The invention provides a suction type water sample collector and a unit suction type bottom water sample collection system, which belongs to the technical field of ocean monitoring, wherein the main mechanism of the water sample collection system is a suction type water sample collector, and the suction type water sample collection system comprises a water sample cup, a collector seat, a collector cover, a valve rod, a spring, a diaphragm and a valve seat; and pulling the valve rod and the diaphragm to move upwards, sucking gas in the water sample cup into the lower cavity, and sucking water in the water sample collecting area into the water sample cup to complete water sample collection. The invention avoids the problem of easy mixing of water samples, enlarges the collection range of the water samples and improves the sampling quality of the water samples at the bottom layer.

The invention relates to a marine monitoring technology, in particular to a suction type water sample collector and a unit suction type bottom water sample collection system.
Background
The existing sea floor water sampling equipment mainly comprises a lifting type simple water sampler, a striking type water sampler, a clamping cover type water sampler and a pump type water sampler.
The lifting type simple water sampler is simple in structure, convenient to carry, low in efficiency and not suitable for deep water sampling, and the sampling bottle is settled to a required depth, the bottle stopper is opened by lifting the rope, and sampling is finished after the sampling bottle is filled with water.
The impact type water sampler and the clamping cover type water sampler are used for settling the sampling bottle to the required depth, the bottle cover is opened by means of the impact mechanism, after the sampling bottle is filled with water, the sampling bottle cover is closed to finish sampling, the structure is simple, the sampling can be performed at a deeper water layer, but the sampling efficiency is low, and the sampling stability is poor.
The pump type water sampler also uses tools such as a ship and the like to drive to a specific sampling point, the water sampling pipe is settled to a specified depth, and the water sampling pipe is pumped to sample water at a deeper water layer, but the water sampling pipe is easy to mix up due to a pipeline along the way, so that the accuracy is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at overcoming the defects of the prior art, and provides a suction type water sample collector and a unit suction type bottom water sample collecting system. The device aims to solve the problems of shallow sampling depth, low efficiency, easily confused water samples, poor accuracy and difficult control of the existing sea floor water sampling device and improve the sampling quality and the sampling efficiency of the water samples at the bottom.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows:
the suction type water sample collector comprises a water sample cup, a collector seat, a collector cover, a valve rod, a spring, a diaphragm and a valve seat, wherein the diaphragm is tightly pressed between the collector seat and the collector cover to form an upper cavity and a lower cavity; and pulling the valve rod and the diaphragm to move upwards, sucking gas in the water sample cup into the lower cavity, and sucking water in the water sample collecting area into the water sample cup to complete water sample collection.

The unit suction type bottom water sample collection system comprises a suction type water sample collector, an electric push rod, a hanging cage and a steel wire rope, wherein the suction type water sample collector and the electric push rod are both fixed on the hanging cage and the electric push rod is used for automatically and accurately controlling water sample collection of the suction type water sample collector; the steel wire rope is connected with the hanging cage to control the collection depth of the hanging cage and the suction type water sample collector.
The suction type water sample collector comprises a water sample cup, a collector seat, a collector cover, a valve rod, a spring, a diaphragm and a valve seat, wherein the diaphragm is tightly pressed between the collector seat and the collector cover to form an upper cavity and a lower cavity, the upper cavity is communicated with a water sample collecting area through a through hole of the collector cover, the lower cavity is communicated with the water sample cup screwed on the collector seat through a water inlet hole on the collector seat and is communicated with the water sample collecting area through a controllable gap between the valve rod and the valve seat, the valve rod sequentially penetrates through the collector cover, the diaphragm, the collector seat and the valve seat from top to bottom, the spring is arranged between the upper end of the valve rod and the collector cover, and the valve rod is pressed down by the spring to realize the sealing of the valve seat; the electric push rod moves upwards to pull the valve rod and the diaphragm to move upwards, gas in the water sample cup is absorbed into the lower cavity, and water in the water sample collecting area is absorbed into the water sample cup, so that water sample collection is completed.

The problem of easy mixing of water samples is avoided, the collection range of the water samples is enlarged, and the sampling quality of the water samples at the bottom layer is improved.
2) According to the unit suction type bottom water sample collection system, the suction type water sample collectors are respectively fixed on the hanging cage through bolts, and the sampling depth of the suction type water sample collectors is controlled through the steel wire rope according to the requirement; the suction type water sample collectors are hinged together through the connecting rod and the connecting pin, then are hinged with the movable end of the electric push rod to form a unit, the units can be installed on a hanging cage according to the requirement, water sample collection of the suction type water sample collectors of each unit is controlled at fixed time, and the suction type water sample collector is simple in structure and convenient to use. The automatic accurate control is facilitated, and the sampling efficiency of the bottom water sample is improved.
