In this application, to enable the metal shell 31 to function as the auxiliary signal pin 3, the metal shell 31 may be insulated from the female connector. In this application, the insulation of the metal shell 31 from the female connector may be achieved in a variety of ways.
In the first example, after the metal shell 31 is processed, the groove 311 of the metal shell 31 is hollowed out. When the lighting male connector is inserted into the female connector, the clamping lugs of the female connector are contacted with the male main body 1, so that the metal shell 31 is insulated from the female connector. The signal pins 2 are thin slices welded on the circuit board 4, 8 signal pins 2 are arranged on two sides of the circuit board 4, and the signal pins 2 are arranged at the front end of the circuit board 4. The male main body 1 is exposed at the rear end of the circuit board 4, the transmission line of the data line is welded with the circuit board 4, and the conduction between the signal pin 2 and the transmission line is realized through the circuit board 4.
The auxiliary signal pin 3 is also a sheet soldered to the circuit board 4. The signal pins 2 are arranged in the middle of the front end of the circuit board 4, and the auxiliary signal pins 3 are arranged on two sides of the front end of the circuit board 4. The auxiliary signal pin 3 comprises a first portion 34 and a second portion 35 (as shown in fig. 6) which are interconnected. The first portion 34 is located at the front end of the signal pins 2 and extends in the arrangement direction of the signal pins 2. The second portion 35 is located at a side end of the signal pin 2 and extends in the same direction as the signal pin 2. By the arrangement, the auxiliary signal pin 3 and the transmission line are conveniently conducted through the circuit board 4, and the auxiliary signal pin 3 is conveniently overlapped with the empty pin of the female connector.
Each face of the circuit board 4 is provided with 2 mounting positions which are positioned on the outer side of the signal pin 2, and an auxiliary signal pin 3 is arranged on one mounting position so as to conveniently arrange the auxiliary signal pin 3. The circuit board 4 may be provided with 1-4 auxiliary signal pins 3. When the number of the auxiliary signal pins 3 is smaller than the number of the mounting positions, any mounting position may be selected to mount the auxiliary signal pins 3.

the auxiliary signal pin is arranged on the circuit board and is connected with the transmission line through the circuit board.
7. The male connector of claim 6, wherein a metal shell is sleeved on the outer side of the male body, and a gap is left between the metal shell and the auxiliary signal pin and is configured not to overlap with the hollow pin; or alternatively
