Abstract

一种货架取电***,其包括至少一块背板,一根供电导轨,以及至少一个取电头。所述供电导轨包括一条导轨本体,两条磁条,以及两条导电条。所述导轨本体包括两个间隔设置的磁条容置槽,以及两个间隔的导电条容置槽。所述磁条容置槽与导电条容置槽分别设置在所述导轨本体的两侧。所述取电头包括两个弹性触头,以及两个磁柱。当所述取电头设置在所述供电导轨上时所述两个磁柱分别吸合在所述两条磁条上,所述两个弹性触头分别与所述两个导电条电连接。本发明提供的货架取电***在安装该供电导轨时,不用再拆卸货架的背板与层板,而直接可以从该背板与层板之间的公差间隙之间穿过,从而完成该供电导轨的安装,简单方便,且节约人力。

一种货架取电***
技术领域
本发明涉及一种货架设备,特别是一种货架取电***。
背景技术
货架的使用范围很广,如在商场,物流仓储,工厂仓库等等,都需要货架来放置正在售卖或没有马上使用的物品。这些货架在使用过程中,照明是必须的,特别是在商场中使用的货架,其对照明的要求特别高,如节约空间,安全,组装方便,美观等等。
现有技术中货架的取电***,其导线一般首先穿设在货架的立柱中,然后再从立柱中穿出,再沿着层板进行布线。然而,当整个货架已经组装好,放置在商场或超市中时,再如果要设置该取电***,则会很麻烦,不仅要拆卸整个货架,而且还要进行布线。造成人力工时的浪费。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种不用拆卸整个组装好的货架即可完成取电的货架取电***,以满足上述需求。
一种货架取电***,其包括至少一块背板,一根设置在所述背板上的供电导轨,以及至少一个设置在所述供电导轨上的取电头。所述供电导轨包括一条导轨本体,两条设置在所述导轨本体上并吸合在背板上的磁条,以及两条间隔并设置在所述导轨本体上的导电条。在垂直于所述导轨本体的延伸方向上的截面上所述导轨本体包括两个间隔设置的磁条容置槽,以及两个间隔并设置在所述两个磁条容置槽之间的导电条容置槽。在所述垂直于导轨本体的延伸方向的截面上所述磁条容置槽与导电条容置槽分别设置在所述导轨本体的两侧。所述取电头包括两个间隔设置的弹性触头,以及两个分别设置在所述两个弹性触头两侧的磁柱。当所述取电头设置在所述供电导轨上时所述两个磁柱分别吸合在所述两条磁条上,所述两个弹性触头分别与所述两个导电条电连接。
进一步地,所述导轨本体由非导电材料制成。
进一步地,所述取电头包括一个取电头本体,以及两个分别从所述取电头本体上延伸出的卡持部,所述两个卡持部分别卡接在延所述磁条与导电条的排列方向上的导轨本体的两侧壁上。
进一步地,所述两条磁条由软性磁质材料制成。
进一步地,所述背板由金属材料制成,所述供电导轨直接通过所述磁条吸合在所述背板上。
进一步地,所述取电头本体上开设有两个用于设置所述磁柱的盲孔,以及设置在所述两个盲孔之间的容置腔,所述容置腔用于设置所述弹性触头。
进一步地,所述取电头还包括一个收容在所述容置腔中电路板,以及一个盖设在所述容置腔上的盖板,所述弹性触头焊接在所述电路板上并伸出所述盖板。
进一步地,在所述垂直于导轨本体的延伸方向的截面上每一个所述导电条容置槽包括一个L形侧壁。
进一步地,所述弹性触头穿过两个L形侧壁与所述导电条电性连接。
进一步地,在延所述磁条与导电条的排列方向上所述磁条的中线与导电条的中线重合。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的货架取电***由于使用所述供电导轨的结构,可以使所述供电导轨做得很薄,如可以做2至3毫米厚度,从而在安装该供电导轨时,不用再拆卸货架的背板与层板,而直接可以从该背板与层板之间的公差间隙之间穿过,从而完成该供电导轨的安装,然后再直接将所述取电头吸合在该供电导轨上即可完成取电目的,从而可以使得该货架取电***的安装简单方便,且节约人力。

