:
一种养殖水循环处理***,包括旋流式蛋白质分离器、气浮器、生物机械分离器、消毒处理器、生态综合处理池,养殖池产生的含有饵料、粪便和颗粒物的水依次经过蛋白质分离器、气浮器、生物机械分离器、消毒处理器、生态综合处理池进行处理,处理后的水回用到养殖池。
进一步的,所述***内水的处理过程为:
(1)养殖池产生的含有饵料、粪便和颗粒物的水首先进入旋流式蛋白质分离器,对水中的饵料、粪便和颗粒物进行固液分离;
(2)步骤(1)的出水进入气浮器,去除水中的水溶性胶体、纤维素、蛋白质、微细残饵、微细粪便等,气浮器内通入臭氧,对水进行预消毒;
(3)步骤(2)的出水进入若干个生物机械分离器,分离器内设置三级生物填料,过滤水中残存的颗粒物,生物法去除水中的氨氮、亚硝酸盐;
(4)步骤(3)的出水进入消毒处理器,进行二次消毒,消毒处理器内通入臭氧,杀死致病菌,去除异味和降低色度;
(5)步骤(4)的出水进入生态综合处理池,该池内设有填料和水生植物,去除水中的二氧化碳、残存的臭氧及硝酸盐氮。
更进一步的,所述步骤(1)中,养殖池产生的含有饵料、粪便和颗粒物的水从旋流式蛋白质分离器的上部进入,底部排出;
所述步骤(2)中,步骤(1)的出水从气浮器的上部进入,上部排出;
所述步骤(3)中,步骤(2)的出水从生物机械分离器的底部进入,下部排出,若干个生物机械分离器并联使用;
所述步骤(4)中,步骤(3)的出水从消毒处理器的底部进入,上部排出;
所述步骤(5)中,步骤(4)的出水从生态综合处理池的上部进入,上部排出。
更进一步的,所述步骤(5)中的生态综合处理池的出水口处设有UV消毒器。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供的养殖水循环处理***,适用于工厂化养殖,对养殖池产生的含有饵料、粪便和颗粒物的水进行组合工艺处理,处理后的水能够达到养殖水的需求,可以循环利用,大大提高了水的利用率,减少了水的补充,保护了生态环境,降低了养殖成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明实施例所述养殖水循环处理***,包括旋流式蛋白质分离器1、气浮器2、生物机械分离器3、消毒处理器4、生态综合处理池5,养殖池6产生的含有饵料、粪便和颗粒物的水依次经过蛋白质分离器1、气浮器2、生物机械分离器3、消毒处理器4、生态综合处理池5进行处理,处理后的水回用到养殖池6。
该***内水的处理过程为:
(1)养殖池6产生的含有饵料、粪便和颗粒物的水首先进入旋流式蛋白质分离器1,对水中的饵料、粪便和颗粒物进行固液分离;
(2)步骤(1)的出水进入气浮器2,去除水中的水溶性胶体、纤维素、蛋白质、微细残饵、微细粪便等,气浮器2内通入臭氧,对水进行预消毒;
(3)步骤(2)的出水进入若干个生物机械分离器3,分离器内设置三级生物填料,过滤水中残存的颗粒物,生物法去除水中的氨氮、亚硝酸盐;
(4)步骤(3)的出水进入消毒处理器4,进行二次消毒,消毒处理器4内通入臭氧,杀死致病菌,去除异味和降低色度;
(5)步骤(4)的出水进入生态综合处理池5,该池内设有填料和水生植物,去除水中的二氧化碳、残存的臭氧及硝酸盐氮。
上述水的处理过程中,步骤(1)中养殖池6产生的含有饵料、粪便和颗粒物的水从旋流式蛋白质分离器1的上部进入,底部排出;
步骤(1)的出水从气浮器2的上部进入,上部排出;
步骤(2)的出水从生物机械分离器3的底部进入,下部排出,若干个生物机械分离器3并联使用;
步骤(3)的出水从消毒处理器4的底部进入,上部排出;
步骤(4)的出水从生态综合处理池5的上部进入,上部排出,生态综合处理池5的出水口处设有UV消毒器5-1。

1.一种养殖水循环处理***,其特征在于,包括旋流式蛋白质分离器、气浮器、生物机械分离器、消毒处理器、生态综合处理池,养殖池产生的含有饵料、粪便和颗粒物的水依次经过蛋白质分离器、气浮器、生物机械分离器、消毒处理器、生态综合处理池进行处理,处理后的水回用到养殖池。
2.根据权利要求1所述的养殖水循环处理***,其特征在于,所述***内水的处理过程为:
(1)养殖池产生的含有饵料、粪便和颗粒物的水首先进入旋流式蛋白质分离器,对水中的饵料、粪便和颗粒物进行固液分离;
(2)步骤(1)的出水进入气浮器,去除水中的水溶性胶体、纤维素、蛋白质、微细残饵、微细粪便等,气浮器内通入臭氧,对水进行预消毒;
(3)步骤(2)的出水进入若干个生物机械分离器,分离器内设置三级生物填料,过滤水中残存的颗粒物,生物法去除水中的氨氮、亚硝酸盐;
(4)步骤(3)的出水进入消毒处理器,进行二次消毒,消毒处理器内通入臭氧,杀死致病菌,去除异味和降低色度;
(5)步骤(4)的出水进入生态综合处理池,该池内设有填料和水生植物,去除水中的二氧化碳、残存的臭氧及硝酸盐氮。
3.根据权利要求2所述的养殖水循环处理***,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中,养殖池产生的含有饵料、粪便和颗粒物的水从旋流式蛋白质分离器的上部进入,底部排出;
所述步骤(2)中,步骤(1)的出水从气浮器的上部进入,上部排出;
所述步骤(3)中,步骤(2)的出水从生物机械分离器的底部进入,下部排出,若干个生物机械分离器并联使用;
所述步骤(4)中,步骤(3)的出水从消毒处理器的底部进入,上部排出;
所述步骤(5)中,步骤(4)的出水从生态综合处理池的上部进入,上部排出。
4.根据权利要求2所述的养殖水循环处理***,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中的生态综合处理池的出水口处设有UV消毒器。
