本发明公开了一种造纸用过滤网结构,包括过滤网本体,过滤网本体由两层结构组成,分别为上层滤网和下层滤网,上层滤网与下层滤网之间通过支撑体连接,上层滤网的滤孔大于下层滤网的滤孔上层滤网的表面涂有防亲和层,下层滤网的表面涂有耐磨金属材料。本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,使用操作便捷,采用双层过滤的方式,能有效的过滤掉油墨、树脂及各种胶粘剂,同时双层过滤网之间固定牢固,提高了稳定性,提高了工作效率,降低了成本,防护层的设定,能有效的防止滤孔的堵塞,便于清洁,耐磨金属材料能有效的提高耐磨效果,延长了使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种过滤网,尤其涉及一种造纸用过滤网结构。
背景技术
在造纸行业一般采用木材和麦秸等作为原料,随着环保意识的增强,人们采用回收的废纸作为原料生产纸张,但是,废旧纸张含有油墨、树脂及各种胶粘物,油墨、树脂及各种胶粘物具有亲和力,目前使用的过滤网在过滤过程中,油墨、树脂及各种胶粘物容易对过滤网堵塞,影响正常生产,需要停机进行清洗,降低了生产效率,提高了生产成本,耐磨效果不佳,影响了使用寿命,不能满足行业的需求。
因此,为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案。

本发明提供一种造纸用过滤网结构。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种造纸用过滤网结构,包括过滤网本体,所述过滤网本体由两层结构组成,分别为上层滤网和下层滤网,所述上层滤网与下层滤网之间通过支撑体连接,所述上层滤网的滤孔大于下层滤网的滤孔,所述上层滤网的表面涂有防亲和层,所述下层滤网的表面涂有耐磨金属材料。
进一步的,所述支撑体的数量为4-6根。
进一步的,所述支撑体固定在上层滤网和下层滤网的边缘。
进一步的,所述防亲和层为四氟乙烯与六氟丙烯的共聚物。
进一步的,所述耐磨金属材料为镍。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,使用操作便捷,采用双层过滤的方式,能有效的过滤掉油墨、树脂及各种胶粘剂,同时双层过滤网之间固定牢固,提高了稳定性,提高了工作效率,降低了成本,防护层的设定,能有效的防止滤孔的堵塞,便于清洁,耐磨金属材料能有效的提高耐磨效果,延长了使用寿命。

如图1所示的一种造纸用过滤网结构,包括过滤网本体,过滤网本体由两层结构组成,分别为上层滤网1和下层滤网2,上层滤网1与下层滤网2之间通过支撑体3连接,上层滤网1的滤孔4大于下层滤网2的滤孔4,上层滤网的表面涂有防亲和层,下层滤网的表面涂有耐磨金属材料,防亲和层为四氟乙烯与六氟丙烯的共聚物,耐磨金属材料为镍,支撑体3的数量为4-6根,支撑体3固定在上层滤网1和下层滤网2的边缘。