具体实施方式
以下基于附图对本发明的具体实施例进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅作为实施例,并不用于限定本发明的保护范围。
请参阅图1至图4,其为本发明所提供的一种货架取电***100的结构示意图。所述货架取电***100包括至少一块背板10,一根设置在所述背板10上的供电导轨20,以及至少一个设置在所述供电导轨20上的取电头30。可以想到的是,所述货架取电***100还包括其他一些基本零部件,如立柱,托臂,层板等,以及还包括一些用于电连接市电与供电导轨20的导线,以及电连接取电头30与灯具的导线等。其为本领域技术人员所习知的技术,在此不再赘述。
所述背板10通常为由金属材料如钢材制成的平板,其插设在立柱上,用于隔离不同的货架空间,其结构与现有的超市、商场中的背板结构一样,在此不再赘述。
所述供电导轨20包括一条导轨本体21,两条设置在所述导轨本体21上的磁条22,以及两条间隔并设置在所述导轨本体21上的导电条23。为了防止漏电,所述导轨本体21由非导电材料制成,如塑料等。所述导轨本体21沿背板10的竖起方向设置,从而可以给该背板10上的多层层板上设置的灯具供电。在垂直于所述导轨本体21的延伸方向的截面上,所述导轨本体21包括两个间隔设置的磁条容置槽211,以及两个间隔并设置在所述两个磁条容置槽211之间的导电条容置槽212。所述磁条容置槽211的宽度及深度与磁条22的宽度及厚度相当。所述两个导电条容置槽212间隔设置,并为了设置所述导电条23,每一个所述导电条容置槽212包括两个L形侧壁,从而可以将所述导电条23插设在所导电条容置槽212中。所述磁条22可以由软性磁质材料制成,以在安装时可以适当地变形,以利于安装。所述磁条22粘贴在所述磁条容置槽211中,其粘贴方法可以为通过胶水等材料粘接。通过所述磁条22,所述供电导轨20可以直接吸合在所述背板10上,从而即可完成该供电导轨20的安装。所述导电条23插设在所述导电条容置槽212中,并利用所述L形侧壁来与该导电条23过盈配合从而固定该导电条23的相对位置。为了使所述供电导轨20的厚度可以做到很薄,所述两个磁条容置槽211,两个导电条容置槽212在垂直于所述导轨本体21的延伸方向的截面上呈一个“弓”字形,并且在延两个所述磁条22与两个导电条23的排列方向上所述磁条22的中线与导电条23的中线重合,以利于减小所述供电导轨20的整体厚度。
所述取电头30包括一个取电头本体31,两个分别从所述取电头本体31上延伸出的卡持部32,两个设置在所述取电头本体31中并间隔设置的弹性触头33,一个设置在所述取电头本体31中的电路板34,一个盖设在所述电路板34上的盖板35,以及两个分别设置在所述两个弹性触头33两侧的磁柱36。所述取电头本体31上开设有两个用于设置所述磁柱36的盲孔311,以及设置在所述两个盲孔311之间的容置腔312。所述取电头本体31可以由塑料材料注塑成型,当然可以想到的是,在注塑成型的过程中,所述盲孔311及容置腔312可以一并制造出来,所述容置腔312用于设置所述弹性触头33及电路板34。所述两个卡持部32也可以是与所述取电头本体31一并注塑成型,其朝所述供电导轨20延伸,并分别卡接在延所述磁条22与导电条23的排列方向上的导轨本体21的两侧壁上,从而可以使该取电头30沿着所述供电导轨20的延伸方向移动。所述弹性触头33为本领域技术人员所习知的元器件,在此简单说明一下其结构。该弹性触头33包括一个套筒,一个设置在所述套筒中弹簧,以及一个伸出所述套筒一端的圆形或台阶形触头。通过套筒端口的压缩即可以将触头固定该套筒中,形成所述弹性触头33。所述电路板34为本领域技术人员所习知的技术,其用于电性连接各种电子元器件,如三极管、二极管、电阻等。所述弹性触头33可以固定在所述电路板34上,并与外面的导线电性连接,其固定的方法可以为焊接。所述盖板35盖设在所述电路板34上以保护所述电路板34。可以理解的是,所述盖板35上开设有两个通孔以穿过所述弹性触头33。所述磁柱36可以通过过盈配合的方式固定在所述盲孔311中。
在使用中,首先将供电导轨20利用磁条22吸合在背板10的适当位置上,再将所述取电头30设置在供电导轨20上。当所述取电头30设置在所述供电导轨20上时所述两个磁柱36分别吸合在所述两条磁条22上,同时所述两个弹性触头33将分别抵顶在所述两条导电条23上从而与所述两个导电条23电连接。另外,当所述弹性触头33与所述导电条23电性连接时,该弹性触头33将穿过所述导电条容置槽212的两个L形侧壁之间所形成的间隙。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的货架取电***100由于使用所述供电导轨20的结构,可以使所述供电导轨20做得很薄,如可以做2至3毫米厚度,从而在安装该供电导轨20时,不用再拆卸货架的背板10与层板,而直接可以从该背板10与层板之间的公差间隙之间穿过,从而完成该供电导轨20的安装,然后再直接将所述取电头30吸合在该供电导轨20上即可完成取电目的,从而可以使得该货架取电***100的安装简单方便,且节约人力。

Claims (10)

1.一种货架取电***,其包括至少一块背板,其特征在于:所述货架取电***还包括一根设置在所述背板上的供电导轨,以及至少一个设置在所述供电导轨上的取电头,所述供电导轨包括一条导轨本体,两条设置在所述导轨本体上并吸合在背板上的磁条,以及两条间隔并设置在所述导轨本体上的导电条,在垂直于所述导轨本体的延伸方向上的截面上所述导轨本体包括两个间隔设置的磁条容置槽,以及两个间隔并设置在两个所述磁条容置槽之间的导电条容置槽,在垂直于所述导轨本体的延伸方向的截面上所述磁条容置槽与导电条容置槽分别设置在所述导轨本体的两侧,所述取电头包括两个间隔设置的弹性触头,以及两个分别设置在两个所述弹性触头两侧的磁柱,当所述取电头设置在所述供电导轨上时两个所述磁柱分别吸合在两条所述磁条上,两个所述弹性触头分别与两个所述导电条电连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的货架取电***,其特征在于:所述导轨本体由非导电材料制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的货架取电***,其特征在于:所述取电头包括一个取电头本体,以及两个分别从所述取电头本体上延伸出的卡持部,两个所述卡持部分别卡接在延所述磁条与导电条的排列方向上的导轨本体的两侧壁上。
4.如权利要求1所述的货架取电***,其特征在于:两条所述磁条由软性磁质材料制成。
5.如权利要求1所述的货架取电***,其特征在于:所述背板由金属材料制成,所述供电导轨直接通过所述磁条吸合在所述背板上。
6.如权利要求1所述的货架取电***,其特征在于:所述取电头本体上开设有两个用于设置所述磁柱的盲孔,以及设置在两个所述盲孔之间的容置腔,所述容置腔用于设置所述弹性触头。
7.如权利要求6所述的货架取电***,其特征在于:所述取电头还包括一个收容在所述容置腔中电路板,以及一个盖设在所述容置腔上的盖板,所述弹性触头焊接在所述电路板上并伸出所述盖板。
8.如权利要求1所述的货架取电***,其特征在于:在所述垂直于导轨本体的延伸方向的截面上每一个所述导电条容置槽包括一个L形侧壁。
9.如权利要求8所述的货架取电***,其特征在于:所述弹性触头穿过两个L形侧壁与所述导电条电性连接。
10.如权利要求1所述的货架取电***,其特征在于:在延所述磁条与导电条的排列方向上所述磁条的中线与导电条的中线重合。
